Upon arrival, the kindness continued and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the proper length for Kolby's mane. I really appreciated this because he cut Kolby exactly how we I wanted (we do not do the traditional cut on him). I was initially worried about my fur baby because he gets extremely anxious, but, I felt comfortable once we were able to discuss things. The appointment took the standard amount of time, so no complaints there. The checkout process was smooth as well. Overall, Kolby looked like a new furman! They are taken care of so well here and it is great they have a doggy cam to be able to see your pets while you are away. They always are both tired from all the fun and activity from daycare or their boarding. The owner is so great at knowing each owner/dog as well. Although they are popular and have lots of dogs at daycare, they are attentive to each and every dog. My 8 year old pup sometimes likes his space from a large group of dogs. They were able to notice that he seemed overwhelmed by all the dogs at some point and gave him the space he wanted. This is the key things that make them so great. It is exactly what I would of wanted and love that they were able to pick up on his signs of wanting some space before joining the pack of dogs again. Also huge bonus that they offer baths for dogs as well. Highly HIGHLY recommended this place if you are needing a doggy daycare or boarding.

He has been…read moregrooming my miniature schnauzer since I rescued her three years ago (she escaped from a puppy mill, and we believe she suffered abuse there). Previously, he groomed my elderly miniature schnauzer for five years till he went to the rainbow bridge). It takes a very special person to groom my rescue girl, with patience and care. Randy is that person. Today, it was extra challenging because my back yard has grown some prickly weeds and she was very matted with the little weeds in her soft fur. I had an appointment with her vet to be fully shaved under anesthesia, but thought I would see if Randy could help first. She came out of the mobile grooming van looking like a movie star!
