Their sushi is the perfect bite size, and they offer plenty of selections you won't find at the Rotary sushi spot by Rt. 59. When we visited, all the plates were priced the same. I'm not sure if that's still the case or if it was part of their soft opening, but it made ordering easy and fun.

I ended up with 3 places which were ok a spicy tuna, tuna nigiri, and one of their custom rolls. Fish tasted ok and rice was not dry. I waited and watch for about 10 minutes for other things of interest to rotate around and there really wasn't much(not much on the conveyer or new things being put out) I ended up going to the tablet to just place orders there, which was a little bit of a bummer. I like the mystery of what is going to come around the conveyer next and trying something random. It was around 8:15 and I wanted to make sure I got food before they closed kitchen. The delivery for the tablet ordered sushi was on a little vehicle that rolled out on top of sushi conveyer, which was cute I could seek kids getting a real kick out of that. I decided to try a ramen which ended up being hand delivered. Soup was not hot it was more just warm which didn't work great with the noodles. They have to sit a little to soften up. I think it would have been better if it was hot. I could have probably just ordered the ramen alone because I did end up with too much to eat. Be careful how you order. If I was to go again, I would definitely try to go earlier to give more time on the conveyer maybe closer to 5. The place is a little far away for me to just do a causal meal so I will probably stick closer to my local favorites. If i was taking 3-4 folks out I might go for the place as a fun dining out place. Parking not a problem. Staff was pretty friendly and they did a good job of cleaning up after people dined. Prices were in line for other rotating type sushi bars I have been around Chicago. Splitting the check is always quick and easy, and the staff has never had an issue accommodating it. If you have kids, their meals even come on the cutest little plates. It clearly is for all their locations. Unfortunately, here at Chinatown's location, when they attempted to scan the card, the staff said it does not work and only works at the Printer's Row location. I ended up calling the Printer's Row location and had the team talk to the manager at the Chinatown location, and the manager at the Chinatown location kept their stance that it does not work, stating Printer's Row location does not know why the gift card does not work at the Chinatown location, and will not make any exceptions to accepting the gift card. Thankfully at the Printer's Row location, they are stating it's due to their system being new as they are a new location, and reason why the gift card is not working at all the locations yet which they are now working on to fix so it does not happen to any other customer moving forward. I just wish the Chinatown location showed some compassion to address the issue and still accommodate the inconvenience instead of us having to go back to the Printer's Row location to use the gift card Price: Approximately $20, not including tip for 2 people. The standout for me was their Jiro-style ramen. It was every bit as good as some of the bowls I've had in Osaka--rich, satisfying, and packed with flavor. As someone who has spent plenty of time eating ramen in Japan, that's not praise I hand out lightly. What impressed me most was the consistency.
