Elijah is the man! He had to stop by 3 different times to get all the parts he needed to fix our dryer, but I appreciate his stick-to-it-ive-ness. ~30 year old or older Maytag dryer. It's worked flawlessly since we moved in, in 1999! But last summer, we started hearing squeaking, squealing, and rubbing. Finally, last Sunday, the drum quit rotating, even though we could still seemingly hear the motor. Elijah diagnosed a broken belt, and that the wheels/rollers in the back needed to be replaced. Elijah came through for me after an unrelated appliance repair company canceled out on the day of its appointment. Elijah promptly answered my phone call and booked me for an appointment the next day, at which point he diagnosed my oven's repair needs, made plans to secure a replacement part, and made a follow-up appointment the same week to complete the repair. During that subsequent appointment, he efficiently finished the repair work on the oven, and also did a requested check of my refrigerator, and scraped off baked-on gunk on the inside of my oven's window (stubborn gunk that had foiled all my previous attempts to eradicate it, but Elijah showed me the trick for that!).
