During the third week, communication became more difficult. My calls went unanswered for several hours, and I ultimately went to the shop in person. At that point, I was told one vehicle was ready. However, the service was not completed as requested--the alignment I had asked for was clearly not performed, as the front wheels were significantly toed in, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. After three weeks of minimal progress, inconsistent communication, and incomplete work, I can no longer recommend Sun Auto. They thought that was the issue. I told them brakes were done 28K miles ago and fluid was completely flushed. I know this because I changed the pads, rotors and flushed fluid with good quality parts. When I challenged their assessment the manager called back and said the issue was the ABS brake module and not the brakes. Super shady. If I had spend $ on all 4 brakes (pads and rotors) and brake flush and that would have been an expensive fix that wouldn't have fixed the issue. Do yourself a favor and try and find an honest mechanic who is not selling you work you don't need.
