fun place and concept, but the karts are quite rough and bumpy, and you need a decent amount of strength to turn. be careful on the first turn, its very narrow and abrupt. it was a fun experience, bought 3 races but only did 2 since the first time was rough, i went with a group of 4 and it was our first time but the workers joined in for some reason and kept crashing into us. why were they competing with newbie teens? anyways, they chipped my tooth, hurt my neck, and gave me a bruised back in one part. other than that, it wasn't too bad. be careful with kids. Stopped on a whim and had the best time! We purchased three races each and got on the track pretty quickly. They give new racers the run down on how everything works, the flag system, etc. Explained the red button on the steering wheel that should only be used if necessary to back up. When my husband asked if the green button on the steering wheel was to boost your speed, the guy said if you think it does, then yes. LOL The carts go fast and it's a lot of fun. I like that after your race, you can get your results up at the counter inside to see where you ranked, your fastest lap, etc. I had one incident on my last race where I spun out and then someone hit me at full force. The flag guy ran over to make sure I was OK. My pride made me tell him yes, I was fine but it actually hurt. But I'm a big girl and can handle getting roughed up a little. LOL Thankfully it happened on my last race because my car did not handle too well after that - it shook terribly. I felt that the staff were patient, helpful and want everyone to have a good time. Our only issue was that we waited forever for our last race. They never called our names and group after group after group went on the course. Turns out they had somehow forgot about us. Visited at noon on 6/15/26. The woman working the front desk was the least friendly person I've encountered. There were only 3 people in the venue aside from us, so definitely not busy. She was incredibly rude, ignored direct questions like "how long until the next race" and "where do we go when our name is called" and "how are you today?" Very clearly having a bad day and decided to take it out on customers. Aside from her, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is in good shape and the racing was a blast. 12 laps is the perfect amount of racing at a time. I would go back if customer service improved. read more

This is for large party only. We recently just threw our son a birthday party here. There are some pros&cons. Pros: 1:Restroom are clean at least for the women im unsure about the men. There is a changing station for the littles. 2: it's air conditioned. The only hot part in there was where the race track was otherwise everything else is air conditioned including the private rooms for parties. 3: there's a large Tv and you have the option to play your own music or put anything else on. 4: there's an arcade at least when we were there it was all working. 5: they do sell alcohol however there's a section you have to stay in and you can not leave your alcohol beverage unattended. 6: they also sell snacks. I'm unsure if they sell food to individuals. 7: I had no issue with any of the staff. 8: at the end they do metals which the kids loved. They only did to 3rd place. Cons: 1: you aren't allowed to bring outside food or beverages. You can bring an outside cake though. Definitely be mindful of the length of the cake because if it's too tall they won't be able to refrigerate it. However, I did mention they have air conditioned private rooms so what I did was closed the door. And it kept it cool in there which prevent our cake from falling apart. The cake indeed stayed in tact till the end of the party. 2: party host are given a ticket to the children. That ticket is one free drink. Keep in mind kids get thirsty especially if they are running around and racing. By the time they were finished with their second race. Their drinks were obviously finished. So I felt bad that the parents had to buy additional drinks. 3: when my guest were trying to check in to do their waiver. It was a glitch on the system because the group event wasn't populating so the guest had to sign the waiver as an arrive & drive which kind of held up everything. You have to let the employee know so they can link the signed waiver to your group. Helpful tips for parents who decide to throw their kids birthday there 1. Make sure everyone signs the waiver in advance. That would have saved us a lot of time. 2. Makes sure everyone is on time because you can not race until your whole party is there. 3. Also refrained from confetti or glitter nothing messy. They will charge a cleaning fee and they will let you know 4. They do 1 race and then maybe a 30 min interval. To let the carts charge and the kids just played in the arcades. Then they will call out your whole party by name to race for the second time. 5. When you inquire about your party and you put in your deposit don't forget to order your food. They give you 7 days prior to the party date to order. If we would have just went just on a random day. My review would have been different. I just think that when you are hosting you should be able to take care of everyone. That includes making sure the parents had drinks too and if the children wanting more drinks especially when it was time to eat. read more

They need to service their karts. 4 out of 5 times I come here, I'm in a bad kart. Kart doesn't drive straight and brakes were stuck on to where I have to physically pull back on the brakes to get it unstuck. I always buy one race instead of 3 because i don't know condition of karts. I've been to other k1's so I know how they should feel. Waste of money read more

The place was practically empty when I came here with my son which was awesome. The interior was very clean and spacious. The track does not have AC so it does get very hot under your helmet. Loved the fact that the employees were ready to get right to work setting up our cars instead of treating it as a leisure Sunday since the place was practically empty. My only gripe is that despite me telling the cashier what option I wanted multiple times, she kept asking my minor son what did he want and was trying to add it to the bill. Totally fine only if the cashier is paying for that extra lap because I'm not. Respectfully, please consult with the parents once they tell you what items they want if you have questions. read more

We went here for the first time. Atmosphere was nice, pricing was decent. I had never driven a go kart before whereas my husband had. They're super quick in the run down they give you on the controls / flags / etc which made it kind of confusing for first timers. Least favorite part was parties are all mingled together which makes it somewhat difficult regarding experience level. Newbies get thrown into the track with experienced drivers that frequent K1-making it to where the first timers perpetually get in the way. Was definitely a fun experience, would've been more fun if they took the time to walk inexperienced drivers through the controls a bit more/give pointers on what part of the track to camp in to avoid getting in the way of the experienced drivers, or even just split up experience level. Came out from California to visit a friend. We thought it would be fun to go here and get a couple races in. Do K1 almost weekly in CA. The guy behind the front desk was great, Super nice. Now the guys working the track. Not friendly, seem miserable working here. Bad attitude not a great atmosphere at all. At one point they called our names and gave us kart numbers. They then changed them and didn't tell us then got pissed. This white guy working with long hair and tattoos said this N**gas don't fucking listen. EXPENSIVE BUT FUN TIME! I came on a Sunday afternoon and me and my date got 3 races each. The total was around ~$140! We only had to wait around 15 minutes for our first race to begin. After that race, we were called up again almost immediately for the next 2 races too! The go karts go pretty fast, it's so exhilarating! I wasn't very good at it, but had lots of fun. If there are any crashes or other safety issues, all of the karts automatically slow down and stop. After each race they email you statistics that show how you ranked against the other racers! Due to the price, this isn't something I would do often, but I'd definitely come again sometime! read more

The racing situation was pretty cool. They were extremely disorganized so my suggestion is make sure you go when they open so you can get out before they close. Count on them trying to keep your money over making the situation right if something goes wrong. Had to learn the hard way that 2 hours for them is 5 hours normal time and so that was frustrating when the manager tried to say they gave us a heads up cause no how does 2 hours roughly mean 5? I don't think so. They didn't wanna refund the races we didn't have time for so I would start with one and go from there even in the future wouldn't trust them with more than 30 bucks in advance. Overall the bad service aside the concept is cool and my group had a blast when staff got it together. read more

Took the grand kids here and they had a blast. All they could talk about for days on end on how much they want to go back. Top notch team that helped the kids get safely situated. They kids track goes fast enough that it much faster than your usual go kart track. It just seemed more like a race track and a good time was had by all. read more

This K1 SUCKS!!! We went me and my girlfriend and brother to what we thought was going to be a nice chill experience, so we started the first race and there was someone who was racing VERY dirty and bumped into my girlfriend AND brother from the BACK! Multiple times. Scratching the side of the cart like we were in bumper carts. I found that so strange, because the stewards emphasize clean racing and NOT hitting each other especially not from the back where you can seriously hurt your neck. After the first race i complained to one of the stewards and they said 'they got it' when in reality he didnt even pay attention to the race. My GF paid 66$ for two races but was in pain from getting hit so much that she didnt even participate in the second race! Just a big waste of money. People dont actually care there because in the second race i got a personal 'revenge' on that guy since they let him race again anyways lmao and even then no one said anything because bumping and hitting each other from the back is totally ALLOWED in this K1! read more

Providing a similar experience to a new restaurant where you wait 45 min for drinks. I've been racking at K1 since the beginning and this was the worst experience. We came on a Saturday so I understand it was really packed and we weren't gonna hop in a go kart immediately.. I bought 2 races each for me and my son and it took a bit over 2 hrs to get our first race in. I was visiting my kid from out of state and didn't feel like spending the whole day there so we left. I appreciate that the second races will be credited to our names/account for a return visit rather than being forced to wait around and use it. The staff was actually really cool, nothing bad to say about them. I thought the pool table, couches, arcade and snack area was pretty cool too since they know people are gonna be waiting around for a while. The arcade isn't too big but the games seem to actually work so thats a plus. The common areas are clean for the most part, idk how long before they clean off an empty table that's no longer in use for the next group to sit down but it's not the end of the world. The restroom on the other hand was a nightmare. The door was wide open and the urinal was like 5ft away from the arcade door. I can see a lawsuit or indecent exposure case happening here and what was worse is that there was a puddle of piss around the urinal that likely poured over into the toilet stall area. I didn't like that at all but it says more about the people that visit. The go kart experience was pretty fun, just like any other place. I came in third to some strangers and I'll need more practice to master the ins and outs. A lot of crashing going on (not me) and I suggest not getting reckless behind the wheel. We waited a little longer and then asked for a refund as it was getting busier and we didn't see us getting into a race anytime soon. In the fine print it stated that the cash value does not expire, only the specific Groupon deal. This was also confirmed by the local K1 management, when I called for verification (prior to the expiration date). Today I was told by the manager that K1 corporate has decided to no longer honor that contract. I informed him that this is unacceptable, to which he offered a "free" $7 annual membership. That's funny. If this location goes out of business, then it will be in part due to their poor customer service and their new corporate policy. Today you lost my business. Tomorrow you will lose business from my friends and family. We have brought in large groups in the past. I took my 10 year-old to K1 for the first time this summer. We had a blast. The manager who helped us was really friendly. He became my son's biggest fan and offered him a medal if he won his first race. My son won! He also got The medal. We had a very short wait although we had no appointments. It was the middle of a week day but we probably got lucky. We did not eat or drink anything but the karts are awesome. They were fast and in excellent condition. We look forward to returning but live far from a K1 site. read more

This place has unfortunately gone down hill FAST. The tables were all covered in trash and food. Lots of workers standing around wasting labor. They said the cafe was closed at 6pm due to short staffing even though there were 3 standing around. The curly headed kid with glasses running the races was extremely rude and cocky. Another worker forgot to open the gate at the end of the kids race so adults AND kids were on the track. We won't be back. My understanding was that at the end, awards would be given to the top 3 and a photo taken or something (included in our birthday package) and we didn't get it. Almost everyone there is rude and have terrible customer service. The actual racing part was fun but other than that management needs to get these employees some customer service training ASAP. They did not care and even without us saying anything they were rude. Not to mention the wait time. I have been here before a few years ago and was able to race within 10 minutes ON A WEEKEND TOO. we waited 4 hours today. They had some races with only 2 people, one race was one person. some were only 5. That is so unnecessary. We did not have a good time and we're so let down. Yeesh - slow motion train wreck. Fundamentally it seems like they have a lot of demand so good for them. But they don't care about you as a result. I called in to find out how long of a wait - 15 mins on the phone but when we got there we were told 2.5 hours. And I get that things happen but we would not have showed up for a 2.5 hr wait. Guess who didn't bat an eye, offer any form of concession or so much as give a flying rat's backside? Woman at the front desk - pts to you for guessing it right. She seemed generally rather incompetent. We went out to the track because why not at least let my son see a race or two? It was just kind of weird to see problems arise with the cars. Some kid got stuck on the track his car not working at all. It took them a while to figure it out and then, when they did, it's not like they gave him anything for it. I guess the customer wears the risk for faulty equipment? Would recommend you think twice before coming here. After a very lengthy and chaotic check in process and AFTER paying for my family, they then tell me it's going to be a 2+ hour wait. We decide to roll with it, go home and come back to do our races. After 2 1/2 hours we show back up and we are told it will still be another hour for our race time. They need to either allow for time reservations or limit walk in traffic. The place is run by teens and needs a serious customer service overhaul. I've read all of the responses they give to poor Yelp reviews and it looks like the typical lame response. So basically no one gives a crap about the customers. If my kids weren't excited about racing today i would head home and dispute the credit card bill. read more
