We've been visiting Fredericksburg and finally found a coffee shop worthy of a 5 star review. I ordered an Americano which was had a deep, rich flavor. My kind of coffee! The other coffee shops we've tried here all served watered down versions. My wife got sweetheart latte, which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Staff is friendly. The place itself is very inviting. They have a nice outdoor area which I wish we could have tried, but alas, it was raining.

Cute and cozy little coffee shop with awesome coffee drinks. I didn't see that they had a baklava before I ordered my plain latte, and the barista kindly added the pistachio syrup to my drink. They have delightful pastries, we really enjoyed the white chocolate raspberry scone. We will definitely be back.

    Sitting/work area looked very functional.

The ambiance was great! This coffee shop had all the right vibes. I just wish they weren't watering on the patio so we could sit outside. I had the coconut berry latte, the flavor was good but it could have been hotter. I ordered the ham and cheese puff pastry and I wish they would have served it warm. They didn't ask and I walked out without realizing it should have been warmed up.

Very nice coffee shop. Really liked the space, my latte and a pastry for an afternoon pick-me up. Convenient location. Very pretty inside.

Another visit to Kaffee Haus this trip. Good coffee, but milk could have been hotter, result warm coffee, not hot. We were on the run, so no time to ask for a quick zap in the microwave. Tried a slice of the banana bread ... delicious. Still a great space! Good place to stop for a coffee and breakfast snack!

We really enjoyed our stop at the Kaffee Haus. We went on a ghost tour the day before and the tour guides told us about how this coffee shop had opened in an old wheel repair shop. Upon going in, it was really cool to see how the shop had kept some of the fun details of an old shop throughout the place. There were lots of places to sit and get cozy. We ordered cold brew and a couple pastries. The kolache was amazing and the chocolate croissant rivaled some we had in Paris. The only thing is they didn't heat anything up (or ask if we wanted to) and that definitely would have raised the quality.

Kaffee Haus was the perfect stop on our way out of town. The coffee was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. The building and interior are super cute too. Definitely worth a quick visit!

Koffee Haus Cute place with warm ambiance. Ordered what was noted as a "special": peppermint mocha. However when the bill rang up $8(!!!) I was too stunned to say anything and quickly noted that they simply charged a latte + peppermint syrup + mocha, then the extra for almond milk. Wow. I should have known something would be off when it given to me literally seconds later. So quick. It was New Year's Day so I didn't feel like being fussy and the staff seemed nice, but once I drank it.....it was watered down with barely any flavor or peppermint or mocha.

Beautiful atmosphere and they serve Greater Goods beans which is our favorite local roastery. No dairy milks available as well as seasonal favorites. For noms, there are pastries, toasts and more substantial smoothies. Street parking available and a decent amount of seating + wifi if you want to stick around.

Coffee, vibes, and service a complete 10/10! The drip coffee (good vibe grind) and iced love latte were so so good! Highly recommend!

Coffee 10/10. One of the best lattes I've ever sipped! Croissant 10/10. Cute cafe with ample seating, lots of snacks. However, I asked for a sf latte, they made me a hazelnut latte, no problem, they made me the correct one. I ordered a macaroon, they asked if I want a plain or chocolate, I said plain I got chocolate . So, that's 4/5 stars not 5/5. How do you mess up 2 items on a 3 item order? But having said that we went back the next day and got more delicious coffee!

When traveling, you're taken out of your normal morning routine and the coffee you know you love and it's never fun having to play Russian roulette trying to replicate your norm. So I went in here and just peeped at the menu. I decided to take a chance. I got the Americano, iced, adding vanilla and sweet cream. I was so stressed to take that sip, but it was delicious! Everyone took a sip to the point we had to go back and get everyone their own. They have some baked goods, and I decided for the chocolate cookie of course. It was huge and super yummy! I'll expand to more of their baked items on my next trip. There are other jams, shirts, bags, coffee beans, and more you can shop through and purchase as well. The service was friendly and now I know my go to coffee spot when in Fredricksburg! :)

We ordered coffee ($3 per cup) and water. We were brought the coffee and waters and we ordered. I had the Huevos Rancheros ($17) and my wife had the Fruit Granola Yogurt ($13). Our food was brought out after a bit and it looked good. However, there were problems with both dishes. My wife's dish, advertised a Greek Yogurt was more like they scooped some Yoplait into the bowl instead. There was some fruit chunks, but not near enough to justify the $13 cost. She said the carved strawberry was the best part of the dish and the granola was good, but certainly did not taste homemade. My dish was barely warm, the beans were way too soupy, and I had asked for over-medium eggs, but they came over easy. I sent it back and told the server the dish was lukewarm and the eggs were not prepared as requested. She quickly came back with another plate that pretty much had the exact same issues. Lukewarm beans and potatoes and over-easy eggs. Rather than send it back again, I ate less than half and called it quits. Our bill came to ~$40 and it was probably worth less than half that. Another tidbit is that we had to ask twice for coffee refills. The place was not really busy either. Not sure why it gets 4+ stars because I struggle with giving it 2. Overall, not worth the price and the quality of the food was lacking. Service was decent, but aside from that it doesn't rate another visit.
