I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Of the three we called...One never called back. The other one and All Service Roofing came out to do an estimate. The first company came out and gave an estimate that cost $$$. Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price. From the estimate to the roof replacement completion, they demonstrated that they are responsible and reliable. They do what they say! In October 2024, I got estimates from 4 different roofers, Jeff who is the owner of Always Reliable Roofing came. He climbed the roof, climbed the attic, and in less than 30 min, he found things the other roofers did not find. He demonstrated he is well experienced in assessing the roof and was transparent with us on any issues going into the roof replacement. I know my dad and I have a lot of questions and he was patient to answer them all. We also appreciate that he gave us a price estimate without any of the games that others played. In January 2025, we got the money to move forward with the roof replacement. We met Jeff again to pay the deposit, sign the contract, and select the roof color. Jeff got to work immediately by getting the permit from the city. He let us know there was about a 4 to 6 week wait due to other projects ahead of us and the weather forecast. I appreciate that they only start the roof replacement if the weather is rain free for the projected time period needed. While we waited, we had a concern about a rain storm and whether the old roof would hold. I called them and Jeff's wife, Karyna, was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Jeff came to check the roof for water tightness and he would cover the roof if needed. This was greatly appreciated by my dad and myself because it helped us rest assured that they took care of the roof even before the replacement started. Late Feb 2025, Jeff gave us about half week notice that our roof replacement would start. Our roof replacement took place on Monday to Saturday. The team that worked on the roof were supervised by Jeff's son Justin. It started with removal of the old roof. Then Justin met with the city inspector, which passed. Next the team proceeded to add the new roof. Lastly, there was one more inspection which also passed. The ultimate test, is inevitably when something unplanned happens during construction. During the process, Justin and Jeff continued to answer and questions or concerns we had. We greatly appreciated that they were so responsive throughout the whole process. We were surprised how much wood was left in the attic during the roof removal. They don't clean the attic, but they made sure to clean it enough so that the pipes stand straight through the roof. At the end, we noticed a pipe didn't have a cap, and Jeff added a cap right away. And they let us know right away when they discovered some wood that was damaged and would cost a bit more to get replaced. Justin explained the options to us and I felt we made an informed decision and the additional fee was appropriate based on market price for wood. My dad and I are very happy with the service from this family business. Every step of the way, they demonstrated that they are responsible and reliable. They made us feel important and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. A few words that express our experience: fast yet thorough, straightforward, honest, and definitely reliable. The handyman "supposedly fixed" it, charging me for the repairs every time. He even went so far as to replace the roof. That cost me thousands of dollars additionally, but the leaks continued. This year, heavy rain caused water to gush onto my covered patio, frying the TV and AV system that was located there. I was away on a trip and did not see that until after my return. When I called the handyman to see the damage and make repairs, he flatly refused because I was very angry at the time I spoke to him about his shoddy work. That was pure gall and more on his part! At that stage I was desperate but fortunate to find All In One Roofing. Reggie reviewed the problem and suggested all options for repair. His team then promptly made the necessary repairs for a reasonable price. I haven't had any leaks since, and hopefully I will not have any more fried TVs and other electronic equipment. I must say that the leak, while I was overseas could have started a house fire and I was fortunate to have dodged that bullet.

The owner of the company came out right away the same day, (which we appreciated greatly) though it wasn't an emergency. The owner used a drone to send up to take close-up pictures of our cement tile roof. He showed us the pictures and then gave us 2 options to select from: 1. To just fix a smaller area around the fireplace, (close to the Solar Panel that may have attributed to the leak.) by using flashing around the fireplace and under the Solar panel bracket. (We also requested the Solar Panels be cleaned as well.) 2.. Or fix a larger area beyond the leak area by using flashing, cleaning the larger area of the roof, making sure no tiles were broken and cleaning the Solar Panels as well. The owner was nice, polite and friendly. He shared that he doesn't get out to Norco very often but he was happy because he was meeting 2 of his best friends (that lived out this way) for lunch and it gave him an opportunity to see them. The owner stated that he would "get back to us that night" with the 2 estimates for Option One and Option Two. We were happy that we had found a company that could do both Roofing Repair & Solar. We were looking forward to hearing back from the Owner, as we really needed and wanted to get this project going. Well, we were very disappointed as the owner NEVER got back to us with the estimates. JW Roofing did an excellent job re-roofing my home. They presented options with the pro's and con's. Warren Cross also presented my final selection (Metro Roofing Products Cottage Shingles) to the local Cultural Heritage commission for their approval. Mike, the crew chief for the tear down team, arrived early to ensure he knew how to deploy his people and that there would be minimal disruption to my neighbors. The tear down (4 layers) was accomplished in a day. Salvador, the lead installer, introduced me to everyone on his team and explained exactly what was going to happen and how they were going to do it. The installation took three and half days. Every day Warren or a member of his management team came on site to check on progress. The end result is a fantastic new roof. JW Roofing Services is a licensed roofer. It is a family owned and run business. The salesman "Brian" and the lady in the office named "Julie" were terrific before the proposal and contract was signed. On the first day of the roof installation the owner Mr. Warren Cross came, givingan unspoken message to the working crew to do a good job. The members of the working crew were highly skilled and very efficient. I was impressed by their crafmanship and dedication. Before I handed the personal check to pay off, Mr. Cross and I went up to the roof. He answered all my questions, and helped me resolve an issue with a satellite antenna. This satellite antenna was previously installed on the roof. JW Roofing Servicdes wants to hvae satisfied customers. Working directly with Paul, the owner, I called for an estimate and he came right over to give me the good news: My roof was repairable using a high quality sealant, and the exterior ductwork could be fixed and sealed. Paul is Licensed, Bonded and Insured, and cost me LESS THAN HALF the other business's "Minimum." Now, my room addition is 10X cooler and my duct work won't leak.
