You can purchase beef in small quantities or reserve larger quantities as well. They also offer eggs from their chickens that are non-gmo, no soy and no corn. They carry local milk as well. They grow their own vegetables, raise their own chickens and cattle, and also grow all of the herbs that they use for cooking. You can really taste a difference in their food!
