3'24 - new set and this is how she paints the tip! Wtf!? And $75

This picture is what a brand new set (today) of French tip painted acrylics will look like. Oh and the end of the tips aren't even painted white either. And was given no oil around cuticles. More to share, but this is says enough.

Everyone was so friendly and I got in immediately. I was able to get thorough estimates for styles I had in mind and felt like I was getting fair prices. I'm super happy with the result and felt like the precision of my set was taken into consideration. Looking forward to coming back for my fill! Big thanks to Jonny for making me feel comfortable and cared for! He did an amazing job.

I absolutely positively 100% do not recommend this place, had an appointment at 12pm and did not get out till 4pm! All I asked was for a full set and a pedicure with TWO, TWO acrylic toenails! I'm a pretty patient person but this was just too much. In all honesty I absolutely regret asking for acrylic on my TWO toes! All because I wanted a (square shape toenail) I did not get asked what package I wanted on my pedicure.. and I'm sure glad I didn't (even though a massage, hot stones or even paraffin would have been nice) but for sure would have probably been stuck there till closing!! But at least my calluses are "removed". $190 down the drain, 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Enndean did my nails the past two times. She was very professional and really took her time. She wasn't trying to rush through so she could get to the next client. She checked in with me before solidifying any shape or designs to make sure I liked what I was getting. I really appreciated the communication from her! I've been to some places and they ask me at the very end if I like it as if they would take it all off and start over if I said no. That definitely wasn't the case with EnnDean. She had a very engaging personality and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend requesting her if you come in, I know I will again!

I've gone 24 years of my life having the worst experiences at nail salons and even with nail techs. I almost just stopped getting them done altogether until I met Enndean from Miyu Nails. I have a very abstract and complicated style that most techs wouldn't even try to understand until I met Enndean. Enndean is incredible. She won't ever make you feel bad for voicing an opinion, instead she works with you to meet your vision of what you want. Enndean is creative by nature and WANTS to use that skill and do a good job. Her technical ability and service is amazing every time. I move frequently through the states and I have yet to find a nail tech more reliable, understanding, and creative than her. The other techs are also stellar. They're doing great work every time I see them! 10000/10 for Miyu

Seriously love this place. I've had my nails done by two different technicians there and the quality was consistent both times. They have a great variety of colors too, lots to pick from and my nails look so good. Very happy I found this spot and I will refer family and friends as much as I can!

The place is always clean and I'm promptly greet as soon as I come in. Every client is asked wash their hands as soon as they enter which contributes to the wellness of the staff and clients. Needed a last minute fill & was able to get in super quick for a Saturday morning. The staff is super friendly & accommodating. I took my two year old with me also & they did very well on her little nails. They offer free water bottles & are thorough with their work as well as keeping the salon clean. The salon is a mix of calm, cool & collected. My personal fav! Glad we found this spot & we will def be going back! read more

I went here for a pedicure, it was so rushed. I wish I would've taken a photo, the gel was on my skin, lifting?? It was horrible. It's so close to my home so it's unfortunate but I'd rather drive to my usual spot on dysart and McDowell for great service. read more

not a great experience. i came in the get a gel manicure about a month ago. got a sparkly yellowish color. i came in with a gel manicure already on. they soaked them off. did my manicure. the shaping was off after her fixing it twice. and the color at the tips was very thick. it's my fault for not realizing before i left. however. when i went to pay she charged me for SNS removal. an older lady at the register. probably the owner or manager. the lady who did my nails said i did not come in with SNS the lady barked back that i did. and i don't like making issues. so i didn't say anything but please yall stick up for yourself. and i wouldn't go to a place that is knowingly charging people for the wrong service. read more

First time. Came in for a simple polish change on my toes w. French tip, which should've been $25 +$6. The blonde lady who did it was super nice and did a great job but at the register she added on an extra $11 and said it was for trimming and filing my nails???! Which, in all my experiences and at every other salon that's always included and something that they do anyway?? Just wild, but whatever wasn't in the mood to haggle or argue. Just paid it and left. Loved my toes HATED the way I felt leaving. I came here specifically because it looked like a very nice place with reasonable pricing, but somehow I still got hustled. Such a shame. Last month I walked into Miyu Nails for a pedicure and fill for the first (and last) time. I was placed with Cindy who did my pedicure without any problems. However, when it was time to do my fill I was to remain in the spa chair and she stood while doing my fingernails. The coating on my fingernails was bumpy and uneven, with residue left on my cuticles. They were thin in some places and thick in others. Within 10 days they were chipping and cracking. While sitting in the spa chair my wrist had to be moved around in a way that sprained it. Also, the Gel color on my toes has chipped as well. The charge was $100.00 not including the tip. I cannot recommend this place in any way. read more

After spending several years with the same nail tech I found myself on the hunt for a new one. A friend referred me to Miyu Nails where I met Van. Can I tell you there isn't anything this woman can do. Her patience and attention to detail results in a consistent yet beautiful result every time! I went here about two weeks ago. The nails came out so cute but I had some major issues. First, I felt rushed even though I had an appointment. Second, I had some lifting from my previous set and she did file down the lift and put nail glue on the acrylic to ensure that it doesn't lift again. Well, about a week ago I noticed this color coming through the acrylic so I decided to file down the nail and remove it (safely). There's fungus growing on my nail! I just moved to Az Glendale area and I've been trying so find a good place to stick with permanently and miyu nails was close to my home so i tried it out and they did not disappoint!! I will definitely respect their time and make an appointment next time because it's more recommended to but i went as a walk in and i understood if they couldn't take me in but they did and Tasha, Jasmine and Kim were amazing to me i will never go anywhere else! Im deeply ashamed to see the downfall of this place and I suggest management takes into consideration how bad they are handling the business. Haven't been here since and I'm deeply saddened to see my business go elsewhere.

I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

I made a reservation on the website for a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't get to spots together so I called and the girl was so helpful with confirming we could go together. We arrived and got a free beverage which was yummy. I got a flavored tea. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than other salons. The salon is cute and super spacious with plenty of seats. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. I love how my nails turned out. I also asked for a mani and the dip but she explained they are not included which I learned! She asked how our pedis were and I was truthful. She apologized and ended up giving us a discount which was very sweet.

I went with my sister and wanted to get the pedicure plus and a dip manicure. My sister showed me her menu because the girl that started doing my pedicure didn't give me the menu. She asked me if I wanted gel and I said I didn't need gel. My sister told me to just do it so I told the girl I would do gel instead of basic nail polish. After a while, I realized she was doing the lotion and hot stone massage and I was like...I wanted to do the plus and she said no you said basic and I said you didn't even ask and she said your sister gave you the menu. I was like whatever I'll just do the standard. So she was like no I'll do it....The language barrier in nail salons is real frustrating. Also noticed in the plus pedicure it says 7 minute hot stone massage. Mine was less than a minute and my sister did the same pedicure and timed hers and it was 45 seconds. Don't advertise something that you are not going to include. My dip manicure was great. Maddie was very nice and did a good job with my basic dip until my nails grow out more. I will request her next time I go.

OK heres the deal. My wife and daughter go there every three weeks . My wife has Kevin do his magic (nails toes eyes) and my daughter has someone else there do there magic ( nails toes eyes) . they both come home happy every time. I for one go there as well to get my feet done once every 6 months and i leave happy as well. I have seen the ladys come in and demand service, be rude, and want it done there way right away . There is something called asking ladys along with appointments. This type of attitude gets the same right back . So dont complane about there service to you if you have an attitude to them right out of the gate. If you came into my business i'd though you right out ..Your not worth having as a customer. If you are a friendly person they will be right back to you..just as anyone would be.. Kevin has stayed late for my family to get them ready for events. He is a great guy and his staff has done a wonderfull job over the years of going there. To Kathlyn who said her nails took 2 hours to dry -- Your a lier - paint is paint and there is hardner mixed into it . it all is set to dry in 5 minutes to the touch and no longer then 30 minutes to full cure ...You saying things like that about a business that can't defend themselves just shows who you are. Im sure if you husband wrote a review on you it would not be nice. To Penny Lane who waited 20 minutes for you Pedi... It must really suck to have your feet soaking in a spa and sitting in a chair thats working your neck and back free for 20 minutes.. I feel so bad for you ,not! As for the sun coming in, Say something. Kevin would close the blinds for you or anyone who asked. I love getting my nails done at Expect Nails and Spa. The employees at this specific spa are quite friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. I have never had to wait for service. And I've been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I love it. Kevin is the manager and takes his job seriously. He's professional and runs this place with ease, while he is servicing customers. His english is quite proficient and he watches over the shop with great concern for all. He and his employees are friendly and skilled at their craft. I can't imagine getting my nails done elsewhere. Please believe me when I say that Expect Nails and Spa is the best spa around. Their services are diversified and priced quite reasonably. Kevin and his employees aim to please. They are waiting for you to visit their establishment so you will do as I. With easy I followed her to her new shop and was so excited for her to finally see her dream come alive , she took an older shop and revap it to its beautiful state. Kim has been the honest , most happy, helpful , courteous, thoughtful , nail tech and now owner I know . She does beautiful work , complies a to your wish to the best of her ability and always has fresh new ideas awaiting her clients ... This nail salon is my favorite I've ever gone to in the eleven years I've gotten my nails done. They have a super diverse group of girls who are all talented and have an array of skills and techniques. This is the first salon I've gone to that has accommodated my request for the sharpest stilettos possible. Shay was my tech and she delivered on quality, creativity, and she has an amazing personality so I loved every minute I sat in her chair, which is super important when you're sitting across from someone for an hour or more. My pedicurist was super sweet as well and not only gave an excellent pedicure but also was genuinely interested in what I do for a living. I have consistently been going to Miyu Nails for years now! I love this establishment because they always get my nails done right compared to all the other nail places I've been to in the Goodyear area. Every time I ask for a specific design, Van is always able to give me exactly what I want no matter how challenging or detailed the design might be! Every time I give them a call to schedule, they always are able to get me in as soon as possible and based around my schedule. Everyone here is genuinely kind and very accommodating and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking to have a great experience when gett their nails done! I have been going to Miyu Nails for years. I remember the first time I walked in and how impressed I was at first glance. The salon was so clean and the beautiful chandelier was stunning (and gives the salon a very high end vibe). Kim does my nails regularly and she is an exceptional nail artist. I have also had my nails done by several of the other techs over the years and have always been happy with the end result. My nails are often the topic of discussion and the girls I work with are always excited to see the latest creation. Can you say gels gels and more gels? You can at this salon....and they have MATCHING polishes too. When I first walked in the door, I was greeted like I was visiting family. Everyone is super friendly, even the staff that didn't even work on me, even the customers. It seemed like everyone knew each other. This salon is new, clean, beautifully designed, and didn't smell of acrylic. My nail tech was knowledgeable and gave me the best masssge. They use name brand products and seem genuinely caring. So I have been looking for a nail salon where I feel comfortable and feel like I fit in. My daughter was done from California about month ago and came to Miyu for a mani/pedi. She said she liked the vibe that I should try. I decided to make an appointment and see for myself. Glad I did the place has a good vibe. The nail tech Eunmi made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. I have been seen Van for over a year and love my monthly experience. I initially was looking for a new nail tech that specializes in design. I stumbled on their Instagram page that showed a lot of Van's design's. I came in with a design in mind and she executed it better than the picture. She was very personable and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I come. The other nail technicians are all very nice and when she was on vacation they would help me with the same skill level as hers. Johnny did my nails and he was so nice and fun to talk to. I think this is truly the most beautiful full set I've ever gotten at a very reasonable price for the quality. This is my favorite nail spot by far, the service is great and they greet you with warm smiles and make you feel right at home. I've been skeptical about trying out ombre nails but my nail tech janea did exactly what I had pictured in my mind. Miyu nails and spa is the most reliable nail salon I have came across in the Litchfield area. The reason why is because all of the nail techs are equally talented in their craft so there is little risk. One nail tech in particular that I recommend is Johnny because he is a perfectionist in his work and it shows well in my full sets. I came to Miya Nails & Spa for a pedicure over a year ago and have been coming back ever since. Nancy does my pedicures an excellent job every time. She is very meticulous & my nails look beautiful. I complimented Nancy on her eyelashes, she referred me to Micki to have a set of lash extensions done. A first for me. I love them, easy care, look natural with a thrill.
