This is my first review ever though I'm a frequent yelper; the service from this company is so good it compelled me to write this review. Phone service was responsive and my appointment was easy schedule for a few days following my call. The team that arrived to do my carpet cleaning was prompt, courteous, and thorough. They made sure to not cut corners and worked extra hard to get all of my pet stains out of my carpet. However, there was an issue with accessing water from the hose spicket in front of my yard. The connection for my front lawn hose had been tightened with some sort of washer that couldn't come off but unfortunately the team loosened it just enough that water was squirting everywhere and I could not water my yard after they left. Being that I am not very handy and the whole thing was very tight to mess with I called Jonathan asking if he could come by and tighten it back up. Not only was he extremely courteous over the phone but he came over in person the same day. When he was unable to set it back up the way it was, he completely replaced my front hose and connector with all new ones! To me this is a perfect example of a locally owned business going above and beyond to provide a quality service and keep the customer happy. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and helpfulness that went into the entire service including the issue with the hose. All of the reviews on here are so positive for a reason! I was referred to JW Home Care by a friend who is a non yelper, I really needed my carpets cleaned and my tile and grout cleaned in my kitchen. I called around to a few places to get a quote on what it would be, JW Home Care came out and gave me a free quote. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. The day of the job they gave me a call when they were on their way, and showed up on time. They did the work and did a really good job on everything. I'm glad my friend referred me to them, and I plan to refer them to everyone. I plan to call them back next month and have my air ducts cleaned before summer. Recently I had JW homecare come out to my apartment and clean my carpets and wow I have to say they did an amazing job! My little puppies had multiple accidents and JW homecare was able to remove all of them. My company moved to a different office and I was asked to make sure the carpets were cleaned after our move. I got three bids and chose J.W. Homecare. Why?: 1) The owner came to our office and did the estimate. 2) The company presented a professional and "small business" ethic that they wanted to be our company's choice to perform the work. 3) They are a local/small business. Jonathan and his assistant showed up on time and did a great job on our old office carpet. Three of the rooms had very stained/messy carpet but J.W. was able to get the majority of the mess cleaned up. I was surprised! Very impressed by JW Home Care! I discovered I had a massive water leak at my house in Oxnard about 11pm, I didn't know who to use so I thought I'd look on yelp. Between dog stains, black bottom flip flop stains, coffee spills etc... I am AMAZED how good our carpets look I keep looking down everyday in amazement. I was sorta thinking maybe the stains would reappear after days but nope they still look great! Jonathan and his team were wonderful from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. We came home to our carpet looking better than we ever expected (they even made a cool pattern while they were doing the cleaning), then later that night we called Jonathan to ask if we could move all our stuff in even though the carpet was still a bit damp. He made a special trip after hours to our house to drop off shoe covers and plastic to protect our furniture. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.
