I have to give this place a 5 star-we had a large group and got great service and the food was really tasty. We ordered a variety of kabobs, lamb shank, and fish. It was a Saturday night and we got our table within 10 minutes without reservations and they were busy. Good entertainment and reasonable prices. The food was okay, defiantly not worth the 25 minute wait via their drive thru. After I had ordered two lunch specials the drive thru attendant informs me that it was going to take 10 to 15 minutes for my food. I wish he would of told me this before placing my order. I eat here all the time but today takes the cake. A new male server is an idiot. No bread given and we had to get up and go to the counter to ask for it. My iced tea glass is empty when the food is delivered. Does he refill it of course not. Over 5 mins later he comes out with a tray of 3 drinks for another table. I guess fitting one more glass on the tray was too much of a challenge. He finally walks over and asks is everything ok. Really are you kidding? How long do I have to stare at an empty glass. HORRIBLE. Well, let me be clearer. The food at this place is actually not terrible- I'm referring to the service. We made an online order for delivery and guess what? The food NEVER showed up. We finally called about 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be here to find out they "never received our order." How convenient. Apparently, even though they charged the credit card, emailed a confirmation number and receipt, they did not receive our order. The person we spoke to on the phone didn't even apologize! Simply saying we needed to order 24 hours in advance for delivery. EXCUSE ME, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the website or ordering system. Maybe if you aren't able to order 2 hours in advance you shouldn't be able to select today's date. I'm just reeling at the lack of professionalism from this establishment. I have to say, after wanting to try this place since I moved to Corona, I'm not a fan. We got the roasted eggplant appetizer. It was ok, but tasted greasy. We got wraps. The chicken was orange which usually means crazy great flavor...not the case! I added lemon and lots of salt and it was still unremarkable. The best thing we had was the yogurt, cucumber sauce. This place is freaking awesome. Their meat is so fresh I believe they actually own the company that prepares the meat. I have been coming here for years and the food just keep getting better. Their staff is so cheerful and so attentive. I mean it's not very often your eyes close and you are saying mmmmm 10 times on every bite. I don't know if they're growing the food in the back or what but I have never had salad so fresh so crispy and their homemade salad dressing is to die for. They are so accommodating they will give you half salad half rice or a little of this little and that with a smile and no extra charges. I used to go to a place called King Kabob in Lake Elsinore but after coming here I would never go back there. They charge you extra for everything and on top of it they are rude and moody. On February 18th, 2018, the evening I ordered Five Filet Mignon Soltani and Five Chicken Koobideh mix family style. Once I got home opened the food in front of my guests, I found they gave me two filet mignon soltani and four chicken koobideh. At that moment, I could not go back. Two persons were taking my order and they were upselling all different items on the menu, unfortunately, they did not care to provide the food I paid for unacceptable. She tells me they can't deliver for 2 hours and I tell her that's fine. She puts me on hold and gets back on the phone and says it's going to more like 3 hours to deliver literally across the street. Since my neighbor recommended this place, I was expecting this place to be good - really good. Especially since there is not much ethnic food in Eastvale, I was looking for a new hangout. Finally, a great Persian restaurant for the Inland Empire! Phenomenal salads, kabobs, Tahdiq, and desserts. We love both the beef and chicken koobideh as well as the filet mignon kabobs. I come here because it is the best Persian food in the area. Well seasoned, nicely cooked meals. Try the Lamb kabob and any of the Chicken dishes. Avoid the pomegranate stew. Always get a side of the yogurt sauce with shallot and replace the side of rice that comes with your dish with Adas Pollo rice.
