I'm a Realtor, and I used JW Home Care for a carpet cleaning before my buyer clients could move into their new home in Oxnard. The listing agent on the home was a nightmare and I had to reschedule the cleaning with JW multiple times when the listing agent was non-responsive and not helpful, telling us we'd be able to clean the carpets (due to severe cat allergies) before move-in. We purchased a three level home by the beach. I have bad allergies and wanted to be sure the carpet was CLEAN...the real estate agent told me the house had been a rental (with pets).
