I accepted that I made the initial mistake, but I expected better customer service. I contacted corporate, only to receive an email saying my feedback had been forwarded to the store manager. I never received a follow-up, an apology, reward points, a credit, or any effort to make things right. At the end of the day, this isn't about a $34 order. It's about how a company treats a loyal customer who made an honest mistake and followed the company's own cancellation instructions immediately. Customer service is defined by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this experience was anything but "A Sub Above." As much as I've enjoyed Jersey Mike's over the years, this experience has convinced me not to return.
