Why did your driver shove the other person's bumper into the back seat of MY car, ripping and staining the interior? Why did you not respond to one single inquiry that I made online, since all I was trying to do was locate my car? All of these questions land on one answer, because you had the intent to sell my car, you are thieves. I may have been in an accident, and had I not smacked my head, I would not have let my car be towed by you, not when I have my own roadside assistance. But as soon as your driver saw that I started AND drove my car to the other side of the freeway, he stopped answering questions and providing me with information (like where it was going, it's on the slip was his answer, no surprise, it wasn't) because he, like you, knew that it would get maximum $ at auction. Hence the fast lien(in case I was able to get the car, you get to charge for that) and, wait for it, a SECOND charge for the filing for a lien. This company is ran by and staffed with half-wits and thieves at best. I know my next move, but I hope you get so much more than you deserve. You may tell yourselves that you're not that bad, good even. But deep down, you know what you all are, and what you all deserve. I just hope that I have the opportunity to give you some of it.

Yesterday I came here to retrieve my things from my likely totaled car that was in an accident two…read moredays ago. They didn't have the key. A driver was out with it. We couldn't wait as it was 100 degrees with a baby in the car. I said I will be back tomorrow first thing. They open at 8am. Got there at 8:40 and both gates are locked. No one is here. I called 30 mins ago now and still no one to help me. On top of it the lady answering the phone has been rude to me when I called Monday asking about it and today Wednesday when I'm here today. When I showed up yesterday I had to wait 20 mins until someone showed up also. No one answered when I called yesterday. That man yesterday was pretty nice but couldn't help me as he didn't have my key to get into my car. Be warned you only have 15 mins to retrieve your things per the signs and if you have to come a second time it cost you 97$ per visit. Writing this as I wait for someone to let me in.
