Toddler section

My 3yo kid really needs more chances to run around when it's too hot outside and Uptown Jungle turned out to be the perfect solution. They do Tot time 9-12 on weekdays (yea!) so kids under 5 are only $11 and parents are free. This is perfect for us. You do need to sign a waiver (you can do this ahead on the website) and you need grippy socks (sold onsite if you need them). There were very few people there when we went which was perfect so my son could really run around without big kids dominating. That being said there is a great 5 and under section. It is 2 levels that have a lot to do (not like some places where the toddler area is a lame corner with nothing much). I wouldn't object to the ac running a little cooler inside, but we were okay. Lots of seating for parents-- not overly comfortable (outside of the paid massage chairs) but also good enough. There was a staff member wiping things down the whole time we were there (but he couldn't really do the play sections which is where the germs probably are congregating-- but I appreciate the effort). I could seeing it bring very chaotic with a lot of kids, but we had a great time. We'll be back!

We visited this super cool, recently built, indoor play centre, in celebration of our quarantine baby's 2nd bday. Google Maps made it easy to find. Lots of restaurants and shops surround it. Inside, it was bright, clean, and bustling with kids. Lucky for us, I filled out waivers days before our arrival. They had a huge toddler area in the back of the building. Party rooms. A huge jungle gym, lots of slides and a few jumping areas. My spouse and I were able to get through it all with ease. Staff walked all areas ensuring safety. I'd definitely bring my kids back to this place. They had a blast.

Wow! What a great way to spend the day with the littles! I was on gramma duty today and the very idea of sitting around the house is not my style! Let's talk about an action packed , adrenaline infused , wear 'em out for an afternoon nap! The endless slides , tunnels , play ball pits and many more indoor playground equipment provides hours of fun for all ages! The trick is ... can you keep up with the kiddos running and jumping and switching places with a blink of an eye?! The set up is simple folks! Walk in , hit the self service kiosk , sign in , register your crew , sign the waivers , pay , then pop over to the associate who will greet you with a smile and give you your wrist bands! Wrist bands are color. Coordinated to the selected time frame you chose to jump , 90 minutes or 120 minutes. When your time is up they simple announce whatever color it is that it's expired. The play land is brightly colored , great air control for all that activity that may cause you to sweat ! The lighting is comfortable not too dim and not too bright, perfect for the ambiance! Literally every nook n cranny has something new to offer , in some scenarios a welcomed challenged! My 4 yr old grandson referred to this as his adventures! They offer party packages that I plan to jump On ( literally ) , they have a snack bar area with so many yummy options , definitely will want to keep the kiddos hydrated! Very clean , organized and so much fun! Nothing beats the big smiles , silly giggles and the new friendships made! Absolutely worth the visit! I recommend looking online for specific dates , times and events to help you plan your visit! Also you can sign in and reserve your ticket play time , sign the waivers and skip the kiosk !

Unique (to me) where they have the option of sliding down the tube slide or down the side.

I love that they have a toddler area even though my toddler would prefer running with her older siblings!

My son loves coming here and I cant wait to get out of here…read more Its so dirty. Any place you sit down its sticky and crumbs all over all the tables. I have to use my own sanitizer and get napkins to wipe down a place to sit. The bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean. Out of toilet paper and paper towels. Lack of comfortable seating. Not everyone wants to pay to use massage chairs and you cant sit in them comfortably without using them. The line to check in is ridiculous. There should be an exoress kiosk for those with memberships that you put in your phone number and it spits out the wristband. The 2 workers at the check in take 5 to 10 minutes to check in new families who have to sign up and sign waivers. It is so Loud. The constant loud beeping of machines and on the weekends, the birthday party announcementst hurt my ears. I leave with a headache everytime. Due to the lack of cleanliness at tables and seats and the bathrooms I highly question the cleanliness of the mats and ball pits. Never mind the kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience at Urban Air. I came in with two children who are both under…read more40 inches tall and specifically asked for the Shorty Pass. I also presented a complimentary Basic Pass voucher that I had received on a previous visit. The cashier told me that the Basic Pass only covered the trampolines, but since we wanted access to the deluxe attractions, we would need to upgrade. That was completely fine with me. However, instead of charging the Shorty Pass upgrade price for my child under 40 inches, I was charged the full Deluxe Pass price of $26.99 instead of the $11.99 Shorty Pass. After realizing the mistake, I spoke with the manager. Rather than correcting the pricing error or issuing a refund for the difference, I was told that no refunds could be given and was offered another Basic Pass voucher. That does not resolve the issue. I didn't want another Basic Pass--I simply wanted to be charged the correct price for my child based on the pass that should have applied. This situation could have easily been avoided if employees were properly trained on the different pass options and how promotional vouchers can be applied. Customers shouldn't have to pay more because of employee misinformation. I hope Urban Air improves its staff training so this doesn't happen to other families.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. Over all for my sons birthday party being held here in still super disappointed in the treatment from staff and the lack of care for the equipment there. I don't think we would recommend this place ..

The main staples are still there - rock climbing wall, dodgeball court, jousting, basketball, gymnastic bounce/pit, and main trampoline area. The tall towers, harnessed trampoline, gravity wall, skywalk and miscellaneous arcades remain as well. But they've added a massive amount of climbing areas, general seating, and party rooms. The kid/toddler play area is pretty massive in itself - about as big as other places' main areas. But they'll they have a massive four level main climbing area. Truly massive. They also added an obstacle course that is pretty big and nice. The party rooms look very nice as well (previously you'd just have a table on the side). Here on a Sunday and they have the NFL games on for the parents. Lol. The bad. The bathrooms are crap. Either missing doors, without TP, or without paper towels. Floors are a bit dirty looking -could use a buffing clean. As for price, get the Groupon! Do not pay full price you schmucks. We literally bought ours while at the desk.
