I work nearby and I am glad to discover this place: the menu is sooo wide to choose from, the fresh juices are available: whatever you see on the light screen- you can get- I never heard from Chen Chen "we are out of it". I stop twice a week here for my lunch. Their croissant sandwich are really good. If I have to choose a favorite I think it would be their Ham Egg and Cheese Croissant It's prepared perfectly. Their service is really good they are very friendly as well. The store is very clean and up to standard I like that also. Decided to splurge here for a cheat day. This shop is small, but they definitely have a large array of goodies to choose from. I opted for a maple bar and a glazed, both delicious, both classics. The price came out to $2.50 for the 2 do its, which is around 50 cents more than I am use to paying. Only slight complaints are the congested parking lot, which was full even at 6 in the morning, and the number of people in the shop. Normally, I don't complain about shops being busy, but I just don't understand how people pay for a single donut and a cup of coffee with their credit card. I was held up in a line for nearly 10 minutes because of a customer. This complaint isn't about the employees, but some items are just meant to be paid in cash, a two dollar donut is one of them. Then again, I might have just been slightly crabby because I wanted to get my hands on some sugar. Great donuts though! read more

OMG! So GOOD my favorite place in the San Fernando Valley for donuts I have family in Northridge; without failing I stop at this donut shop (even before I see the family) when I come to visit them. I live in Hawaii and love sweets. We have our famous Hawaiian MALASADAS; but my weakness in California are the cinnamon huge donuts that K-Inn makes. I've been eating at this location for decades- it never fails! Always consistent. Good stuff, They also make excellent (to order) sandwiches very high on demand. Located in the south east corner of Woodman and Van Nuys, K. Inn donuts is the real deal. They have LOTS of friendly multi-lingual staff, HOT coffee and a wide variety if pastries and of course DONUTS. Every neighborhood has their own donut spot but if ever near the Walgreens or El Super in Arleta, Stop By and grab a sugar twist or chocolate croissant. Hmhm good. read more

Came in for a ham and cheese croissant and a thai tea boba for the honeybunches. Of course, I had to sample so that I can... um... do this review. ;) The ham and cheese croissant was decent. Though I did see that they had some some with jalapeños on it. That would probably pump up the points because spicy always pumps up the points. The most disappointing thing was the thai tea boba. The boba tasted a bit stale. The donut shop is located in your usual corner shopping center. Parking was limited. Get yo lucky lottery tix inside! Props to the lady at the counter .. her spanish was great! Service was good but I will have to pass on coming again since its location is not great for me and i wasn't wowed by their products. read more

The staff is friendly, donuts are pretty good and this place seems like a hang out for lotto players (including my mom). :) The environment is clean, but older looking. Boba was just okay. Found this place after an intense night partying. Perfectly tucked away I have gone by a handful of times until a friend pointed it out. Place doesn't look the business, but it is. I highly recommend the Ham and Cheese with Jalapeno. They tend to run out afternoonish so come early. Good donuts too, also have a bunch of different drinks as well like Arizona, Red Bulls, Sodas etc. Asians lady run the business to a primarily Spanish customer. Pretty funny watching them squabble.
