The guys doing the actual labor do not seem to know what they are doing. Common sense doesn't seem to their strong point. Obvious things that aren't right they just let slide. Had to go back 3 times to get a quality finished product. I still think someone could have done better for the $20k plus they got for the job. They also had my RV for 4 months!!! I'd look around for another paint shop but finding one that does RV's is hard. Don't recommend any shop that I have to return to for obvious mistakes that shouldn't have been let out of the shop! read more

Cant say enough good things about these guys. I have a custom camper with painfully difficult aluminum siding to come by. The manufacturer was troublesome to deal with and refused to give me the source of their supplier. Long story short, Chris & Anthony did a nationwide search and finally found a manufacturer to duplicate the pattern. The shop kept in contact with me throughout the process and was able to complete the repairs and reseal the entire camper. We had an accident where the passenger rear corner of our 5th wheel was damaged as was the rear bumper. A family member recommended them to us so we contacted them. Anthony and Mike were great to work with. They worked at getting the proper parts ordered for the repairs and worked with us on scheduling the appointment and getting our 5th wheel in for the repairs. Even during the Covid they were able to keep us informed on the progress of the parts and communicated with us throughout the process. Since we were staying in the 5th wheel they even arranged for us to park outside with an extension cord for two nights while the repairs were made. The work was done professionally, promptly and to our complete satisfaction. It was done when promised and they were able to work with the adjuster of our insurance company when needed. I can't praise Joe, Mike and the entire team at Joe's RV Collision Center enough for their dedication, timeliness, honesty, and kindness. These guys are a true dream team! As soon as you drive up and take a look around at the state of the art facility you know they take great pride in what they do! We were in a real pickle after having a run in with a tree half way through our road trip and needed repairs made before we would arrive back home in California. Mike and Joe did everything they could to accommodate and get us back on the road. I called Joe's with a plan that no other dealership or collision center would work with me on. We requested that they order all the parts ahead of us arriving so that our trip would be minimally interrupted. No other shop would do this. I sent Mike detailed photos and measurement and working with our insurance company we were able to order the parts while we were still camping in Washington. I called and emailed Mike for updates on a daily basis and I'm sure I was a huge pain, but he never got annoyed and was always helpful and nice. We also needed the work done during a 1 week period because our plan was to fly back home to California while the repairs were being made since the flights were cheaper than a hotel would have been. To say that we were high maintenance customers is probably an understatement. When Mike called and said that our RV was ready ahead of schedule we were thrilled! We hopped on a plane and flew back up to Oregon. Unfortunately when we arrived there was some bad news. The adhesive didn't bond/cure correctly and additional work was necessary. We were bummed to say the least. However, the entire team stayed late that night to work on it and make sure the delay was minimal. Because we had flown back up from CA and had nowhere to go, Joe offered to put us up at a hotel around the corner while they installed a new rear panel. When my wife's beloved Little Guy mini-teardrop trailer was, literally, bounced off its foundation, it leaned so far that we feared it was a total loss. We took it to Joe's where we discovered that entirely inadequate tiny wood screws secured it to its wood foundation. Joe too was afraid it might be a write-off. But Joe and his team analyzed the damage and reconnected the superstructure with the foundation using really long, big diameter self-tapping screws. Cost was only $800. The trailer is now upright, feels tight and looks very good. We definitely recommend Joe's Mobile RV. read more

I just want to say how pleased I was with the major repair Joes did on my motor home. They had to replace the front cap on my coach plus some mechanical work on generator,nd all the work was perfect. The paint match was so good you cannot tell it was ever in a collision. I had an accident in my brand new travel trailer and completely wiped out the passenger side of the trailer! I'd only had it 3 weeks! I was devastated! I was supposed to be taking it on another trip in just a couple of weeks, so it was urgent that I get it repaired well and quickly. I read yelp reviews and decided even though Joe's RV Collision Center only had a couple of reviews, I would give them a shot. Boy am I glad I did! Joe (the owner) and Mike (the manager) and Drea (the billing and administrative person) were all fabulous. The people who actually did the work were amazing as well. They offered to make it usable right away while they waited for parts to come in so that I could take my next trip. For various reasons I opted not to take them up on this offer, and delayed my trip until it was fully done. The company that made the trailer are notorious for being unresponsive to requests for parts. So Joe and Mike's jobs weren't easy. But they did manage to get the parts in a timely fashion and Joe's team got the work done on the day they said they would. We had other issues come up that were unexpected (I won't bore you with the details) but just know that Joe bent over backwards for us to make everything perfect. read more

He gave us a fair estimate of how long the repair would take, worked swiftly with our insurance company, and took on the job immediately.
