To be lazy this is a variation of Popeyes plus some seafood items. The chicken is pretty tasty and they have mild or spicy option. I went with half and half for my order. The fries are exactly like Popeyes but thicker cut. The bread or biscuit is sweeter so there is a major difference there. The staff was friendly and quick. But they are more fast food so don't expect fancy decor or seats inside. But roomy and comfortable. I suggest giving them a try if u r into fried chicken. It's juicy and delicious.

This is a brand new fast food place that we drove by. Hard to find a place where you can get items from the sea and fried chicken from a fast food place. We ordered the spicy chicken tenders, it was so moist inside and the meat itself was nicely marinated and spicy. The fish tender was not like the regular fish fingers, it was made of real fish as it is flaky inside! The biscuit was so delicious! You must eat it hot. We will be back to try other items on the menu.

Came back for their 8 piece chicken for $9.99 promo, one day only! I got 1 order of spicy, and another of mild chicken. They had lot of chicken ready, so I was able to get my spicy order right away! There was only a few minutes wait for the mild batch, made fresh. Chicken is huge and generous pieces. Spicy is still not that spicy but sooo much better flavour than mild (no hate, still tasty). I think last time the batch we got maybe didn't have enough seasoning, but this time was for sure perfection! The crunch of the chicken is still 11/10 and the batter isn't thick like you're just easing deep fried dough. Chicken is super juicy and hot! The staff are very friendly and chatted with us as we waited, as there weren't too many people in the restaurant. Very lovely people! I still haven't tried the seafood half of their menu, but there's always next time!

One can easily be shared between 2 people. Given the size, the price is very reasonable. Basically the same price as a tea at one of the very many surrounding tea shops. But with ample seating inside. I ordered matcha red bean. There is a bed of sorbet covered with match powder, and then matcha ice cream and red beans on top. The toppings were generous so you could have matcha and red bean with every bite, even though the serving of sorbet is huge. Cash only. Seemed like there were a few parking spots in front.

The interior is bright, warm, and lively. It is a cute cafe style restaurant serving various Sichuan eats. This review however, will be solely based on their desserts as we came for just that. Their dessert section is quite small. Most of the items were sold out. We got a sparkling lychee soda,, an almond tofu soup, white fungus & jujube soup, and coconut milk and jelly. The white fungus dessert was so good. It had a syrupy consistency and the soup was not very sweet. It had a nice herbal scent. The almond soup isn't my favourite, but was quite refreshing. The lychee drink was very refreshing, I highly recommend if you love lychee. The coconut dessert was super rich and creamy. I really enjoyed eating the jelly bits. Overall, the desserts themselves were so refreshing and light!

A comforting brunch at Bonjuk Canada - perfect when you're not feeling 100%…read more My partner and I finally sat down for a proper brunch at Bonjuk this afternoon, and it was exactly the kind of meal we needed. I've been dealing with some dental pain, and my partner is just getting over a nasty cold, so we wanted something gentle, nourishing, and easy on the body - not a heavy, greasy brunch. Bonjuk's whole vibe of "comfort food with heart" really delivered. We'd only done takeout before, so this was our first time dining in. The space is small but really welcoming - warm lighting, clean and simple decor, and comfortable seating that makes you want to slow down and relax. It's not a huge place, so there aren't tons of indoor seats, but that also gives it a cozy, intimate feel. Service was friendly and low‑pressure, which we appreciated when we were both feeling a bit under the weather. We ordered the Chicken Porridge ($23) and the Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap ($24), both for dine‑in (prices don't include tax and tip). The chicken porridge was savoury, and soothing, with a rich broth that felt healing without being heavy. It was easy to eat with my sore teeth and left me feeling comforted, not stuffed. The beef bulgogi bibimbap was a nice contrast - colourful, fresh, and full of flavour. The bulgogi was sweet, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the mix of veggies and egg made it feel like a balanced, healthy meal. It's definitely a step up from typical brunch fare if you're looking for something lighter but still satisfying. One thing that really stood out was their baby porridge menu. It's such a thoughtful touch - separate, gentle, low‑salt options for little ones. As someone who's seen new parents struggle to find safe, easy meals out, this felt genuinely helpful and kind. It's easy to see why their marketing feels like they actually care about making food that's good for people, not just trendy. If you're looking for the best value, I'd say go for takeaway. We noticed a steady stream of takeout orders, and the overall costs are slightly lower that way, especially when there are discounts offered by different order platform. Overall, Bonjuk Canada is a good spot when you want something comforting, healthy, and easy on the stomach - whether you're recovering from illness, have dental issues, or just want a more mindful brunch.

(NGL~ i wanted to try it earlier but i always see a line and i just gave up) I went in on a Sunday Afternoon, wasnt too busy so i felt lucky! There arent as many food items to choose from comparing to other Thai Reso so do check the menu before coming I got the beef tom yum soup noodles (rice noodles) and the Pad See Ew. It took around 10 minutes for the food to be served (not slow but wont say fast). Flavor was good, relatively more on the saltier/favorable side. Tom yum soup was more on the tangy(sour-y) side but still tasted good. The beef brisket was kinda hard to choose, but it wasn't for all the pieces, so the good ones were nice and tender, but some i just had to spit it out Overall 4/5. After several seafood meals we opted to avoid seafood the first night. We had the Peking duck combo (Peking duck with thin tortillas, cantaloupe, spring onion and cucumber as well as duck in lettuce wraps). The duck tortilla was a highlight and a crowd favorite, including with my picky kids. The minced duck seemed a bit overcooked/fried, althoug it didn't stop me from eating several lettuce wraps! We didn't know until too late there was a separate option to order duck soup. We ordered a steamed sea bass which I found l a bit fishy tasting, although my parents thought it was perfectly fine. We also had some crispy noodles with super tender chicken, and tender pea shoots in broth. It was a great meal. The second night our host ordered the crab claws, and conch in a shell for everyone. Both were unique starters. We also had maggi lobster, noodles, and a special order of bbq pork buns and har gao for the kids. The whole meal was excellent, and the conch especially was unique. We replaced the roast pigeon with sweet and sour pork, which we ostensibly did for the kids but the grown ups were pleased too. The restaurant had a good selection of cocktails. Only criticism would be the complimentary desserts. They had red bean/green bean soup, which we declined, some cookies, and a gelatin dessert that tasted exactly like car freshener to me. But it was only a small blip to the meal!

I overall enjoyed everything up until the dessert. The desserts were the weakest link of the entire dinner. The cheesecake was a little dry and the mochi didn't seem super fresh.
