Not trustworthy Sloppy work Did not pay attention to detail or take pride in cleaning our home. It's unfortunate that I have to leave this type of review-- First off, Having to come home and see things not finished/done wasn't a great experience considering I had paid for a cleaning service. Finding myself cleaning up after they had already left. My countertops, behind the coffee maker, fruit basket + other was not cleaned. Container with food in the sink was still there. Miicrowave was not cleaned. She put the dishes from dishwasher cups, silverware, plates, etc in cabinets by putting them just anywhere-Did not follow suite. Very sloppy. I believe she has organizing down as well. Hmmm...? Under bed wasn't swept, bathtub not touched, regardless if it was already clean-Still should have cleaned the tub/shower. I believe that's how you maintain a clean home. My living room floor...She didn't have the protocol to pick up the eye glasses on floor or anything else for that matter. She must have seen it when she vacuumed... Or did she vacuum-She claimed she vacuumed?? This amongst other things.... I was not going to leave a review, until I had to mop the floor in the kitchen. Apparently, my mop bucket that has a squeegee in it to squeeze the water out in the bucket was missing. I thought great" On top of everything else! This is just another reason I'm leaving a review. called her regarding my mop bucket when clearly it should have been the other way around. Things happen human nature kicks in and it's fine but, this was just the tip of the iceberg for me. Long story she ended up bringing me a bucket unfortunately, not my bucket! Bought two vouchers for 4 hour cleaning with them through Groupon. Made the appointment with Anna (the owner) for a Tuesday and other events were built around this (carpet cleaning the next day in advance of family arriving on Friday. She arrived on time, asked to see the Groupon and then told me it was wrong, her husband should have cancelled it and she refused to do the work. Even after I offered to pay MORE. This really destroyed my entire week. People like her don't care. She's the vendor, but wanted to blame the low cost on her husband or Groupon or both. Meanwhile, I've paid and am stuck now. Stay away. She might be a good cleaner (I'll never know) but her business practice is very bad. Groupon refused to refund, offering only "Groupon bucks". Buyer beware indeed. read more

Ana and her team were recommended to me regarding deep cleaning my new home before moving in. We were told a team of 4-5 cleaners would arrive in the morning and spend 4-5 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. I made sure to request that the appliances, shelves, and washing machine be cleaned. I specifically requested the washing machine be cleaned because it was a front loader that had not been clean in a while. I was told they would clean EVERYTHING. I met with Ana, gave her the key, the address, and the paper towels and garbage bags she requested. The following day, the movers loaded up and we headed to our new house. Ana and her team were finishing up when we arrived so we walked around for a brief inspection since we also had to deal with the movers. From the get go, we found hair in sinks, dust on the floors, and medicine cabinets that had not been opened let alone cleaned. The cleaners also didn't touch the washing machine that we specifically asked to be cleaned. The icing on the cake was the oil stains left on our new pavers from the cleaner's leaky car. Ana kept giving excuses as to why she wouldn't clean the washing machine. She also kept telling us to just put some water on the oil spots and it would go away. Well, that is not how oil works. We spent hours with chemicals cleaning off the oil from the driveway. My wife spent an hour cleaning the washing machine that was supposed to be clean. As we continued moving in, we noticed the top of the fridge was filthy as were the sides of the microwave. Then when we started moving clothes into our closets, we noticed the shelves were dusty. I don't know what a team of 4-5 cleaners does over 4-5 hours, but our house should have been spotless. I feel like they showed up, sprayed some chemicals so the house smelled clean, and then hung around waiting for me to get over there and pay. The service was terrible. I DO NOT recommend this company. Not only did they not clean the house, but Ana refused to provide and refund. I should have looked at these yelp reviews prior to purchasing groupon. Consequently, I had an identical situation occur that happened where Ana cane to my house after changing time on me so many times that I had to reschedule, she came and said she could not do my house. First, when I initially called her, she called me back and said yes, what you want, I should have known from that lack of professionalism. I spoke to her about the Groupon but eventually when she was texting me she forgot because when I had to change the date, she forgot about my prior appt or didn't make it. She was very rude, her communication was poor. At one point I asked to reschedule and she ask me if I want my house clean or not, very rude. They are Literally the worst cleaning service I've ever experienced. They don't show up, they put dirty dishes in cabinet, they argued about using comet on Marble instead of my safe products given when it is dangerous and I'm allergic to bleach. That is all besides the fact they are false advertising with bait and switch pricing once they do finally show up which is an illegal practice. read more
