I was looking for new wheels and tires for my 2018 Dodge Charger, and a friend referred me to JW Motorsports in Bellflower, upon arriving I was greeted by the friendly staff and directed to Wayne who was super helpful, Wayne even offered to paint my calipers before installing the wheels which i agreed to do, I definitely recommend checking this place out if your looking to get new wheels or even just your calipers painted, while waiting to get my wheels done one of the employees whos name I didn't catch offered me a bag of popcorn which was cool because I was starving. After they finished my car Wayne wrapped up my stock wheels in plastic so they wouldnt make a mess out of my interior, Overall I was very happy with the service JW Motorsports offered and will be coming back for my future needs. The owner and all the workers were very nice and efficient. I came here after getting a flat tire on the freeway nearby and they replaced it within thirty minutes. Also, the owner noticed I was frazzled from the entire situation and he reassured me that all was good and that my car was in good hands. Andy helped us with a stubborn tire sensor fault warning light that was torturing us for about 2 weeks. Andy replaced all four sensors (they were dead or dying‍‍ ). He also had the parts on hand, so my wait time was minimal - great job and price - thank you guys again. read more

I came here for years. Even though JWM a far drive for me they always gave me a good deal on tires. But on me last purchase I needed to get tires for my commuter car. I went to Pep Boys thinking it would be cheap. They wanted over $500 for stock size tires. After I went to Costco and they wanted $575 with mount and balancing. My last stop for price comparison, I went to JW and they got me a full set if tires for $425... so I took the deal thinking that was the best deal and they won't do me wrong. Two hours later because they don't have the tires at the shop I was out the door happy. Later on I looked around my neighborhood for prices and I found the same tires for $70 a piece! That's $280 mounted and balanced. It goes to show you even your favorite shopping place won't get you a good deal. It's best to shop around for the best price when your money is tight. Would I go back to JWM? Maybe. I will do a price check on my other cars that needs tires and compare the prices. If there's a significant difference in price I might have found a new King of Tires. read more

I was on a picky quest for tires but ended here because it was about $40 cheaper than most of the other places I had gone to. Service was rather quick, but not big on "friendly". These guys are all about getting the people in and out quick. The people here run this place more like a "homie hookup" spot. What sucks the most is that I just bought new colored lug nuts to go w/the new wheels i had them install... and they chipped them. All of them. The point of those lug nuts being colored is obviously the color (which is now missing in some spots). I recommend another shop that offers warranties, other services, etc. read more

THESE GUYS SUCK!!! My friend sent me here because George was a friend of his. I tried to be cool about things but they really suck. I purchased 3 sets of rims from these guys and NONE OF THEM GOT BALANCED PROPERLY!! To top it off they ordered the wrong wheels for my truck and then had them machined to make them fit. Now my truck feels like its going to flip over every time I turn because not only are the wheels the wrong center bore but the offset is wrong making them sit in to far. I paid almost 3k for wheels and tires and they are garbage. When you walk in the place everyone is ghetto and nobody really knows what they are talking about. Take that as a sign and bring your car to another shop. ALSO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY TRY TO STEAL YOUR FACTORY WHEELS! 2 TIMES THEY PUT MY FACTORY WHEELS IN THE BACK AND TRIED TO SAY THEY WERE ALREADY PICKED UP. 2 TIMES IN A ROW THEY TRIED TO PULL THE SAME THING. Bunch of rip offs , None of the Mechanic's have certifications to be working on cars. I bought wheels and tires from them , and the sensors were installed wrong where it got to the point of them not working and the owner not caring to even fix or look at them. I also paid to get a wheel allighment. Well it turns out they didn't even have a wheel alignment rack. They lied to me saying they did an allighment , The tie rods were not even touched. Don't waste your time and money coming to this place It's not professional read more

I have been a JW Motorsport customer since 2011. My friend Amir referred me to him and I always trusted what amir said in regards to cars because he drove back then a Porsche 911. Anyway, the people at JW have always hooked me up with great tires on prices, every time i need new tires for work trucks and my personal cars we go straight to them and get the hook up. I have purchased rims for my bmw before, no longer had the car but i enjoyed it while i did. really appreciate their customer service and prices. thank you jw!!! read more

these guys are extremely over priced!!!!!!.. please price your rims and work with them and get a quote elsewhere before you buy so you can see how much they are trying to fuck you over. it's beyond disrespectful and also Jorge/George is always coming with racial jokes every time which boiled my skin. i used to be a customer with them and bought rims and tires there a few times because it was the popular place to go to until i found out how bad they overly priced me even as a return customer.. do not fall for the friendly smiles or hand shakes.. they are out to get you.. i do not recommend this place... in fact give Ballers INC. in the city of Bell a call for a price reference to make sure your not getting played read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS! Got a flat right in front of this shop, asked if they could replace it. I was told they were finishing up with a tire Change & would be able to do it. Waited 30 mins once he was done he tells me they don't have a tire for my 2006 Nissan Titan.. I was thinking to myself what kind of tire shop has no tires but I'm stuck here since my tire is flat. So he told me his driver was going to pick up my tire & it would be about 20 mins. So after waiting an hour I asked what's going on with the tire since I had been at this place for over an hour & a half. He said his driver was right down the street. The driver pulls up & the first thing he pulls out of the van is lunch for everyone. They start to eat & at this point I am very irritated at the fact that they don't care that I have been sitting here forever waiting I understand that they get a lunch but you don't leave a customer when they have been waiting. By the time I got out of this place I was here for over 3 HOURS just to get ONE flat tire fixed! WACK!! read more

Just copped some 26" LTZ 4 the wife's 15 Tahoe and this place is the best hands down ! Having bought rims for other cars in the past. These guys offer the best prices in Southern California, biggest selection , and the customer service is like Nordstrom level. These guys treated my wife's car like it was their own. Plastic wrapped the stocks, loaded the stocks, offered to paint the rotors, didn't rush me when debating on matte black or silver just straight up treated me like family. I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

Truly disappointed with this location. Lorenzo, the service advisor tried to charge us $25 for the…read morebrake inspection upon initial arrival. When I pointed out the banner at their shop that says "Free Brake Inspection" and their website which states Free Brake Inspection, he retorted that their website also states they do free smog checks, but he states they do not even do smog. (When relooking at their website, they do not mention free smog anyways.) Lorenzo stated the brake inspections were not free and the website got it wrong. When I asked him for the person in charge he stated Erika and Ezekiel were in the parts dept. It is a shame Lorenzo was the only advisor handling a long line at check in. He stated Corporate was aware of the brake inspection charge discrepancy. If they are aware and he is aware, why try to charge a customer for a "Free" brake inspection? After leaving our car here, we heard the next day of a list of repairs needed. Lorenzo stated they believed our brake caliper was seized but could not confirm it. He attempted to charge us an additional $289.47 for the brake caliper service and $152.10 for the brake fluid service in addition to the brakes and rotor replacement service charge we were expecting. The issue is that when we asked Lorenzo if he could confirm if the brake caliper was truly needed to be replaced, he could just say he highly suggests replacing it. From the beginning, this place was trying to scam. I reached out to Alex's Auto Repair in Cypress, who confirmed they could verify if the brake caliper would be needed. Alex's Auto Repair stated there would be no need to waste extra money if he could confirm the issue. Alex's Auto Repair serviced us, and simply lubricated our caliper without us needing to pay over $800 for the whole brake service like Downey Care Care was quoting us. Alex's Auto Repair took the time to verify the issue, charging us less than half of what Downey Care Care center wanted to charge. My issue with this location is they would have happily overcharged us for a service that was not needed. Take your car to Alex's Auto Repair, save your time and money. While Downey Care Care Center was busy playing around, we had to spend extra time and money booking a rental car. (Photo on the left is from Alex's Auto Repair who took the time to verify the concern and lubricate our caliper. The photo on the right includes one page of many pages of services recommended by Downey Care Center including replacing the brake caliper and fluid exchange had we chosen to go that route.) Makes me question if the remaining suggested repairs (not all pictured below) by Downey Care Care Center were even necessary.

My dad was so impressed with the quality of work Cesar provided on my car that he decided to get a quote for replacing his rotors. When Ceasr finished on my car, he let me know that my brake fluid was not in good condition. He drained my brake fluid and replaced it with new fluid. He explained to me in detail that brake fluid should not be topped off. I had no idea, and apparently, my dad didn't know either, and we had topped it off because it was low. Now, I know, for future reference, that when it's low, I should replace my brakes. I appreciate the work that Cesar did on my car and his communication. I will absolutely use his service again and recommend him to friends and family.

I had a friend that introduced me to JW a few years ago. I have now taken my last two cars to them for pretty much all my suspension work and tires. They are fast, knowledge and the pricing is hard to beat. The staff is always extremely professional and always there for any questions on products I may have.
