I do my own nails at home when I have free time and I'm very particular with the gel removal, shape of my nails, cuticle removal, the shape of the gel overlay and the design. Ruby did my nail prep and the first half of the design then Ari had to take over to finish my nails because my nail design took longer than expected. That was on me though for only booking an hour gel manicure session instead of being more accurate with the other services that I needed (cuticle removal, gel overlay, and nail design on each finger). Nonetheless the switch was seamless and I would request either one of them again to do my nails! Ruby used an e-file to remove the gel polish I had on and she was very gentle and careful - did not burn at all unlike experiences I had at other nail salons. She cleaned up my cuticle very well (I have thick cuticles that need to be removed or else my nail bed is too small for nail designs). I have a pretty small nail bed to work with so I was very impressed with both Ruby and Ari's intricate work on the design I requested. They offered me complimentary drinks (I got tea with an orange slice) and it was such a thoughtful touch to the overall experience! I booked my next appointment at check out, and Ruby and Ari ensured I booked a longer session because they already know I will be coming back for everything I mentioned above I've officially found my go-to salon. I'm so glad. She does SUCH BEAUTIFUL designs and beautiful, intricate 3D art. You can tell she's a perfectionist and really cares. I have been coming here for my pedicures recently and just wanted to submit some feedback…read more I have had a lot of pedicures done and the pedicure chair is comfortable, however where you rest your feet for the pedicure is not... its plastic and there is no cushion. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. When I told them that their website listed $29 for the pedicure, they said something about not having had time to update the website due to the weekend. At that point, they should have honored the $29 that I thought it was going to be with a caveat that I would have to pay $35 next time. But no such offer was given. I felt like this was false advertising and I have to call them out on this. Furthermore, this had to have been the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I could have done a better job painting my own toenails which I think I'm going to do from now on instead of paying $35 for some whack job sloppy work. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Granted, I took this photo 1.5 weeks after I got the pedicure, but the sloppy paint job is exactly what it looked like when it was freshly painted (minus the growth from the cuticle area). Once your hands and feet are partly painted you're sort of stuck (which may be on purpose). By the time I left, my nails were not the color I wanted, and my toes smudged, but because it had been so long and was past dinner time, with other people waiting, I was just ready to be done and go home. I'm sad to say that Win Nails did not win me over.

A quick call to the salon and the person confirm me at 5:30. At arrival, I did have to wait a little longer. They were busy!! The vibe was buzzing and rambunctious. Customers and artists just laughing if up. I soon realized that they paid so much attention to detail and wanted their customers to be completely satisfied that if someone needed an adjustment, they'd fix it on the spot. Nevertheless, they were extremely apologetic and my assigned person actually got one of her coworkers to get started on me while she finished her previous customer. I was there for a gel manicure. My nails were mostly long but my two index fingers were shortened because I broke them. It was suggested that if I wanted to maintain length that I "patch" my broken nails with gel-x extension which was what I was hoping for. What I also appreciated was that they had someone else who was more familiar with gel-x come over and put on the two for me versus my person just doing it herself.
