Let me start off by saying that the lady in front is the nicest hostess ever. When I called in my order, she said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I informed her That I be was just getting off work, and it would take me 40 minutes to get there. So she said she would tell the cook to wait so the sushi would be ready as I got there. Sure enough as I walked up to the door, I see my order hitting the counter. She was so friendly and helpful, offering extra sauce and making sure I had enough chopsticks and napkins. Definitely a great way to start a meal. The rolls were obviously really fresh. The rice was perfect in both texture and quantity per roll. I really liked that they didn't drench any rolls with sauce, but added enough to give it another layer of flavor. I don't like when places add too much sauce. All you taste is the sauce and not the sushi itself. For the amount we ordered, I thought they might get a little sloppy making the rolls. They did not.
