Nice and relaxing spa music. It is a big open room with about 6 beds, with individual lash stations. They have a neck pillow and blankets. My lash tech was Aileen. She explained all the different lengths and styles. I showed her a photo of how I had them done before and she knew exactly what to do. She is also so much quicker than what I remembered. I get so many compliments on how full yet natural my lashes look and how it accentuates my face perfectly. I've been back 4x since my 1st visit and I always make sure it's with Aileen.
