I set an appt with Rosie's dog salon two months ago. I'm a new customer but Rosie accepted us. I just called to ask if we can get our appt sooner as my puppy's hair is long. Rosie's said "Actually, I was going to call you. I don't have a groomer till July so I have to cancel your appt". What??? It doesn't sound like she is speaking the truth. I do not trust this place! I called asking for my Maltipoo (which is a small dog) asking when the soonest appointment was and the lady on the phone said the soonest isn't for a few weeks. Sounds crazy to me?! So I called again a few hours later saying I had a Yorkie and when the soonest appointment was and all of a sudden her soonest appointment is Wednesday (1 week away) so I'm not sure how all of a sudden she has one open?? I was actually going to bring my dog here but I will not now sounds like their lieing to me and sounds very sketchy! Will not go here! read more

I've been going to Rosie's with my dogs for close to a decade. Micki and Scott are really wonderful people and so kind. They are only open from Wednesday to Saturday, so reaching them early in the week isn't possible. There are a lot of regulars who book their appointments months in advance so walk-ins and short-notice appointments are hard to get unless someone cancels. My poodles come out looking great and I appreciate how patient they are with one of my dogs who is very fussy and difficult to groom. I've tried other groomers in the area when the wait times are too long, but always come back to Rosie's. read more

I have been going to Rosies for over 20 years and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. My dogs come out looking beautiful and happy and for a reasonable price. I notice that some reviews indicate a problem contacting the shop and getting a appointment. Rosies is a very popular salon and the best way to get an appointment is to set up a recurring appointment schedule with them. That way you will be in their book. Mikki works the shop during the week and then her husband Scott helps on weekend. Mikki is a small woman of stature and is limited to how large of a dog she can lift on to the grooming table. If you have large dog then you should try for a Saturday appointment. They are the best salon that I have ever dealt with and I consider them friends. read more

Sad to write a negative review. However this is well deserved. If I'm going to trust my dog to anyone, they better be capable and educated on dogs! I walked in w my 8 year old American Staffordshire Terrier (pitbull) and was IMMEDIATELY met with resistance. Just the way this woman looked at my dog in fear told me enough. I asked anyway. Sure enough I was told that this place doesn't take pitbulls. When I inquired deeper and as to why, her obvious discrimination became obvious to her too. She she attempted to back track and make a lame excuse about him being too big. Yet there were a couple large dogs in the back. She promised to talk to her husband and give me a call. Not a single call or f*** was given. So I stayed searching and found the lovely Lovin All the Babies and she is our new groomer. And we are very happy with her. I also gave her the name and number to our previous groomer, Bark In Style in Seattle. They absolutely adored my dog. Rosie never called. I asked them. Be smart people. Don't trust your dog's life to someone that is too ignorant to follow the facts instead of the fiction about pitbulls. In case YOU are one of those ignorant people, reading this and knodding your head in agreement with Rosie, go watch Beyond the Myth on Netflix and get a clue. I would never give my dog to a person who doesn't actually understand dogs. read more

Our poodle mix is ALWAYS matted (I know, I know. Bad owners for not brushing) and it was bad enough were we needed to shave him down. He is VERY temperamental and hates strangers but he warmed up to her and surprisingly did not snap at her. She's awesome with him and he came out so fluffy! The only down side is that she's almost always booked, it's pretty hard to get an appointment. read more

I should have written this review YEARS ago. We were referred to Rosie's by our neighbor who has been taking her two silkies to Rosie's every Friday for a bath for 25 or 30 years (different dogs but always the same breed). Rosie was Micky's (sp?) Mom. When Rosie passed, Micky and Scott took over the business. We took our Maltese to Rosie's once a month for 6 years (age of our dog). Micky, Scott and crew are AWESOME. Our somewhat nervous little Maltese always seemed to enjoy going there, and we really enjoyed the personal service. Micky and Scott are the types who get to know you and your family as well as your dog, they always remembered to ask personal questions about what is going on in our life. In addition to the personal service that we received, I felt their rates were very fair and the level of detail was great. Our dog always looks beautiful after leaving Rosie's. We recently moved out of the area, and tried a yelp highly-rated groomer in our new area. I'm not as happy with the haircut as I was when going to Rosie's. Also, Micky, Scott and crew are very trustworthy people; I would trust my human kids with them! I would give Rosie's TEN stars if I could! read more

I have taken my wire haired docksy there 3 times. He always comes back look sharp. The price is pretty reasonable ( $55). Every time if dropped and picked up my dog the owner and employees have always been friendly and polite. I will use them again in the future. read more

Rosie's is the best. Our Maltese mix loves coming here. He runs up to the door. Great people to work with the pups (because no matter what age they are all puppies) and great hair cuts. Our pup goes in excited, and comes out happy and wagging his tail. I've recommended Rosie's to my family and strangers we meet on walks with their dogs! read more

I was afraid because since its a salon I thought it was going to be expensive, but it's less pricy then petco and petsmart.. I used to get frustrated because Petco and Petsmart was overpriced and my dog always looked horrible. I'm glad I found rosies, my dog always looks good and they're very nice with them.. 5 stars.. Rosie does an awesome job on furry Shetland Sheepdogs!!! A few months back I had seen a Shelty so well groomed that I asked the owner for the name of her groomer and she referred me to Rosie. I immediatley loved the shop, plenty of parking and very dog-friendly and wonderful people. Wow! My Shelty never looked so beautiful, the fur so sleek and shiny! And he continues to look just as great for months after. It takes a great physical effort and attention to detail to groom a dog so well, with so much fur. I took my little Maltipoo in for her grooming with Rosie yesterday. I am sorry there are only 5 stars in this rating. I was so pleased with the care and outstanding work they did for my Gracie. She went in looking like a mutt and came out looking like a rock star! I was very impressed with the people who take care of the dogs. We have been clients of Rosie;s in the last 4 years. She is warm, loving and caring with all dogs, not only with our cavalier. Besides the nice grooming she does on our dog, Mickie always asks about his health. When I leave my dog for grooming in the salon I know that he is in good hands.
