However: I don't know if there's ever been a year when we got ALL the food we ordered. If you order for a group pretty much just expect you'll get about 80% of what you bought. You can't call or order online; you have to go say or present your order in person. If it's more than like two items the best way seems to be to write it down and hand over a list but that isn't a guarantee of anything. This year, we placed an order for six people including two platters--half rack of ribs and the half rack + half chicken combo. Guess what: no chicken in the bag. Also no cornbread, which was supposed to come with the platters. If this was a one-off that would be one thing. But I kid you not in 10 years I don't think we've ever received 100% of the food. It's really frustrating to drive over there, wait and then find out stuff is missing. I want to recommend Woody's based on the quality of the food. But: Don't trust that they'll get it right.
