    Chicken Shawarma

We went here today for a quick lunch today. There was only one employee working at the time, but the shop wasn't busy. We had the chicken schwarma wrap and lamb gyro. The lamb meat was good, however the tzatziki sauce was pretty watery. The wrap was very tasty and my husband enjoyed it.

5 stars We discovered Falafel Addiction after a day of outlet shopping, and what a hidden gem! The food was incredibly fresh, colorful, and absolutely delicious. I had the falafel platter and ate every bite--no regrets and no bloated or heavy feeling afterward. The portion was generous, and the seasoning was spot-on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]One thing that really stood out to us was how clean the entire establishment was.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My kids always check out the bathrooms before we eat anywhere (it's their thing!), and they gave this place two thumbs up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're looking for a healthy, satisfying and delicious meal that doesn't weigh you down, this is the spot. So glad we stopped by!

This place is an automatic MUST when in town visiting my friend. We love their shawarma and oil you can purchase separately, too. The service is warm and friendly; prices have gone up a bit, but hey--that's been the bane of everyone's existence in the last 2 years or so. The pita was so warm and delicious and fresh. Lived the rice and also, definitely recommend the Lebnah and the Hummus.

Expand your horizons and benefit from trying this delicious food!! Mamoul (spelling, sorry) was so kind and gave me a ton of samples and everything was spectacular. Shared with my neighbors and got baba ghanoush (smokey, creamy with spicy pepper), hummus (so creamy and love the pickle topping), spiced pita pieces for dipping, a Greek salad, and falafel. He even have me an extra falafel and pita, in addition to the samples. The rose water and all the juices (samples abound) were truly all delicious. They make their own food including the pita and falafel. Ambiance is nothing fancy, just a small dining area. Support this friendly, small business - the food is so tasty!

Came here for lunch because of yelp reviews. Very tasty food. We showed up around 2 p.m., and they cooked it fresh (which took awhile). I was a little sad that my falafel salad had such a little bit of salad. Was hoping for a plate of salad. but it was all very tasty. My daughter's chicken shawarma sandwich, on the other hand, was ginormous, but she ate it all!

Shawarma and kabob sandwiches were tasty and moist. Turkish baklava was amazing. Platters were generous.

Gross! Chicken was bone dry, flavorless, awful and so disappointing! Made a mistake coming here.

I went back again for the Gyro sandwich. I must say, it was excellent! Not as good as Nick's down in Dewey Beach but pretty darn good IMHO!

When we arrived a few minutes after noon, we were the only patrons. We ordered the eggplant stack and a carbonara "sorta" pizza. The eggplant stack was like a deconstructed eggplant parmesan . The eggplant was perfectly fried and the ricotta mix in between the fried eggplant was flavorful. I would return for this alone! And yet when they brought out the pizza, I was mesmerized. I've never eaten peas on a pizza before and this was just divine! Cheesy pizza with slices of ham, dollops of more of the delicious flavored ricotta on top. WOW. Vibe was cool. Red checked table cloth and those big ol' plastic cups à la my favorite pizza joint from when I was a kid in NJ. Lots of Dalmatian art inside.

I honestly enjoyed the caesar salad and Pepperoni pizza a lot. Service wasn't super speedy, but it was acceptable, the drink menu is long and the wines by the glass are good, and nice and cold for this spot, and the pizza is tasty. No it's not your NY amazing pizza, it is floppy, and it lacks the char that I would really really want, but it's the best pizza I've had in Delaware. Come with the family, a bit of patience, and enjoy!

For the home gardener, Hattie sells in the spring time, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, herbs, & flowers plants in small pots that she starts from seed. During the spring, summer & fall months, she sells beautiful vegetable, herbs and flowers at the garden one or two days during the week, and every Saturday morning at the Historic Lewes Farmer's Market All her produce is excellent - though she is renowned for her heirloom tomatoes - I think this year she has about 10 different varieties, and of course, for her arugula. She is also well known for her cut flowers, which she usually puts together in lovely bouquet arrangements for her customers. During the off-season when the HLFM is closed, Hattie operates a weekly delivery / pickup service. In addition to the produce Hattie grows, she offers produce from many local vendors, as well as a good selection of local artisan food such as pastries, soups, breads, jams, honey, cheese, organic chicken & duck eggs, organic meats, and even fresh oysters harvested the day before from Chincoteague Bay. I applaud Hattie for doing everything she can to advance local, small sustainable farms and food artisans, and to promote the consumption of good whole food grown locally, as well as standing behind everything she sells. Suggest anyone in the local Delmarva learn more about Hattie's Garden. She has a website: http://hattiesgarden.com/ which is updated regularly with what is available and how to get it.

All were perfectly seasoned and prepared. Extremely flavorful! Our servers were quite welcoming and helpful. We finished with some shared desserts - baklava and a large piece of revani cake, along with a well prepared Turkish coffee. This evening's dinner followed a few very average beach town dinners, and was a joy and a surprise. Absolutely recommended.

To get to the seating area, you walk by a large bar at the front. It was a bit off-putting, as it wasn't clear to me whether the place was a bar with food or a restaurant. Once you settle in at your table, it's clear it's a restaurant. My partner and I shared the Appetizer platter, which includes Hummus, Dolma, Baba Ganoush, Cous Cous, Eggplant Salad, Potato & Bean Salad, & yogurt. It also comes with pita bread, cut into small slices/triangles. You can also order falafel as an add-on, at $2 per falafel ball. The appetizer platter items were all good. The pita was a bit hard and didn't have much flavor. it was also a small portion of pita - we ran out fairly quickly. The falafel balls were also very good. Crunchy on the outside, but moist and flavorful inside. Really good falafel. The service was fine. We did have to call the staff over to fill water glasses. Service could have been better, considering the restaurant wasn't crowded. My beef with the place is the price. The platter is $27.99, and $2 each for falafels. I think that's a high price point for the platter. At a minimum, it could include 2 falafel balls to help better justify the high price.
