    Michelle does an excellent job grooming our 4-year-old Australian Labradoodle, Mochi. When I used to drop him off at a grooming establishment, he would shake, scream, cry and claw at the door to get out immediately upon entering. He also had to deal with long wait times in a crate which stressed him out even more and his cuts were inconsistent. Mochi does not react this way when Michelle's grooming van pulls up.The whole process takes less than an hour and a half and I can continue working while he is being groomed right in front of our house. Michelle is excellent at talking with you about the look you want for your dog and asks good questions if something is unclear. Mochi always comes out looking and smelling great and he gets complimented almost daily on our walks. Michelle is reliable and friendly and truly cares about Mochi. I always recommend her to other dog owners. Both Michelle and Mochi are worth every penny!!!

    Michelle came into my life during Covid when all the groomers were closed. And she is so good we are staying with her. She grooms my 3 dogs and is wonderful with them. She is professional, knowledgeable, convenient and I now consider her a friend. I have a Cockapoo who is 12 and 2 Aussie Doodles who are 2. She only uses safe non toxic products which I love. I look forward to seeing her and am thrilled to have her as our groomer. 10 stars!

    Michelle will not stop harassing me about my bad review of her service. she is being very deceptive with her responses for example, I never asked her to shave my dog. I asked her to trim up my dog's face tail legs and paws. She never touched her legs, and she did a very quick and uneven cut on her face she also fails to relate in her comments that I did send her a picture as she requested and have that in a text that I could post to prove my point I paid a lot of money for next to no service. That's what I'm upset about her definition of a full Grooming with a light trim is still more than the no trim that she did on my dog. She is unwilling to return any of my money. And let's not forget the gracious self tip. She paid herself without discussing it with me at any point.

After four scheduled cat sitting services (for 1-2 weeks at a time), I have been thoroughly pleased with ALL of their employees, the high level of communication, the friendliness and the reliability! I am so grateful that they are in Hyde Park and a local business. A few things I've noticed: 1) I get updates with photos and a narrative for every visit. I usually schedule 2 visits every day that I'm gone. 2) No matter which employee visits, I understand from the narrative report that they have read the instructions, and the comments that I've left. For example, this summer, the temperature reached 100 degrees outside, but I had forgotten to turn on the A/C. After leaving a comment to ask that it be put on energy save an set to 72, the next sitter did just that, and sent me photos to verify the settings. This put me completely at ease while being away during a dangerous heatwave. 3) My cats need medication and a special feeding schedule; my instructions are followed and this also helps me feel at ease that the kitties are fine for extended absences. 4) If I need to extend my trip, the online scheduling system is easy to update and I know that I won't have to scramble to find an alternative. The onboarding process if you are a new client is not something that can be done at the last minute; I signed up before I knew I would have a trip planned, but then once the consult was done, it has been completely a breeze to sign up for vacation house sitting appointments. I have been and continue to be very pleased with the services, care, and convenience of Hyde Park Bark!

This past time that I boarded my dog a minor incident happened where she had an allergic reaction while playing outside this caused on of her eyes to become extremely irritated and red. I was out of town and had nobody to come get her but the DoGone Fun team took SUCH good care of my baby. Vida the owner personally texted me when she was notified of what happened to my dog and from there she took my dog to the vet and was with her every step of the way until I was able to come and get her. On top of that Vida and I spoke when I came to get my dog and she made sure to take great care of me and reassured me on why I bring my dog there. This place is like a family and I would not want to take my dog to anyone else! Thank you Vida and the DoGone Fun team you are truly appreciated!

After several hours on the road, they kindly allowed my pup to relax in a private area and even let her cool off in the swimming pool to refresh herself. That level of care and kindness was incredibly appreciated, especially considering how busy they were. Not only did the owner personally come out to introduce herself, but several employees also took the time to come say hello to Gigi. The warmth and genuine hospitality we experienced made a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend this company and encourage others to give the new owners the opportunity to show just how amazing they are!

    I can't say enough good things about Anything is Pawzible.  We have a very challenging foster…read morefailure, Darby, who came to us with severe anxiety, as well as resource guarding and aggression issues.  We started working with Yvonne Feeny a year ago, doing 1:1 sessions after failing with another trainer who did not have the skills or knowledge to help us with Darby.  The situation was dire.  We were scared and completely distraught. Yvonne has a wonderful way with dogs and is very equipped to deal with challenging dogs.  Darby quickly warmed up to her because she knew the right way to interact with him.  He quickly learned to trust and LOVE her.  She has become his favorite person by far!  She has helped us immensely by teaching us how to meet Darby where he is at and engage him.  Make no mistake- you have to do the work if you want your dog to get better. It is HARD WORK.  But you will have a knowledgeable, funny, and caring teacher right behind you if you work with Yvonne.   Darby is still working very hard, but he has made such huge strides. In a year, we went from a dog who was snapping and growling at us to joining a group class!!!  We never thought this would be possible!!!  We just can't believe he is the same dog!  We just finished the Basic class with Yvonne and it was fantastic.  The Avondale location is spacious, so you have plenty of space to work with your pup and the homework is helpful and just enough- not too overwhelming. It is great value for the price! I can't say enough positive things about experience. If you have a challenging pup, this is the place.  There is hope. Thank you, Yvonne and Anything is Pawzible!

Red flag #1: Bark N Bubbles is a crate free environment with no requirements to provide vaccination records. Crate free is cute for dogs who need to socialize, but providing vaccination records should be a must for every owner. Red flag #2: I dropped my dog off at 9:30am with DJ, described how I wanted him groomed, and she told me it should take about 2.5 hours; so I planned to pick him up at 12pm. I got busy and realized 12:30pm rolled around and I hadn't heard anything. I called and DJ said my dog should be done around 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and that leads me to... Red flag #3: My dog was on the hair cutting table unattended and whining while the groomer (who WAS NOT DJ) corralled dogs back into the grooming station. They told me my dog needed another 30 minutes. I waited for 43 minutes for a total of 4 hours for this grooming session. It has *never* taken my dog 4 hours at any groomer. Red flag #4: The groomer cut my dog. He said verbatim: "He did a really good job. The only thing is he got startled and the razor cut him a little bit. He didn't bleed and it only looks bad right now because it's stretched out." I'm curious to know what startled my dog, and whether it could have been the fact that the dogs are groomed in the front of the store where other dogs are free to roam, bark, and play. They also do it right by the front door, so literally anything could have startled my poor dog. I would like to add that when I arrived, I did not speak to my dog excitedly nor did I stay within his field of vision. I sat in the back, out of sight, and the groomer even commented, "I don't think he knew you were here" before telling me about the cut. Red flag #5: I dropped my dog off with DJ but when I came back to pick him up, DJ was nowhere to be found. I'm glad I arrived when I did because I had to tell the groomer how to cut my mini poodle's fur. I thought groomers knew to leave poodle tails a little fluffy but maybe that's my mistake for assuming. My frustration is really with the fact that I explained to DJ how I wanted my dog to look, and DJ wasn't the one grooming my dog. The other dogs in the salon were stressed out, which I was able to observe for the 43 minutes I waited for my dog. They are understaffed, which was clear by the way the front desk employee left a dog unattended on a table as well so that she could help another owner. I am a human and this entire process stressed me out. Imagine what our dogs could be feeling. Please do better Bark N Bubbles. The 2 stars is for DJ's friendly energy and that is all. Overall I'm extremely disappointed.
