I came here for years. Even though JWM a far drive for me they always gave me a good deal on tires. But on me last purchase I needed to get tires for my commuter car. I went to Pep Boys thinking it would be cheap. They wanted over $500 for stock size tires. After I went to Costco and they wanted $575 with mount and balancing. My last stop for price comparison, I went to JW and they got me a full set if tires for $425... so I took the deal thinking that was the best deal and they won't do me wrong. Two hours later because they don't have the tires at the shop I was out the door happy. Later on I looked around my neighborhood for prices and I found the same tires for $70 a piece! That's $280 mounted and balanced. It goes to show you even your favorite shopping place won't get you a good deal. It's best to shop around for the best price when your money is tight. Would I go back to JWM? Maybe. I will do a price check on my other cars that needs tires and compare the prices. If there's a significant difference in price I might have found a new King of Tires. read more

I was on a picky quest for tires but ended here because it was about $40 cheaper than most of the other places I had gone to. Service was rather quick, but not big on "friendly". These guys are all about getting the people in and out quick. The people here run this place more like a "homie hookup" spot. What sucks the most is that I just bought new colored lug nuts to go w/the new wheels i had them install... and they chipped them. All of them. The point of those lug nuts being colored is obviously the color (which is now missing in some spots). I recommend another shop that offers warranties, other services, etc. read more

THESE GUYS SUCK!!! My friend sent me here because George was a friend of his. I tried to be cool about things but they really suck. I purchased 3 sets of rims from these guys and NONE OF THEM GOT BALANCED PROPERLY!! To top it off they ordered the wrong wheels for my truck and then had them machined to make them fit. Now my truck feels like its going to flip over every time I turn because not only are the wheels the wrong center bore but the offset is wrong making them sit in to far. I paid almost 3k for wheels and tires and they are garbage. When you walk in the place everyone is ghetto and nobody really knows what they are talking about. Take that as a sign and bring your car to another shop. Bunch of rip offs , None of the Mechanic's have certifications to be working on cars. I bought wheels and tires from them , and the sensors were installed wrong where it got to the point of them not working and the owner not caring to even fix or look at them. I also paid to get a wheel allighment. Well it turns out they didn't even have a wheel alignment rack. They lied to me saying they did an allighment , The tie rods were not even touched. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Got a flat right in front of this shop, asked if they could replace it. I was told they were finishing up with a tire Change & would be able to do it. Waited 30 mins once he was done he tells me they don't have a tire for my 2006 Nissan Titan.. I was thinking to myself what kind of tire shop has no tires but I'm stuck here since my tire is flat. So he told me his driver was going to pick up my tire & it would be about 20 mins. So after waiting an hour I asked what's going on with the tire since I had been at this place for over an hour & a half. He said his driver was right down the street. The driver pulls up & the first thing he pulls out of the van is lunch for everyone. They start to eat & at this point I am very irritated at the fact that they don't care that I have been sitting here forever waiting I understand that they get a lunch but you don't leave a customer when they have been waiting. By the time I got out of this place I was here for over 3 HOURS just to get ONE flat tire fixed! WACK!! read more
