Since there weren't any customers in the ginormous room I had the feeling they might not be that fresh. The whole place smelled strongly of cocoa butter lotion or something like it. Not really appropriate for an establishment selling food. Overall I had the impression that the place was run by someone who doesn't really know how to run a bakery/cafe/business. It needs a LOT on the decorative side. It needs to list price, names of products, what is available. The area of the huge room not in use should be creatively curtained off or something so it's not like you're just in a big warehouse. The location's great. I hope it improves.
