I came here for my birthday and I really enjoyed the experience! The staff were helpful and kind, the room theme was cute (We had the Hello Kitty themed room). The karaoke system was easy to navigate as you could search any song on YouTube! The volume of the music was a bit alarmingly loud at first but you'll quickly adjust to it once you start singing your heart out! While we did not purchase any snacks, I love that they allow you to bring your own food. We originally planned to stay two hours but ended up having so much fun we stayed for an extra hour! My group of 12 came here for a bday celebration. This is my 2nd time going to a karaoke place and this place was already way better than the first spot I went to. The only reason why this place is better was because we weren't limited to songs on the list. We were able to use YouTube and search up any songs we want. The room we got was very spacious for the 12 of us. We had enough room to get up and dance. We were only provided with 2 mics, but that's ok since we all just sang along anyways. We booked this room for 2hrs, but decided we wanted to stay another hr and staff were very accommodating of that. I'm not sure how much it cost, but I knew it was expensive.. Room is small, wall paper is nice.(only reason wanna be here) Song order machine is so old and so hard to use, like I don't understand how to use it even I am Chinese. And I could not download the apps to choose the song as well, of coz! Somehow their big screen is crash many times based on the song, since it needs to be downloaded so you can sing it. So confused and not convinced at all. Mic is low of volume even I try to increase it. Super lamb, and I don't recommend it at all. This place is super cool! The staff here was super nice and welcoming , price was reasonable, great drinks, private room! The music ordering machine was super easy to use. They also have YouTube! WORST Karaoke Experience EVER! The rooms is cute and the workers are helpful but they don't tell you your paying a 20% for them to explain how to work the karaoke system which Took 45 of our time to get the songs we wanted. The system they have is old with old songs. To load any new songs onto the system you need to go on YouTube search the song you want, make sure it is the karaoke version, create a playlist of all the songs you want to sing this took us 35 mins to do then we couldn't find the playlist and neither could the K-Time worker. He came back 15 mins later but we found it by then. So for a 2 hour reservation we were able to sing for 1 hr 15 mins but still had to search each song on YouTube then connect to the TV. We were not allowed to download our personal karaoke app with all our songs ready to go. Such a HUGE waste of time. Total cost to sing for 1H 15 mins was $280!!! Don't GO here!! Japantown is where it's at for real Karaoke. read more

Had everything i could think of, including new songs (at least as new as 1 month ago as far as I could tell). +1 star: Huuuuge table to keep your things. +2 stars: They're pretty flexible with party size. -1 star: Pricey, but our party ended up using the drinks + snacks room service a few times and so I'd wager that might also have something to do with it. +1 star: The only karaoke place we found in SF last min on a Friday evening that had rooms available for 12+ people. Ngl I'm a super nice person & I was pissed on how they handled my booking. Will not be coming back. Service: The people behind the counter had 0 customer service skills. They had no communication on letting me know how my booking will proceed. Rooms: I increased the amount of people to 11 & they didn't tell me my room switched. If you're bringing At least 10 people you will not get the nice rooms. The karaoke sound system was super nice even tho their service sucked. Drinks: You CAN BRING your own DRINKS even tho they say no alcohol. They will CHARGE you anyways for bringing alcohol which I wouldn't mind if they told me but they didn't. As you can see the q&a answered that you can byob. They will charge you extra for it without telling you while denying that you cannot bring alcohol at the lobby. UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

Lots of songs available to sing in English and in Asian languages. I like how they sell alcohol but also allow you to bring in your own drinks so you don't need to be too sneaky about it. There's a convenience store very close to it, and a Safeway within walking distance. We usually buy our own alcohol to take inside since it's stronger and much cheaper. An issue I have with this location though, is the area. There is no parking lot available so you just have to be lucky to find street parking. It's not usually too bad though. The furthest I've had to walk is about 6-7 minutes. Still, it's something to consider if it's a weekend night and you don't wanna deal with hassle. I actually go to Eplus Karaoke more since they have their own parking lot, but they don't sell alcohol. However, these are definitely the top karaoke places around SF in my opinion. read more

Service attitude: Rude and unapologetic Cleanliness: Rest area bathroom *vomits* Came here for a Birthday party pre-Covid. We had booked the rooms well in advance and expected to be promptly seated but had to wait for 30 minutes over the scheduled time. Sure. We're forgiving and thought the room's cuteness is maybe worth the wait... BUT... Worst, when we finally got the room it smelled terrible of vape smoke and unforgivable WE FOUND A DIRTY CONDOM wedged into the seat cushions. DISGUSTING! Even if it was thrown away properly (as anyone would expect for decent cleaning standards), I question what kind of activities the management lets go on here. The decorations do not make up for the cleanliness. Stay clear unless you want to leave here with some extra "souvenirs" on your skin. read more

My boyfriend and I have been here a handful of times. Each time it seems like they've changed their policies. I always remember the pricing being quite expensive, it's around $80 for two people for two hours. On top of that they have a charge for service which you have to sign a consent form for. It doesn't really make sense to me that they charge service when we don't usually order food. I'd get if they provided some sort of service, but all the service is optional while the service charge is required. The array of songs are pretty outdated with how expensive it is. If I would recommend any karaoke place in SF with fair prices and dated songs, go to K-BOX Karaoke in Japantown. It comes out to about $70 per person, and their systems are super up to date. It's very likely they'll have the song you're looking for! read more
