Love this spa! I've tried a few in LA area and this one is by far the cleanest one I've been to. It's also the most modern one. The service is great. The massages are good. My new favorite spa!

This place is located in a plaza with a big parking lot. Parking was very easy. Receptionist was friendly, and attentive. They raised price on 2/16/2026 from $30 to $35 person. I enjoyed my first time coming over than my second time. I came here on a weekday for the first time. It was not crowded, and I was able to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, steam room, clay room, salt room, cold room, and forest room. The experience was very pleasant. My experience here for the second time was not great. It was a holiday, and this place was packed. People were talking pretty loudly at the locker room and hot tub. The steam room, sauna, salt room, clay room, and cold room were pretty full. When I was in the salt room, people kept opening and closing the door, and the heat was not trapped inside the room. I did not even had a chance to go to Forest room as people fell asleep and snoring in the room. There were children playing and screaming in the common area. I stayed for 1.5 hours, and left. This review is the average of both of my experience here (4 stars for the first time, and 0 star for the second time).

Let me start by saying this place is fascinating. As someone who proudly considers himself a bit of a Korean spa connoisseur, I always walk into a new spa curious about the vibe. Every spa has its own personality and this one definitely has a strong one. First impression was interesting. Before you even reach the reception desk there are other businesses like hair salons and little shops. It almost feels like a mini self care marketplace before you even start your spa day. Admission was $35 with a six hour limit, which is pretty typical for Korean spas. I ended up staying closer to seven hours and nobody said anything, so shoutout to them for not watching the clock too aggressively. After checking in you get the standard Korean spa uniform for the common area and a locker key. Now let me talk about that key because it had a mind of its own. My locker kept locking itself constantly and it made the whole process way more complicated than it needed to be. Another small surprise is that they do not give you towels at the locker. You have to walk into the wet area to grab one. And yes, it is the classic tiny Korean spa towel. The kind that barely covers half your dignity. They are unlimited which is nice, but still funny every time. The wet area itself is actually pretty spacious. The tubs and rooms are large enough that you are not sitting on top of strangers. The dry sauna, however, confused me. I sat in there for about twenty minutes and barely broke a sweat. For someone who spends a lot of time in Korean spas, that was unexpected. The hot tub though is serious business. I asked one of the workers and they measured it around 107 degrees. I can usually handle hot tubs pretty well and even I could barely last five minutes. That thing is intense and honestly impressive. The cold plunge was a little less dramatic. It was measured around the high 60s. For comparison, my usual spa in Los Angeles, Century Day & Night Spa, keeps theirs much colder. So this one felt refreshing but not exactly like a challenge. One thing I did notice in the hot tub was a bit of foam building up on the surface. Another guy who came in even commented on the chlorine smell and my eyes were definitely feeling it a little. Not a deal breaker but it was noticeable. They also have a steam sauna with a mist feature that I actually liked a lot. I would give that room about an eight out of ten. Between the steam and the cold rinse shower nearby you can still do a nice hot and cold cycle. Now here comes the plot twist of the day. The kids. If you are looking for a quiet spa retreat this might surprise you. The common area was packed with families and kids running around, laughing, and playing. When I opened the door to the common area I honestly paused for a second because the energy completely changed. Parents relaxing, kids running everywhere, TVs going, people hanging out on their phones. It felt more like a family hangout spot than a quiet spa escape. To be fair, I think that is exactly what this place is designed for. If you are a parent who wants to bring the kids and still enjoy a spa day, this could actually be perfect. The common area itself is big and they have several themed rooms like clay rooms, forest style rooms, and even an ice room. It is a cool concept and people were clearly settling in for long weekend visits. There is also a restaurant and you order through a kiosk in the common area. I personally skipped it because it was packed and my social battery was already low at that point. I came alone hoping for a calm spa day and instead got a full family weekend experience. The facility overall is clean and the staff clearly work hard to keep everything running. After spending nearly seven hours here I definitely saw enough to give an honest review. If you are someone who enjoys a lively spa environment and does not mind families and kids around, this place could be a great fit. If you prefer the quiet adult focused spa vibe, you might want to come during slower hours. But one thing is certain. That hot tub is not for beginners.

I am a huge advocate for self care, and I love coming to KSpa for the Body Scrub Massages, Hot & Cold Water Dips, relax time in the various rooms and common areas. They went through a renovation a bit ago and the updated experience looks great. The facilities are very clean, a good amount of space, and just an overall great experience. The body scrubs will make your skin glow and will be super soft, but it's not for the weak. The ladies scrubbbbbb your body and go over the same area 5-7 times so that all your dead skin cells are removed, leaving you with a fresh & glowing skin. The massage is also a hard and rough massage, but I needed it due to some knots in shoulders. It is a full nude spa experience. Service was excellent. They have a small, few table snack area in the common lounge, and a restaurant in the lobby when you walk in. Usually, I'm here for like 4-5 hours as an all day experience. I love it. Thank you K Spa!

I asked a little girl how to make the towel for hair and she taught me step by step! (this restaurant that collabs with k spa was delicious)

I went there a while back for my bday and it was quite a fun experience. Very relaxing and the spaces were big and clean. We did a body scrub massage and it was fun and interesting, made my skin feel nice and smooth! Will def visit again soon.

My friend wanted to check this place, so we made a date out of it. They don't have an online booking system, but I was able to call them the week of and make an appointment. I like how they have a basket and rack to put your things on. The shower/bathing area includes Tresemme shampoo and conditioners, but I saw bunch of people bring their own products. Instead of the standard two tubs, they have THREE tubs you can choose from: a cold tub, a warm tub, AND a hot tub. The hot tube was WAY too hot for me, but hey, if that's your cup of tea, go for it. They also have your standard steam and dry sauna. Seems like a very family-friendly place. I saw both kids and elderly persons. This is the noisiest Korean spa I've been to. All other K-spas I have been to have always had "quiet please" signage in the spa area, but not so here, so if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy your soak, this may not be the place for you. Only medium-sized towels available, so if you're more on the modest side, I'd recommend bringing your own towel. My scrub and massage were fine. Felt a bit rushed with the massage movements and rinsing off the dead skin, but got the job done. I appreciated that my ahjumma asked me ahead of time if cucumber was okay and was pleasantly surprised when she placed actual cucumber slices on my face. The communal area was nice (see pics). There are four therapeutic sauna rooms (in order from hottest to coolest): salt, clay, forest, and ice. Forest was my favorite and the communal area with the mats to relax on. They also had a seating area where you could enjoy food/drinks by ordering on the kiosk. Before I knew it, four hours had flown by. Overall, a very relaxing experience.

Entrance looks like a store front but inside is bigger than I imagine.

This is my first visit to K- Spa. Amazed how i spent 4 hours here. Time just flew by so fast. The receptions are nice & the manager introduced to me the various massage packages. Once paid i was handed by K Spa attire. She showed me where to park my shoe & my locker for my clothes & stuffs. She introduced the facilities brieftly before letting me to enjoy. Cleaniness wise is good, since i came early not crowded by the time i checked out more people there. My scrubber is Min. Do not know what to expect but the experience is She did not use too much force but enough to take off my dead skin. By the time she is done. My whole skin so soft. And i go my merry way to try the different pools, sauna & different rooms. Next to the reception desk is a korean restaurant. Had my meal there before i end my Easter Experience.

My mom and I had a wonderful spa date at K Spa on Mother's day. K spa team was able to accommodate a massage session for my mom due to a last minute cancelation. The facility is clean, except the cold therapy room. The common area is smaller than ispa at Irvine but facility overall is pretty modern and we appreciate the areas to lie down with pad instead of heated floor as it was too hot for my mom. The food over the restaurant area is delicious and it was very thoughtful of them to include sandals to walk between spa to restaurants area. Will definitely come back :)

located at north of Buena Park. I've been watching their TikTok videos and finally got to try this Korean spa. I've been into several Korean spa around LA County and Irvine. I can't tell that this place is pretty new for Korean spa places are outdated and old. Their prices is basic, about $30. So I think it's OK. They close at 10 PM and I spend there for like since 6:30 pm. I cannot wait to come back and I want to stay longer next time. I like to bring my own iPad and AirPod to just chill and enjoy my mean time and maybe next time I would add scrubbing session.

First time doing a Korean spa and I absolutely loved it!!! First, you pay and get your uniform and locker key. Then go to your shoe locker and take off your shoes (you will not wear them again until you leave). Then find your big locker and get naked to use the wet area. Shower first (and you can use your own products if you have sensitive skin like me). They have hot, warm, and cold tubs along with a wet and dry sauna. The hot was very nice but the cold was too cold for me. Then after the wet area is the common area and other rooms: Salt Room - way too hot, I put my foot on the towel and felt it burning so I left Clay room - next hottest room, I was able to lay for 5 min before it was too much Forest room - reminds me of a warm slight humid day in Asia, really nice Ice room - was very nice to cool off in after being so hot Common area - loved the soft pads to nap on and the heated middle area was so nice to lay or walk on, my only complaint is that some people can be inconsiderate and be extremely loud Overall, excellent experience

    Disgusting.

This is condition of recliners in men's resting area...things are getting bad to worse.

First time visitor Plenty of open parking $30 for 6 hours for 4 rooms, jacuzzis, dry and wet saunas, and common room - 6 hour time limit. Greeted upon entry and explain how things work and was shown around the facility Other services such as body treatment and massages are available Very clean, strong encouragement of safety and following sanitation cleaning standard, slip resistant mats in many wet areas Nudity required in Jacuzzis, dry and wet saunas, and shower areas Uniform require Common room and 4 room (salt ice red clay room and forest room Shoes placed in smaller separate locker Clothes and belonging in larger locker Electrical key provided - don't lost it $30 fee Before entering in any of the wet nude areas, shower must be taken (you will be taking multiple ones) being a hair tie or hair clip as hair must be kept up in some areas Shampoo conditioner soap toothbrush provided Wash cloth towels provided - recommended to take with you in saunas or the 4 rooms in the common area Hairdryer q tips brush provided in the locker area Some relaxation rooms have head rest I tried to sit on the ground, lay down, and even did stretches in the various rooms Everyone seem pretty mindful of noise and space Didn't try the food (restaurant next door opens at 10, must wear sandals out in the restaurant) No particular order in using the 4 rooms and nice to see what each room usage benefit Forest room had some slight humidity and Woodsie smells Ice room was refreshing after the hot rooms Salt and red clay room provides some heat humidity sweat session Interesting different glad I tried it out experience

The most gorgeous and versatile pole studio in OC!! You can come here to train on your own, shoot…read morecontent, pole jam with friends, or take unique workshops with amazing instructors! I love Soma. They have a membership option which allows you to book an open pole, or a rental option where you can rent out the entire pole space! The prices are very reasonable and so worth it for the amenities that you get. I love doing the rental option with friends and once you split the cost, it's a great deal! The studio is always clean and put together. Clean towels are plentiful and the floor, bathroom, etc. are always clean too. One of my favorite features of the studio is the lighting. There is a huge skylight so natural lighting is perfect during the day. However there is also a huge panel and two other standing lights to supplement. They are controlled by the iPad and you can customize them to literally any color/brightness you desire! So much fun to play around with! You can really create your own vibe here. This makes it a great space for creating content, whether it be on your phone, or a professional photo/video shoot! Having the iPad is also really nice because you can play the music off of it. They have a Spotify account that is already logged in and it's so fun to browse around the playlists they have in there! They also have some fun accessories like a pole strap, and a phone mount you can put on the pole and get a POV shot. They of course also have crash mats because safety first!! Once you are done dancing your heart out, you can rent the recovery space that has an amazing sauna and cold plunge! There is also a tv in there so you can put in your fave show, and just unwind! This is such a luxury feature that I think makes this studio really stand apart from others! Even if you skip the recovery room, the lobby is still amazing pleasant to hang out in. There are some stretching accessories you can use before/after your session which is another great added touch. The couch is soooo comfy, but most of the time my friends and I opt to roll around on the floor and little poufs as we debrief from our pole sesh, lol! Overall, I am so impressed by this studio and so thankful for the owner for working so hard to make and maintaining such an amazing space. This studio is really a game changer!! I can see myself going here for many years in the future. Come check it out for yourself!!

Human Aeon is a hidden sanctuary tucked away in a gorgeous house in Belmont Shore. A wellness oasis…read moreoffering guided breathwork (about 30-minutes), meditation, cold plunge, hot tub, an outdoor steam sauna, an infrared sauna and a beautiful, Zenned out garden to lounge around in. The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I will definitely be back for more healing and rejuvenation! Free street parking in the residential neighborhood.

A Hidden Oasis in Long Beach - Pure Paradise for Mind & Body…read more I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, it's a true hidden gem in the heart of Long Beach that feels like you've been transported far, far away. As soon as you walk in, the energy shifts. It's calm. Peaceful. Inviting. The kind of space where you instantly feel your shoulders drop and your mind start to slow down. They've created what feels like a tropical wellness retreat, but without ever leaving the city. The cold plunge alone is worth the visit. It's crisp, clean, and absolutely invigorating, and if you've read up on the benefits (reduced inflammation, better sleep, mood boosts), you'll appreciate just how much good it's doing while you shiver! Pair that with their sauna lineup, a traditional hot sauna, a jacuzzi, and beautifully lit infrared saunas and you've got everything you need to detox, decompress, and reset. They also guide you through breathing techniques that help deepen the whole experience. After just one session, I felt like I had taken a vacation without ever stepping on a plane. Whether you're a wellness junkie or just need a few hours to reconnect with yourself, this place is an absolute must. Long Beach has a true oasis, and I'm so grateful I found it. Highly recommend.
