My boyfriend is from Tennessee and was very pleased by it. He also eagerly feasted on a Benedict with lox on it I got the chicken and waffles as my main and the chicken was so nice. Perfectly crisp and spicy and not too thick for the purpose. The waffles were nicely cooked and crisp on the edges. Golden brown.
