My 3yo kid really needs more chances to run around when it's too hot outside and Uptown Jungle turned out to be the perfect solution. They do Tot time 9-12 on weekdays (yea!) so kids under 5 are only $11 and parents are free. This is perfect for us. You do need to sign a waiver (you can do this ahead on the website) and you need grippy socks (sold onsite if you need them). There were very few people there when we went which was perfect so my son could really run around without big kids dominating. That being said there is a great 5 and under section. It is 2 levels that have a lot to do (not like some places where the toddler area is a lame corner with nothing much). I wouldn't object to the ac running a little cooler inside, but we were okay. Lots of seating for parents-- not overly comfortable (outside of the paid massage chairs) but also good enough. There was a staff member wiping things down the whole time we were there (but he couldn't really do the play sections which is where the germs probably are congregating-- but I appreciate the effort). I could seeing it bring very chaotic with a lot of kids, but we had a great time. We'll be back!

We visited this super cool, recently built, indoor play centre, in celebration of our quarantine baby's 2nd bday. Google Maps made it easy to find. Lots of restaurants and shops surround it. Inside, it was bright, clean, and bustling with kids. Lucky for us, I filled out waivers days before our arrival. They had a huge toddler area in the back of the building. Party rooms. A huge jungle gym, lots of slides and a few jumping areas. My spouse and I were able to get through it all with ease. Staff walked all areas ensuring safety. I'd definitely bring my kids back to this place. They had a blast.

Wow! What a great way to spend the day with the littles! I was on gramma duty today and the very idea of sitting around the house is not my style! Let's talk about an action packed , adrenaline infused , wear 'em out for an afternoon nap! The endless slides , tunnels , play ball pits and many more indoor playground equipment provides hours of fun for all ages! The trick is ... can you keep up with the kiddos running and jumping and switching places with a blink of an eye?! The set up is simple folks! Walk in , hit the self service kiosk , sign in , register your crew , sign the waivers , pay , then pop over to the associate who will greet you with a smile and give you your wrist bands! Wrist bands are color. Coordinated to the selected time frame you chose to jump , 90 minutes or 120 minutes. When your time is up they simple announce whatever color it is that it's expired. The play land is brightly colored , great air control for all that activity that may cause you to sweat ! The lighting is comfortable not too dim and not too bright, perfect for the ambiance! Literally every nook n cranny has something new to offer , in some scenarios a welcomed challenged! My 4 yr old grandson referred to this as his adventures! They offer party packages that I plan to jump On ( literally ) , they have a snack bar area with so many yummy options , definitely will want to keep the kiddos hydrated! Very clean , organized and so much fun! Nothing beats the big smiles , silly giggles and the new friendships made! Absolutely worth the visit! I recommend looking online for specific dates , times and events to help you plan your visit! Also you can sign in and reserve your ticket play time , sign the waivers and skip the kiosk !

Unique (to me) where they have the option of sliding down the tube slide or down the side.

I had a bogo coupon that they almost didn't let me use. But they ended up allowing it, didn't explain the time limit or that wristbands, didn't point anything out. I obviously figured it out but it would have been nice to receive some information as first time guests. Also a little annoying that you have to use their grip socks. I specifically have grip socks for my daughter for different bounce places so I brought them but was told I had to buy them from them for $5. It's $5.49, actually, that I saw on the receipt. All grip socks are the same.

We purchased the family pack that came with a pizza and a pitcher of our choice of drink. We were asked three separate times the pizza we would like cheese or pepperoni by what I assume is the manager. Each time we were asked we stated we wanted pepperoni. Once we got our pizza it was a cheese pizza, I kindly told the manager we requested a pepperoni pizza his response " oh yeah sorry forgot to tell you we actually ran out of pepperoni so we gave you a cheese I mean we have some in the freezer but that's gonna take 2 hours to defrost if you want it. " I just sat there confused because again we were asked 3 separate times what pizza we wanted I just feel like you could just let us know before hand and our time here at that point would be up I just let him know that it was completely fine we'll stick with the cheese thank you. As we were eating the pizza my husband notice that it was really dough, I turned over a piece and it was raw. I immediately told everyone to stop eating it , the only thing cooked was the cheese and the top of crust. When we went to let the manager know he said" oh yeah sorry we're trying a new dough and sometimes it turns out bad. " another employee joined in and said the same thing. I'm sorry what! So you're telling me that your serving people bad dough knowingly to me that's crazy especially because I have a 2 year old and 5 year old eating this pizza. He asked if we wanted another one I said no thank you in my head I'm thinking I'm not going to risk u giving me another undercooked pizza and I just politely asked for a refund for the pizza. I'm just baffled on how they're serving raw pizza dough knowingly I just hope my kids don't get sick from eating this pizza. If you look at the pictures you can see the complete color difference in the top and bottom of the pizza. This place honestly isn't the cleanest either definitely not coming back.

My son was second in line driving up the ramp when a ride operator shut off power mid-ramp for no legitimate reason. When power was cut, the kart lost braking capability -- the brakes are electrically operated -- and rolled backward down the ramp into a wall. This entire incident is on video. When confronted, the operator admitted he shut the power off because he "thought the kart was already at the top." It wasn't. This was not equipment failure. It was operator negligence. Yes, we signed the waiver -- because parents are required to. A waiver does not excuse cutting power to moving vehicles or operating an attraction where a child instantly loses the ability to stop if an employee makes a mistake. That's not assumed risk. That's reckless operation and a fundamentally unsafe setup. My son followed instructions and attempted to brake. The brakes did nothing once power was cut. Staff response afterward was unacceptable: an ice pack, paperwork, and managers who didn't witness the incident and couldn't explain what happened. No urgency. No accountability. Urban Air markets itself as family-friendly. There is nothing family-friendly about employees guessing with controls while children are on a ramp in go-karts. This was entirely preventable. Parents: do not assume this place is safe. Especially the go-karts.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.
