Visit was still amazing but on the weekends, it gets very packed and there are kids there who are very loud, noisy and are bored. the parents don't say or do anything. It becomes annoying because you're there to relax, but you can't really start putting parents accountable. Went during a Saturday from morning till afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. The locker area was pretty clean and had all the amenities as other kspas. The wet area is clean, and big! Though on a personal note I like steam rooms with a bit less of water dripping on you from the ceiling. Love the heated floors in the coed area, though kinda gets super hot in areas where the heat comes directly out of. Took a fat nap and was so refreshed. Went to the restaurant for some food and it was really good! Portion size was decent at an okay price. Overall, amazing kspa. Would highly recommend for both the spa and the food! read more

First time here and my experience wasnt that great. Admission fee is 30$ but if you get enough service, admission fee is waived. The staff are nice but I didnt feel like they're as welcoming as other spa. I had to ask for instructions. Customer service could be better. Facility is clean. They have basic shower supplies. The only thing I didnt like is the moisturizer in a tub where everyone is dipping their hands. They have cold tub, warm tub and hot tub with capacity 9-10. Steam sauna is my favorite. They also have dry sauna. Tried scrubbing for the first time and OMG they are so meticulous! Love the experience. 60$ for 30 mins. This is the only thing I really liked. Coed areas are small. They have ice room, forest room, red clay room and salt room. The main area has slightly warm floors. People are noisy even though it wasnt too crowded. The vibe when I went is . It felt like most of the crowd are either rude, paranoid or loud. Maybe its better to go with a friend than being solo. read more

The new and improved Beach Spa now K Spa was great. I had not been to a spa since COVID. I was not sure what to expect. But the new place is cleaner and better cared for. The staff is now on the men's side (I am assume same for the women's side)--they now clean and check the water more frequently. The showers are nicer too. The old ones had a mildew and mold smell. The new fee is probably linked to the new level of cleanliness. I went with a friend in the morning and it was peaceful and not crowded. And like in my last review, I am clear that though I am a customer I am also a visitor to a cultural space that I must respect and defer to the customs and rules. I want to make sure that the community who is sharing their space--still feel like it is their space. read more

I know this space is new and theres a lot of potential but there's a few things that could use improving. First the lighting is very strange for a spa that is supposed to be relaxing. The halogen lighting in the common space is way too bright and not conducive to a relaxing environment. When you lay on your back like you're supposed to you have to look directly at the bright lights on the ceiling which is uncomfortable and strange. There are dimmers so I don't understand why you wouldn't dim the lighting to make it darker. There is beautiful blue ambient light and a projector that would be so much more enjoyable if the white lights were off or more dim. Second, the food menu is 100% meat. There ar end vegetarian options which is also very strange to me. The only thing they could offer was a meat dish with out the meat which was incredibly bland and the same price. Lastly, there are 3 sauna options in the common are and one of them is barely (if at all) warmer than the common area itself. So it hardly counts as a sauna. So you basically only have 2 sauna options. Other than these things it's enjoyable especially for the price but would be so much better if the lighting and 3rd sauna (the forest room) we're better. read more

First time experiencing a Korean spa. It was amazing, relaxing and tranquil! I got a scrub and an aroma massage by a nice lady named Julie. She was very polite and made me feel very comfortable. The scrub and massage was the best massage I've ever gotten. My skin felt So soft and moisturized when she was done. I can't wait to come back. I left feeling like I was on cloud 9 floating out of that place when I left. Over all a really good experience. People are nice and polite when you ask questions. The wet room I was a little unprepared for bc you go naked so that was a little over whelming. But soon you realize other ladies are doing their thing not paying attention to what you're doing it's not so bad. I can't wait to come back and bring my mom and sister. read more

Used to love going to Beach Spa (of course, it was a bit dated but had its charm) The newly renovated KSpa did not live up to expectations. 1. There are basically only two hot rooms instead of three like the original Beach Spa. The older clay room also used to have (what I think) to be korean herbs which gave the room a lovely smell, but now the clay room does not have that. 2. The fact that I have to walk all the way over to the restaurant is so odd. And I've had their sauna eggs on two separate occasions and they were so disappointing - you could definitely tell they did not cook them long enough. It tasted similar to a sauna egg but the texture was basically just a boiled egg (which should not be the case) 3. The sauna in the wet area is soo bright and lit up in this ugly ass light temperature. The light bulbs and LED strip lights used are not warm which I think is soo weird for a sauna - makes it much harder to relax. Also the old sauna at Beach Spa also had Korean herbs but this was omitted at KSpa? 4. The old Beach spa used to play Korean variety shows which added to the ambiance, but now they just play boring ass nature clips. read more

Very clean and cute decor. Minimalistic. Front desk ladies weren't as welcoming but it's okay, they were quick with the transaction. I didn't get slippers in the beginning, not sure where it went. But shoes were placed in another set of lockers in the beginning. Relaxing and great price. I did the acupressure massage which came with admission. Parking was easy. Would come back again. Love this place! Very modern and clean! I'll definitely be back soon! I got a scrub and massage for $180 and it was absolutely worth it, they do a mini facial and hair mask too. And with this price it also gives you access to all the rooms, saunas and tubs. If you book a massage or scrub be sure to go early to the spa to experience the rooms and saunas before your treatment. It is a nude sauna and tub experience but the common rooms they give you a uniform to wear. I would recommend to bring your own bath towel and hair brush, so you don't have to use theirs. They also have a small restaurant to grab a bite to eat that's delicious. My friend and I spent 5 hours there. Def take your time and enjoy all the rooms. 10/10 would recommend! read more

LADIES STOP TAKING SELFIES IN THE CHANGING AREA ‼‼‼ Please do a better job maintaining a safe environment in the women's area. I was there tonight and there were two women who were taking selfies in the changing area. I happened to be undressed and walked past the mirror where the ladies were taking selfies. It was really shocking and I felt embarrassed and scared about confronting them so I hurried over to my locker. I should've let the staff know right away, but in the moment I felt unsafe and wanted to leave asap. This is ridiculous. There's no excuse whatsoever for anyone to be taking out their cameras in a place like this. Had a great experience with my scrub and massage. My technician May was so nice and considerate. This spa experience is different from any one I had before. This was my first time ever visiting a Korean spa. I visited K Spa with a group as a last minute activity. We arrived around 12pm and were able to book massages from 330pm to 4pm. The front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly. I received a key on a wristband to access both, shoe only lockers and a main locker for clothes and belongings when you change into the outfits you wear during your visit. Right off of the lockers is a wet spa area with standing and seated showers, a steam room, sauna and warm/cold plunges. The amenities also include a full blow dry station with some styling necessities. The main room had a heated floor in the center with a sleeping/laying area and eating area. The rest of the dry spa area includes an ice room, a salt room, a clay room, and a forest room. My group and I spent a full 5 hours here alternating between the warm and cold rooms. Ordering both Bingsoo and drinks from the restaurant which you can sit in to eat full meals that looked and smelled amazing. We didn't try anything during our visit. I had an oil massage with Cindy who offered back walking which I declined for my massage but the experience was amazing. Overall, I'm wishing I had a k spa near me to visit regularly. I would recommend for anyone to come visit if in the area for a relaxing, affordable, and unforgettable experience. read more

After patiently waiting weeks for K Spa to open I finally got to come by and try the place out. I didn't get a chance to try the sauna, but I thoroughly enjoyed the common area that had a hot clay room, himalayan salt room, ice room and forrest room. The heat from the hot clay room really helped me sweat out any toxins in my body and the ice room cooled me down. The facilities were all really clean as well. My only complaint is that they don't have enough water stations. It's really easy to get dehydrated at a spa and the only water station was by the showers. read more

I came here for the spa admission only; no services. For those who used to visit the old Beach Spa, this place is located in the former drugstore next door, which means everything is brand new and sparkling clean. The men's wet area is on the narrow side, but doesn't feel cramped. The hottest tub was a little too hot for my liking and the cold plunge slightly too cold, but seeing as this place just opened, it should be an easy fix. The warm tub, sauna, and steam room were all the perfect temperature. There's also a TV room with recliners and a dressing area off of the locker room. The coed area offers a heated floor, a place to nap, and some tables for eating. Here you will find the ice room, forest room, salt sauna, and solid floor clay sauna. There's a menu to order food, but expect this to be replaced by a self-service kiosk. One thing that is missing is a water cooler; the only ones are in the wet areas. At only $30 for admission, this is perhaps the lowest priced spa in OC. read more

Lovely new facilities. Warm, hot and cold tub awa wet and dry sauna in the private areas. Warm floor in the group area with the assorted dry saunas and cold room. The dinner is in a separate room so you will put on comp slippers to get there. I go once a week and enjoy it a great deal. read more
