I ordered the falafel sandwich, which said it came w a choice of 3 toppings. They had tons of topping there but the lady told me I could only pick from lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I told her I really wanted picked turnips and she then told me I could pick from lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled turnips. I picked lettuce, cucumbers, and the turnips. I could pick whether I want a wrap or a pita and I picked a pita. I thought the sandwich was good. My niece picked the chicken shawarma platter. She could get it on rice or on frenchfries. She picked french fries. it came with a salad. She said liked her meal but didn't eat that much of it so I'm guessing she didn't like it as much as she said? She also gave me the leftovers and said she didn't want them so maybe she didn't like it that much. I don't eat potatoes so I guess I will just eat the salad and toss the rest. My brother in law was also with us and he couldn't find anything he wanted to eat there. I figured he would want a kabob but he said he didn't want anything they had. I ordered the Falafel appetizer and the Kafta Kabab sandwich in the house made pita. My companion ordered the stuffed grape leafs as an appy. The falafel are delicious and so fresh made! It was a generous portion as well. The stuffed grape leaves were the best I have ever had! I never really cared for these anywhere else but will be definitely ordering these from KFA again. My Kafta kebab sandwich was such a change for me who loves Gyros. The flavors were such a well blended tasty change up. The sandwich had a nice salad in it and had those tiny pickles and my new favorite, pickled turnips. Yes peeps, pickled turnips are absolutely delicious here! We decided to take our chances with KFA and got food-to-go. Don't expect major-city-quality food and you will be very thankful for the delicious hummus and babaganoush, served with soft pita. The chicken kabob had moist chicken breast cubes, the kefta was seasoned well-- both entrées served with rice and a salad of pickled radish with cucumber and tomatoes.
