The screw was right on the edge of being non repairable. Instead of pushing a new tire the technician gave the repair a try; it worked well and still holding air today, Good people working there.

The guy ended up saying my total would be 124 or something in that area . But then he gives me 15 off, still having to paying over 100 when the coupon clearly said 80.99. Next, the tech tells me not to ever go to valvoline again because they are known to mess your car up, okay I guess. 20 minutes after leaving the shop I had to go back as my check engine light comes on. I drive back to the shop, they look at it, messes with the air filter and tells me it shouldn't come back on. I then go to work, as I work evenings/nights. On my way home which was about 11pm, my check engine light comes back on. Very frustrating I must say. So now I have to cancel things I had going on the following morning to go back and get it looked at. I'm Assuming the manager was able to actually go in and check what the issue was and got me together. I can't remember his name maybe Carl or Corey. I do remember Toryn he helped out a lot as well so shouts out to toryn. But the guy who messed my car up should maybe go back through orientation and some training before he messes someone else's car up.

Clean, straightforward, not too big, and ready to sell. Additionally, when buying a vehicle from an auto dealer, the customer has a singular advocate via the sales person whom they have been dealt. When you go here, ask specifically for TYSON MURTA! I have purchased several vehicles and RV's over the years from many dealers and he is one of the finest auto sales people I've ever worked with. Every car salesperson has the unfortunate struggle of not only having to rightfully look out for his family and his employer, but also to make sure that the customer he/she is serving isn't taken advantage of. Tyson is a guy who clearly still has his character and integrity well intact. This translates to a person who can do his job well while still trying to do the best he can for his customer. During the process of finding our vehicle and determining the costs associated with such a purchase, I never felt manipulated or lied to by Tyson in any way. I imagine this may also have to do somewhat with the management, by extension, but I can only speak to my experience with Tyson. The finance manager who dealt with us at the close of the sale was direct and reasonable as well, but my experience with him was limited. We now have a vehicle which we really feel suits our family's needs. The price was extremely fair and the quality of the vehicle was excellent (we purchased a new/used). Tyson even took care of us AFTER the sale, making sure all of our needs were met even after the close. We are grateful to him and to Lash Chevrolet for an all around excellent experience!

I guess they were relying that if they ignored you, the cost of legally getting them to honor their agreement would be too costly for us. As luck would have it, 8 months later Columbus had a flash food and it was dark and you couldn't see anything. Water rose above the floorboards and the car was totaled because of potential damage to the electrical components. We replaced the car elsewhere from a more honest dealer. Maybe Lash is OK if you want a NEW car and a Chevy where you'd have GM behind the purchase but I WOULD NOT buy a used car from them without having YOUR good mechanic thoroughly inspecting it. Fixes Lash makes from their service department, may only be a bandaid to get it off the lot and another 50 miles. And at least in our experience, anything written in the contract was not honored. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is warranted.

Prior to my last experience, I was happy with service and body work at Kceps. I have used them…read moremultiple times with no issues. In the past, I have been extremely happy. Not this time. My last experience went like this: I took my car in for an estimate. I was told there was no way to get an accurate estimate without taking the bumper off to look for deeper damage. I was told to sign a form so that they could put me on the schedule for an estimate. I should have read the form. Basically, the form said that I would be responsible for costs. Buried in the form, it stated that I would be responsible for daily storage fees as well (Kceps storage fee is $75/day whereas most dealership's storage fee is $25/day). I figured all of it would be covered by insurance anyways since I was not at fault in the accident. Once I signed the form, the receptionist scheduled me for the estimate. A few days later I got the estimate emailed to me. I then called to ask if I could pick up my car since the estimate was ready. I figured I would bring it back in a few days for repair if I decided to go through with repairs (vs taking the insurance payout to buy a different car). I needed to head out of town because I needed to help care for my mom after her surgery. I needed my car to get there. The insurance company at fault would not cover a rental car because my car was drivable. I was sent a copy of my bill for the estimate and told I could pick it up once they put the bumper back on. The bill stated that I would owe $1050.80 for the estimate to pick up my car. At this point I was in shock that I could not pick up my car from getting an estimate without paying $1050.80 for an accident where I wasn't at fault . I had my partner call and talk to them. He was able to get the cost of the estimate down to $487. I paid, picked up my car, and drove out of town to my mom for her surgery. Later, the insurance stated estimates should be free, and that they would not cover the cost of the estimate. At this point I feel like someone took advantage of me. I have asked several people. They all think it is strange that I was charged for an estimate. Apparently this is not normal and estimates are no-charge at other body shops. I am not sure if there is anything I can do (other than a charge back that leaves me with extreme guilt). I was not at fault in the accident per the police report. The insurance is willing to pay for repairs but not an estimate because estimates should not cost anything. Well, it did cost $487 and now I feel stuck with these charges that I shouldn't have had to pay. I do plan to have the car repaired. But now I am confused. I was told that I would have to repay the $487 to have my car repaired at Kceps in addition to the other costs. I really feel wronged. I am not at fault, so why am I paying almost $1000. In addition to this, both my insurance and the insurance of the person at fault, stated that Kceps estimates include a lot of "unnecessary fluff." Per my insurance, they charge 3x the amount a car dealership would charge for the same repairs and storage. I am not educated on this and cannot comment otherwise. But if I choose not to repair the car, I will only get about half of Kceps estimate. Per my insurance adjuster: "this bill has a lot of fluff. They are way overcharging for everything."
