I'll be honest and tell you that I haven't ordered a lot from this restaurant. I ordered the chicken strips for the kid that was very flavorful and extremely generous in portion. But I have ordered their tacos at least three different times. It's hard to fine quality food especially tacos in this area that will deliver. This is a nice place. I actually prefer it over Sardi's. We went on a Sunday night. It was an hour before they closed. The ordering process was not very organized, it took forever to get our food and we saw him cut the chicken and put it in a container, but it just sat there, with us looking at it and several people walking around aimlessly behind the counter. The guy that took our order was taking phone orders at the same time,and was not very friendly. He was just matter of fact. With that being said. The food was really good, so I guess I can't be that upset because I was satisfied in that manner. Will I go again, probably, if I'm out that way. We ended up at Kachi's on a whim, simply because we are HUGE Peruvian chicken fans! It looked like they had recently opened, so it was hard to find any kind of review on them. The dining area is pretty big and it was clean. Standard Peruvian chicken style ordering- you tell an employee on one end what your order is, then move down picking sides. We got a whole chicken with three sides- fried rice, plantains, and black beans. Black beans were amazing, fried rice did leave a little to be desired, and plantains were standard. I tried the food, very salty everything had excessive salt. The chicken was not fire roasted the entire time it was steamed prior to being toasted. The green beans were extremely soft And the yuca seemed to have been boiled in salt prior to frying. The chicken soup I was able to withstand the broth again extremely salty and the chicken had lots of bone in. The green sauce had zero spiciness to it, and almost as if they mixed a normal green sauce with the yellow sauce. Both sauces were EXTREMELY salty and inedible. The cilantro rice was rather mushy.
