I came in here to receive some books on my recent gastric sleeve surgery. I also had a pre-op visit by a NP here as well. I'm currently taking a virtual class offered every Tuesday at 6pm for a Bariatric support group. Staff is usually pretty friendly. In the past, I have taken some of the health classes. The one that I enjoyed the most was the smoking cessation class. It got me to stop smoking and have been smoke free for going on 8 years now! They offer a wide variety of classes for many different topics. I highly suggest looking into them! read more

We had a very good experience here. We were in the area and came here for flu shots. They provided great customer service! The person who greeted us was welcoming and knew exactly who to call to find out who could administer the shot. Our nurse was exceptionally friendly and efficient and even took time to get our hard copy paperwork for us as we typically visit Kaiser in WA and wouldn't be able to access it online. We stopped by the small Kaiser logo wear shop by the front desk and asked if they had any vests for men. They did not. However, the woman there let us try a jacket on with the Kaiser logo. We bought it and she even gave us a discount as we let her know we were visiting the area. read more

This center has the potential of being a good facility however I believe it is being mismanaged. The staff at reception desk lack peeing focused on their job. They are more interested in chatting with each other about their lives. I waited 1 hour and even checked to see if we were checked in for X-rays and they said yes. When in actuality it took a nurse coming out to pick me up from having done my X-rays that took care of it. Casting dept is also a joke. I went in for a cast change because it was too tight and all the nurse did was split it open and retake. It was then much too loose. I had to go back again to that facility for another cast change and got a funky cast put on that pulled on the break on my leg and the guy that was putting it on was more focused on how it would feel on the scooter. I just wanted a snug fitting regular cast so my bone would heal. Don't waste your time on this place until they change management and improve things. Doctors may be ok not sure though. read more

Last night my daughter had the opportunity to get her COVID vaccine at 10 years old and of course as scared as can be. She held it together and tried to be strong like she always is. Then we get there before 6pm in a long line, waiting 45 minutes. So this is what happened..... Kaiser Incident: 11/08/21 1845 Appointment:1815 The LVN gave the shot and the syringe disconnects while the needle was still in her arm?! While I'm holding her hand on the right side, I could let see if dose was administered or not. -LVN asked for another vaccine, RN Jennifer Udo, did not even asses situation or asked what happened. She just handed her another vaccine? -So as a nurse myself, I asked her to pause and I had to assess the situation, asking my daughter and the LVN if she was sure that my daughter did not receive the dose? Because I didn't want her to have double the dose. -While asking for her name, another LVN who was not even in our conversation, Bridgette Reese yelled out "if she wants to complain!, then she can about all of us" I was so confused? I asked her for her name since she yelled at me in front of all these parents and kids? Very very unprofessional. -The RN ignored me while I asked questions. She states she "already apologized "..... -She was so demeaning and discourteous "well you are an RN right?" -Notified her that regardless of being a nurse , I'm a concerned parent for my child who came to get vaccinated This was the MOST HORRIBLE experience. The most rude nurses at a Kaiser location who states their customer service is top of the line with high expectations? Obviously, I should have went to the other locations my family goes to. I am always a positive person. The only reason why I complained was due to the unprofessional and degrading behavior these nurses displayed. So I notified the following people so they don't do that to any other patient or family member at Kaiser. I had a horrible experience with this facility for covid-19 vaccine process. We called them in advance to make sure that walk-in is offered at this location, but we faced a terrible experience there during the appointment. My brother and sister had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the phone call to get the medical records which should be obtained by the employees at the register stations, but one of the staffs refused to help to obtain this information. They gave my family members phone numbers to call. It took them more than 30 minutes to get to a representative, then the representative had to call the facility to verify. All those works can be done by the staffs at registration stations. read more

This Kaiser is located on Chapman Ave and Lewis Street-right on the corner. Consist of 3 separate building-each housing a different medical category. Easy to find, plenty of parking and the check-in staff is pretty knowledgeable. They offer classes for nutrition and healthy balanced eating. The party animal in me has been fighting the healthy side, and trying to avoid stepping foot onto this nutritional classes-but here I am. I highly recommend taking classes at this location, and very pleased that my health care provider offers these classes. read more

What a great first impression! The first week we switched over to Kaiser insurance my son had to be seen for a fracture. Needless to say I was nervous about going to meet new staff and doctors. I was very impressed with the front desk. They were cordial and efficient. We hardly had to wait and were seen within minutes. My son did his X-rays (he got stickers and a toy airplane afterwards!), saw a Physician Assistant, and had a cast put on all within an hour! I was expecting a long wait given that he would be seeing a specialist, but that wasn't the case. There's ample parking. The only downside is there are three buildings so make sure you ask the scheduler what building it is when you make your appointment. read more

Anybody going to this location for a medical mobility scooter evaluation there are a few tips I will give you as I learned first hand about there little crooked game they play. If you are going you will have to tell them you are bed ridden and cannot walk at all and make sure somebody takes you there in a wheel chair. If you can walk at all with a cane or Walker you will be denied. Kaiser claims if you can walk at all they would be guilty of Medicare fraud. Unfortunately you cant be truthful with them, so you may need to lie or commit fraud yourself so they can. Beware of Dr Okey he is the main guy. After you get denied after a 2 minute evaluation make sure you get your $25 copay back. I am permanently disabled with multiple back leg and neck issues and high fall risk. Good luck to all of you and remember to lie! There will also be 2 guys who rep the mobility company, some insurance lady who was a b!tch, and some other lady. this kaiser location has three different buildings (when you drive in the signs ill point you to the three different buildings). i came here to take my dad to get a bone density test. we previously had already made an appointment and to be honest it was hard to figure which building was for which.... so we took a guess and the first building we entered was right. went ahead and got in line like normal kaiser facilities and checked in, filled out some forms, and waited for our name to be called. QUALITY staff, great & friendly service. they were very respectful to my father and made sure he understood everything very well. i did also see they offer health classes so i would recommend stopping by this location or make an appointment prior! read more

I have been here several times due to a broken wrist that happened on 9/29/17. My first visit was on 10/5/17 to follow up on the reduction done by Dr. Chow at the Sand Canyon ER. At that time it was decided that I would return in a week to see how the bone was setting and to determine if surgery would be needed. After returning on 10/12 it was decided that I would indeed need surgery and Dr. Lee ordered that at that time. Everyone I dealt with at this facility was super nice, caring and helpful throughout the entire process. From the front desk staff to the nurses, the PA Louis, XR techs and physicians I had no issues at all. I would definitely come back here...but I'm hoping I never have to except for my follow up! read more

I was treated with exceptional respect and professionalism and with just enough special care from the Bone Density Tech ( I think his name was Dan) to feel it was genuine. Thank You Kaiser for the staff in this building, from Receptionist to all others. Even though they were working on the trees and landscape, there was more than enough parking. read more
