I got a pedicure on 7-3-17 today is 7/17/17 and my toe is still infected. I was not cut I was poked with a nail instrument I didn't realize there was pus until July 5th. To let you know I was currently 36 weeks pregnant. I can only put ointments. Never again will I go here and to think this was the cleanest facility in Goodyear. Just had a regular mani and pedi plus. For $10 more than the regular spa pedi the plus included the callus remover, sugar scrub, hot rock massage and hot towels. It was just ok. I have had regular pedis that lasted longer. The massage was soft...more like a soft rub. It was as if she did not want to exert herself. The towels felt good and the Polish looked fine. Now for the mani...not good! I've given myself better at home. It just looked bad. It looked like my daughter had painted my nails. See pic and you be the judge. She literally did it perfectly down to the last hair. My manicure was pleasant swift and gentle. The whole experience was less than an hour. I imagine they must be packed on weekends. The usual. 2wks ago I thought I'd try the oh-so-popular almond shaped nails. Pretty nice. I come in today and I get the male owner to do a fill and fix a broken nail. The male owner was obviously too preoccupied to concentrate on my nails. He got up 14 times! Yes I counted. And did an absolutely horrible job on my nails. Crooked almond shape, sharp edges, globs on clear polish, air bubbles, and you can see my nail under the black power!!! I'm debating on going back in and have the original guy redo them. read more

Well today I finally had enough when the hot stone service was so quick and she was standing when she did it I didn't even realize she did!! I waited about 20 minutes without being helped and a white lady and her son walk in with no appointment and were assisted immediately. I initially thought perhaps they had an appointment but I went to glance at the check in station and they did not mark it as an appointment. I still waited another five minutes looking around and feeling a bit confused. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this type of service. I was seated immediately, but the service was not good at all. The nail tech rushed through my powder set, and I had to ask her to redo two of my nails. She rushed my pedicure. She finished in five minutes and did not scrub or do any cuticles. I also wanted a design which she initially asked me to picked one from offline and showed her, but then after confessed that she didn't know how to do any designs. I wanted to give this place a second chance because the first time I went, the service was not good. If I would give this place zero stars I will! I went in today and some lady was doing my nails and I came in already with acrylic nails on. I wanted a gel manicure with my natural nails. So she attends me and starts taking my nails off and sits there patiently waiting for my nails to come off. Then some guy just sits down and starts finishing off her job, so I'm thinking he's going to finish it cause maybe she didn't know how right?! So the moment he starts working on my nails, he's doing it so quickly and trying to get it over with and didn't take his time and rips part of my actual nail off (which I was trying to keep them the length they were because I was getting a gel manicure) and doesn't even say anything. As he's holding my nail he keeps shaking it to loosen it up so I can relax my finger and even that he was doing it so aggressively! I was already pissed! And when he finished doing whatever he did I noticed he ripped it off and I didn't want anything else done not even the manicure. I told the lady when she sat back down again that all I wanted to get my nails off and did all this extraness that I didn't ask for! And they charged me $23, $13 extra for something I didn't want! The lady didn't understood me apparently and she should've asked someone else what I wanted and she didn't even do that! I walked out pissed! That's my second time going there that they messed up! I don't recommend this place at all!! Bad customer service and their people there want to do things so quickly that they have other people jumping in to help finish! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE!!! I have visited this estabLishment multiple times but after my last two visit, unfortunately I will not be returning. March 19th 2021 I made a 9:10 Saturday morning eyelash appointment and I arrived at 9 am. When I arrived I was not greeted or taken right away which was not a big deal because this has never happened before and the owners were not there yet. Plus, it's a Saturday morning and two of the three technicians there were busy. However, after 5 minutes, two of the technicians looked right in my face and said nothing while one also walked right past where I was seated and offered a gentlemen who wasn't receiving service but only waiting for his wife a bottled water. After another 5 minutes a group of 3 ladies walked in and were greeted and taken right away. At this point I stood up from my seat and inquired about this. I was apologized to and told that the eyelash technician would get right to me and asked if I wanted a pedicure. I responded with no but did have a broken nail and was told to wait until after my extensions. At this time this is when the owners arrived and greeted everyone and within another 20 minutes, I was taken to the back. After my eyelash service I inquired about my broken nail and was 60 minutes wait time. When I brought up my concern there was no resolve. I was specifically told to wait when I clearly could of been taken care of prior to the eyelashes. The waiting isn't necessarily the problem it was the being ignored and told false information. The owners do such an awesome job with greeting guests and making us feel welcome, please extend that same training and etiquette to all of your technicians so in your absence that welcoming experience stays the same. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I left my other salon due to the limited selection of colors for the sns nails, and decided to give this place a try. I was taken back right away by LILY which was great but she was very rushed, paid little attention to detail, and made odd comments to me insisting that I looked tired. When I got home I noticed my nails had color missing, the shape was different for each nail and chips were present on the tops of a few nails.I called and spoke to a gentleman that same day and explained I was unhappy with my nails and would be back to get them taken off and wanted a refund, I was assured this and was asked to come in the next day. I came in the next day, receipt in hand and explained the issue and that I needed a refund, I spent 30 minutes watching multiple nail techs try and figure out how to issue a refund and the next 20 minutes or so being argued with about how they could not grant a refund. I was even handed a phone to speak to a "manager" who they told me I spoke to the day before. After they decided they did not want to refund me they got a hold of this person after they told me they couldn't get a hold of as he was in "Mexico" and had not service... Interesting enough he was at the salon the day before. I tried to explain that not issuing me a refund was illegal as no such thing was stated in the salon or on receipt, yet the salon staff were still completely uncooperative. Lily was externally rude and the amount of immaturity and unprofessionalism that was shown by grown adults here was truly appalling. After waiting another 20 minutes to get a new set... I was told they were closing and I would have to come back another day. I was given a gift certificate and I'm not looking forward to coming back. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

I went here for the first time to the Goodyear location and I have never felt ore disrespected!! I took my 8 month old daughter with me and was given a hard time with the fact I had to BREASTFEED my daughter! They asked me to leave if I couldn't feed her with a bottle and they weren't going to do my hands after finishing my feet because she was fussy for being hungry! It's not against any law that I can't breastfeed in public! I was able to calm her down so they did my hands well while doing my hands my daughter was in her stroller playing and screeching and someone and up to her and kept shushing her! Is it against your policy to let my daughter play?!? She also tried shoving her toy in her face and the bottle. I also gave my daughter my water bottle because she's teething and they took it from her saying no that it's to cold so she can't have it. Who do you think you are?!? They also got mad at me that I wouldn't let them hold her. THAT IS MY RIGHT AS A MOTHER TO TELL YOU NO! I will never step foot in there again. read more

So I drive 20 miles to this place and they let me know that I'd have to wait another hour to get taken care of. Once we came in there was only one person getting a pedicure. So right away they sat us. I took my boyfriend for is first pedi too. Such a disappointment. More people started coming in so they ended up rushing us. They didn't even do much to my boyfriend. The massaging was a joke. 5 mins max and then just left him setting there. I came to get a pedicure and specifically asked if they could cut any of my ingrown toe nails because they were hurting me and they didn't whatsoever cut them. Cutting ingrown toe nails out the correct way is what they learn in training and she totally had no idea what she was doing. When she cut my toe nails they were all crooked and the worker was being super rough. Pedicures are one of the most simplest jobs to do at nail salons and this was the first time i've ever been unsatisfied with getting a pedicure. I will never get a pedicure here again. read more

I've been here three times now for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. If you get just the basic mani/pedi w/the waxing it comes to $41, which I find reasonable. Service has always been good, I am helped as soon as I walk in and have never waited more than a few minutes to start the services. I just got my toes done and I got a gel manicure and I had an amazing experience. The salon is clean and everyone looks happy. It wasn't busy this Sunday afternoon so that was good. The nail tech that did my nails was very helpful about my ingrown toe nail and she was very gentle on cleaning it. I definitely appreciated her helping me with my toe, because I was in a lot of pain for several months and every nail salon I went to didn't do as good of job as she did. I didn't know this salon was located here and boy am I glad I found this gem. I will be back. I had a not so great experience. Upon the guy doing two nails for a back fill i told him your not going down to my cuticle amd they look two weeks old. He laughed that i suggested they already looked old. He said wait til they were done id be satisfied. After a hour and twenty five minutes. I wasnt to satisfied but was happy to be done as it should of taken 45 minutes. This wasn't my first incident ,the same thing happend two years ago and i stopped using them, i only used them because i was in a hurry and needed them done right then my normal person was not available. When i complained it had been 9 days and so therefore she said in five days i would be due a fill. Did i just want today. First off i have been getting my nails done for years . I typically get a back fill on my forth week. I believe they purposely do this to get you in for a fill sooner. Not only that i was charged $45 for the fill. Done with them, everyone beware. If your fill only last two weeks you should find a new nail tech. read more

Kim was amazing @ nails & gave me the royal treatment. This place is Very Clean! Disposable foot Bowls and everything was sanitized Everyone here was extremely nice. Prices were fair. Also they have a lot of different acrylic color/glitter choices which is awesome! They offer many different spa nail packages as well and offer special coconut foot treatments. I've gotta give this place two stars. For one, they weren't incredibly friendly. The gentleman answered his phone during my mani. Another they didn't go all the way to my cuticle. But what bugged me most was no one explained to me that the industry changed the glue and it was because of my short nails that I had to nails come off a week after being put on when in Atlanta at a convention. I went in without an appointment on a Saturday around 4:30 and there was no wait. The salon is clean and very pretty, the staff was nice and my nails look great. I got a pink and white manicure and asked them to paint my toenails because I'd had a pedicure somewhere else earlier in the day and they did a terrible job painting them there, the tech at Pretty Nails did a great job on my toenails and even put a little flower on my big toes. I used to like coming to this salon. My recent visit was terrible. The lady was so rough. She dug way to deep during my pedicure and made me bleed twice, then didn't apply enough oil during the callous remover.
