The 4 Borek were fat, fried to perfection, and their filling of Feta and spinach was hot, melty and super tasty. We love love Fried Liver, and Lulu does it to perfection. How is it the customer's responsibility when the restaurant handed the order to the wrong person? We asked to speak with a manager and were told there was no manager available. We asked them to contact Uber Eats, and they claimed they had no way to contact Uber either. Meanwhile, my wife is 9 months pregnant, we're waiting for our dinner, and instead of showing even a little understanding or trying to find a solution, they basically told us to pay again for their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way you handle them says everything about a business. We will not be ordering from here again.
