There is a language barrier if you don't speak Chinese but he will make sure that you are happy with your hair before you leave! With the GOAT for the 2nd time - Simon!!! He not only crushes a fast time-saving haircut, but you can put your full trust in his skill and expertise to get the job done well. I'm always so satisfied by his approach to layers, texturizing, blending, and removing weight. His skill is in point-cutting where he's using the scissors and not relying on thinning shears like how noobs would approach it. As you may know, overdoing thinning shears will make the grow out look awful. Point cutting is the expert way to removing weight. Simon does this beautifully! He doesn't speak much English, but Google translate gets the communication across. It always helps if you have inspirational photos to share, but I went in this time with just a verbal explanation and he hit it out of the ballpark! I cannot recommend him enough!!! read more

My sad non elite review #2 ( still asking the powers that be, why I wasn't worthy this year or what I did wrong) Went back to Kma after 4 months and this time was a walk in and Tom had me sit in his chair. He seems to know English a little more than Simon so this time there wasn't a Google translate. I showed a photo and walked out feeling pretty. The hair wash was a little more relaxing, but the floors were still covered in hair and their tools don't look like the hair is removed and sanitized in between uses... but I left feeling pretty.
