My parents have a Bosch convection oven that suddenly decided it didn't want you to come up to temp. Submitted Yelp request and K-SEE responded almost immediately. Service required a diagnostic visit to identify the issue and parts needed, and then a follow-up to actually replace a faulty heating element. Our technician, Shaon, was professional, competent, and efficient. It took most of a week to get it fixed, but the majority of that was waiting for a part. Price was reasonable, well within what we expected for parts and to have a professional make a home visit. It's 4 instead of 5 stars because of logistical/planning issues. Technician was late for the initial visit, which is understandable, because traffic is a thing and their service area is fairly large. The problem is that I had to reach out to find out what was going on. During this process, I had to contact them a couple of times to verify instead of being proactively informed. To their credit, once I did, I got a prompt reply. All this said, I'd use them again. In the end, the oven got fixed without much fuss, within a reasonable amount of time, at a good price.
