I was quoted $20 over the phone and told to bring cash only and they told me at the store that it was $30 instead because they needed help holding her because she was scared. They also made two of her nails bleed because they cut the quick!!! Edit: I carried her to the car and spots of blood had appeared on my dress in my lap when I sat down with her. She has never bled before from a nail trim. I know she is anxious with nail trims but has never required a muzzle and other places either let me know and ask me to hold her or have someone else hold her which she does fine with. I was told the price AFTER they had started cutting her nails and was not told of the charge prior. Still would not recommend this place even with a free coupon and would rather go to Lush Spaw on Winchester where I have never had a problem with their wonderful groomers.

I had yet another request for a last minute appointment because my dog has been having mobility issues. They're always accommodating and are able to book an appointment within a day or two. The two women that were at the front desk (so sorry I can't remember their names) are always so incredibly nice and reassuring. I cannot imagine being around highly stressed animals in their worst state and being able to stay sane and compassionate. It's honestly the staff that has me coming back to this vet hospital even after I moved across the bay and it's a 45-60 min drive in traffic. I cannot thank this team enough for everything they do for pets and pet parents when times are already stressful. I've recommended this hospital to so many of my friends and they also love it!

Gave her some antibiotics and Furosemide. Sent me off with 3 other medications to start the next day. Unfortunately, when I got home she got worse. I took her straight to an emergency pet hospital where she sadly passed away. I understand that something could have been missed and with her condition and age anything could have happen. I called them the next day and let them know what happened. I kindly asked if they could at least refund me for the 3 medications I was not able to use, since my new vet bill was going to extremely higher. They refused and said there is nothing they can do. I guess keeping the money is worth more than having a heart. Rest in Peace Pixie!
