If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! The service I received during my pedicure was terrible. The technician rushed through everything and didn't even bother to remove my cuticles because she was in a hurry to go finish someone else's nails despite the fact that I had called ahead to confirm they could take me at a specific time. I also asked her to take care of an ingrown nail, and she flat out said no. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return. I strongly urge others to avoid this salon as well. What makes it worse is that my gift card was for $40, and the pedicure cost $35--I let the remaining $5 go as a tip, and I'm honestly mad about that. Why did I even tip!? This is hands down the worst nail salon I've been to in all of Orange County. I'm genuinely shocked at how poor the service and quality were. I'm now heading to the salon I normally go to. I decided to get a gel pedicure here after a coworker recommended them. I called around 6pm to ask how much it cost ($45 which I thought was very reasonable). I asked if they accepted walk-ins and they asked me to come at 6:30pm. The salon is very pretty and clean. It's decorated with paintings that were done by the salon owner, Vivian! They're also for sale. They have massage chairs that are very comfortable. Iris (I think that was her name) did my pedicure and I'm very happy with her work! She didn't rush despite the fact that I came in so last minute. Both ladies were very kind and personable. I would definitely come back and get another mani/pedi! I arrived and they didn't acknowledge me because they were chatting. The salon was empty. I took a chance but I saw after why it was an empty salon. They accept cash only. They did not have the tools freshly sanitized like other salons that open up the sanitized bags of tools. They only had a few colors for dip. Mitchell didn't use the drill like other salons after she was done dipping my nails. I asked for a darker red and she wanted to put a gel color over the dip and I said no. When she was done I looked at my nails and they were so bumpy she told me it was because of the dip powder she said that's how it is. I asked her to file the super bumpy spots and she filed one nail and that was it. I won't come back here. This is the worst spot to get a manicure. I don't recommend at all. read more

This place definitely pays for reviews for starters. The most pathetic excuse for a nail salon. They also USE ILLEGAL NAIL PRODUCTS CONTAINING MMA WHICH SEVERELY DAMAGES YOUR NAILS! My nails were burning the whole time. I have gotten acrylics over 50 times at various salons and never have I experienced burning like that. These are toxic chemicals being used on your skin. Beware of this nail salon. Also Michelle is fucking horrible she did a worse job than a literal toddler and blamed it on me. Ridiculous. Idk where these people are from but clearly they have no work ethic and don't deserve their licenses. :) read more

Aside from the fact that Michelle was a bit rude commenting stuff which she's not supposed to because that's her job??? but she complained that I didn't tell her that I was meant to get the gel pedicure in the first place. When after my nail polish, I can totally see marks of the polish on my skin and didn't propely cleaned it because she has an appointment with another customer. I was looking for a new go to place to get my nails done , the shop is super cute and chic , although this is my first time ive ever regretted getting my acrylics nails done they ache badly from the lady who pressed down while putting them on as well from filing them down too much. Each nail is a different length it seemed as if she was new im not sure. She was very nervous while doing them and left them quite bumpy i didnt ask for her name and i was late to work ; keep in mind i came in at 2:20 and left at 4:30. This place was horrible!! I went to get a full face wax and they were so expensive and didn't give me a deal for everything I was getting done . And secondly, they RIPPED MY SKIN OFF. Yes, they ripped my skin. The wax was not hot enough and scraped the Popsicle stick across my whole face trying to spread the wax. And after they were done, my face was a swollen pink mess! I've gotten waxed before PLENTY of times and never got swollen like I did. They blamed it on having "sensitive skin"...I don't have sensitive skin. Then the burning continued until my skin scabbed and looks UGLY! I now have this ugly mark on my face! And it's huge not just some little scrap. I asked for a very natural manicure and no fake nails (I personally don't like fake nails at all) and Vivian the owner did them and they are SO pretty, she was so gentle and so friendly :)! I had a French done in my nails and I love it! As I saw I can say Vivian really knows what she is doing and all the staff look very talented too! I've been going here for over a year now. They give great service and the quality of their pedicures and gel manicures are great. My nails look great for weeks and I get a lot of compliments. Highly recommend. Just got eyelash extensions for the first time! They did a great job!! Beware it takes almost 2 hrs your first time. And a good hour for the refills. But they have a blanket for you while your lying down so u can fall asleep or listen to music the whole time. But it was okay with me because I knew she was giving it a lot of detail. So far the longest they've lasted is 3 wks which is pretty good. $80 for first set then $50 for refills. I love mine and so does my husband! ;) read more

My mother-in-law has been coming here for a while and turned me onto this place. It is not your typical salon. They do a consistently fantastic job every time. They all speak English. I believe the owner is Filipino (not that it really matters--just noting another difference from typical salons). They have two big screen TVs playing music videos. If you get to hear the owner sing along you will be in for a treat! This place has such a fun atmosphere! In addition to the excellent customer service, I extra stars because of cleanliness. If you get regular pedicures you will be given your own box of tools (with a box number you should remember) that will be stored there. For a classic pedicure, including callus treatment, sea salt scrub, paraffin treatment, and an extended massage I pay only $35. Other places would have charged and extra $5+ for those treatments! Great little nail salon. I was waiting for my tires to be completed across the street at America's Tires and instead of waiting in the lobby there, we chose to get pedis here. We had no appointment and did not have a wait. It's not as luxurious as the others I go to; it had more of a homey feel. I chose my pedi color and got seated with feet in a nice, warm bath. I chose the basic pedi ($20) which included a hot stone massage. This was one of the best hot stone foot massages I ever had at a nail salon. The massage chairs were really powerful too.
