Was looking for a new place for the kids to have fun found this place on Groupon and didn't think it would be very big . This place is HUGE !! As a parent I love that all areas are separated so you know where your kids are at all times . The workers were very nice and helpful ! Will definitely be back again

My son in ER on his Birthday party

Hazardously constructed equipments as a result my son ended up in ER on his birthday.I planned my sons 11th birthday party at Jumping world at Allen on April 17th 2022 and he ended up in an ER. This place is not safely constructed for being a Jumping location. My son and his friends were playing in the PIT, where while jumping around he fell off in that PIT and hit a hard siding and got more than an inch scalp laceration on the back of his head. He was bleeding crazy and the management could not even provide a first aid kit. They were not even considerate of my bleeding son and were more busy cleaning up the accident area. We called 911 and transported him to the ER in an ambulance where he got 3 staples. They don't even have enough staff to monitor the place or the playing areas. wish i had an option of a negative rating

Fun place but it isn't cheap!! I took 6 kids for total at $120! Without an adult add-on. (2 hours for the oldest cost $72 and 2 hours for the younger ones cost $48) The couple of employees we encountered were polite. I would Never do 2 hours again. A lot of stuff is being worked on so 1 hour would be more than enough to get it all done. It looks like they are still trying to get up and running. Vending machines were empty and other stations were still being worked on or weren't open. Mine mostly enjoyed the mega (sort of) tumble track. I would say 5 year olds and up is really ideal. It is a large and open space but makes running off easy for your little people. The AC was nice and cold so it's a good place to escape the heat! IMO the price is high for what is currently being offered but maybe when it's completed it would be fair. I'll hope for a coupons or look for a Groupon next time.

My family was pleased to see this place be re-opened as Jumping World. My kids love trampoline parks and this place has all of the goodies. They have trampolines, foam pits, dodge-ball, a kids court and even basketball dunking. My kids also love the bull ride. It is with sadness that I need to write a review about a not so favorable experience. My son and daughter were here with a their cousins, and one of the employees made several comments to my son about his hair while he was on the trampoline. He said "your hair looks like ramen-noodles". My son has curly hair, so I guess this kid thought it was funny to compare my sons hair to curly noodles. A few minutes later this kid yells to my son "hey ramen-noodles". This went on for a large part of the time my son spent at jumping world. My son told this kid he didn't like being called ramen-noodles, the kid laughed and pushed my son down on the trampoline several times. My son is 10 years old. My son came home and didn't mention anything that happened. The next day, we took the kids back, my son said he didn't want to go, but wouldn't give a reason, so we insisted he goes with his sister and cousins. Low and behold this same kid sees my sons and starts calling him ramen-noodles again. My son tells him, I don't like being called that, my sons cousin says "you need to stop calling him that". The kid thought it was funny. He pushes my son down while on the trampolines several times again. THIS IS BULLYING! My son comes home that day visibly upset, but was scared to tell us what happened. Lucky for us, his cousin and sister inform us what happened. As a father, I am livid. My wife tells me she will deal with it since she didn't want me drive there and fly off the handle. She goes in a couple days later to talk to the manager. My son was scared to go in, so he walked to the entrance, pointed at the kid, then asked can he and his sister wait in the car. My wife talks to the manager; the woman is very apologetic and tells my wife "your son will never have to deal with this kid again". My wife and I both took this as they will fire this kid for abusing my son. A few days later, a neighbor asks to take our kids with his kids to this place on Monday (June 10, 2019). We assured my son this kid won't be there and my son is excited to go with his friends. Guess what, this kid is still there, but behind the counter now. The place is empty and my son was frightened the entire time. My daughter calls while I'm at work and tells me the kid is still there. This time I choose to pick my son up since I'm done with excuses. I walk in to pick my son up and he is visibly shaken still seeing this kid behind the counter. I realize I'm too angry to go to the counter. The kid is standing behind the counter with another kid and they are looking at us whispering and laughing. I choose to not even look at this kid since I'm angry, but as we walk toward the door, the kids (with a smug look on his face) says "thanks for coming, hope you come back soon" and laughs. Since he's a kid, I didn't say anything to him, but I knew at that point it was time to leave a review and share my negative experience. I can't apply any logic to a place employing a bully and allowing a child to be abused, then still letting that kid keep the job. The sad thing is, my kids love this place, but I will not be returning. Imagine bringing you kids someplace you feel you can trust, and having an older kid push your kid around and make fun of him. Then imagine said kid being an employee of the very place you took your kid to have a fun safe good time. I am disappointed in the management for not handling this situation, but instead empowering a bully.

My kids are 11 and it's more for little kids. Not even a place for parents to sit and watch the kids. I mean when parent allow this and while I'm sitting in a out of order game. Cubbies for a reason. Shoes on tables. Also each game is like $6-7.

Also, the place has dust bunnies and garbage everywhere. We recognized the same garbage in the same place it was the time prior to our visit. A layer of dust on every surface. I didn't know that it is required to have non slip grip socks so my child went months before an employee realized they didn't have them and gave them the appropriate socks. Upon returning home we realize our socks are permanently stained and black because the place is so filthy. I am regretting buying the membership.

We went to the store to check out the shapes/sizes in person and Caleb was so incredibly helpful and let both of our kiddos test out the different trampolines. We decided on a trampoline and I called back the next day to purchase over the phone with the amazing manager Ceslie. I had already spoken with her the day before so she knew who I was and I just confirmed what size we had decided on and what accessories we wanted. She was so helpful every time we talked on the phone. I honestly thought it might be a hassle to upgrade to a bigger size but Ceslie made it super stress free. They had our trampoline delivered less than a week after being purchased on a Sunday (Father's Day of all days!). Caleb & Keshawn were such troopers trudging through the mud to install our new trampoline. We are loving our new trampoline thanks to everyone at the Springfree store in Allen (Watter's Creek).

Unfortunately when product delivered it was not what was what I understood to be and I requested to return it and it was returned. All of this was fine. They did this even though I have a driveway literally right next to the port a cache to accommodate a truck of ANY size but they chose to try and get their large UHAL under my port a cache and when they hit it they did not back up but decided to drive through it anyway and scrape it all up. I informed the Southlake store who transferred me to a lady who represented herself as the manager of the Allen store. The older kids program looks great and I especially like the bell located in the middle of the gym that the gymnast gets to ring when they master a skill for the first time. Great motivation! I am particularly impressed with the Tiny Tots classes. That program is outstanding! I have a very shy and timid little girl that easily becomes clingy, but somehow Coach Ethan got her to join the class. She happily joins his classes, but I was interested to see what would happen on that one day he was not there. Other coaches quickly stepped up with encouragement and she joined her class. After the initial warmup to music the class divides into two groups and each goes to a different station or the trampolines before switching. Each station just looks like fun activities to the kids, but each 'fun' activity is designed to teach a very specific skill. Each 'fun' activity is first demonstrated by the coach, but big picture cues beside each piece of equipment also instructs. When the coach observes a child skipping a skill or not completing it correctly, they will assist or give extra instruction. I notice that the assistance is as minimal as needed since the goal is for them to achieve independence. The station's setup changes each week. After a class, the coaches often chat with a parent about a skill that was mastered or improved by their child. I have seen improvement in core strength, balance, stretching and confidence, to name a few.
