This spot has been on my bookmarked list for a while! I love noodles so I had to go and it didn't disappoint. They specialize in Chinese-Korean fusion dishes. We ordered the classics like champong and black bean noodle and then added the oriental fried chicken dish for the group of 3 of us. The unique thing about this place is that they have a variety of champong flavours from creamy to spicy. Though my fav is still the black bean noodle. They also have the oriental fried chicken, which is also good but be careful with the peppers and if you accidentally chew the seed it could be a bit much, especially if you're not too tolerant of spicy food. However my friends who can handle the spice loves the spicy chicken the most.

Amazing Chinese Korean dishes, and noodles. The noodles are qq and a variety of soup base / flavours. They also have pork hock rice, and fried pork if you don't enjoy noodles.

Tried a few items as a group and everyone loved every dish. The creamy noodle was probably the #1 favourite item out of our group. Prices are fair, portions large.not much seating or seating for large groups I liked how the shrimp were super crunchy (hard crunchy) but some of my friends didn't like that. It was too hard/crunchy that it hurt their mouth. Can't wait to go back here and definitely reccomend it. Also like that it has its own parking lot in front. But it is shared and not many spots, so come early!

Pretty busy for Monday dinner. That is a good sign. Ordered Black bean saucenoodle with pork belly ( $10.99(w/tax) ) which was pretty ordinary, nothing special for jajangmyun. I was hoping to get more wok hey, torched, smoky flavour but I did not get any of that flavour note.,However still not bad for $10.99. Broth for Seafood White Jjamppong($14.99) was fantastic. Was very nice to see generous amount of mini octopus, shrimp, mussles, etc. Broth tasted like between Korean Jjamppong & Japanese Ramen broth but pretty clear broth rather than being cloudy. Huge portion of Yuringi($17.99). This could have been great food to go with beer. We were seated with a table for 2. Once next table left, our wait staff combined 2 small table to make more room for us which was a very attentive service. There were some drunk Korean men patrons who were making loud noise. Other than that very nice decor and atmosphere to dine and have some drinks.

We grabbed their mapo tofu before for takeaway, it was a bit sweet as it is the Korean version. But this time, we did dine in and had their jjamppong with both the meat and seafood, the tangsuyuk, and the cucumber salad. The service was a bit slow (I think there was only one person) and we were sat at the back so it was a bit harder to get their attention. It took a bit to take our orders, then the food came and the portions are huge. The tangsuyuk was very tasty and had a good ratio of meat. I haven't tried meat in jjamppong before but this one is full of flavour. The broth had a nice kick to it and it wasn't too spicy. I'd probably try the cream one and jjajang next.

The noodles are great but the potion sizing could be bigger. Sauce is good and I got takeout !

Poong Moon is a late night spot that's great for bringing friends, and if you're looking to have some drinks. There aren't many spots at the plaza for parking, but you're able to park your car by the streets at the neighborhood beside (after 5pm on weekdays). I was also thrilled to see they were projecting anime on the wall, and also have a cool manga wallpaper inside the bathrooms. We opted to try their signature Black Bean Sauce noodles, as well as their Beef Champong which you can substitute for rice option instead of noodles. The food took alittle long, around 15 mins to come, but it was definitely worth the wait. The black bean noodles were delicious, and definitely very generous on the sauce - I couldn't stop slurping it down! I was also surprised with the Champong. The soup was very tasty & flavourful, with lots of beef inside, but also surprised to see a good amount of seafood as well. There's also some glass noodles inside, and the texture was just right - not too chewy, but soft enough! We definitely will come back again to try their other Champong and dishes :) IG: Ayeween

Well, recommended by friends, so we all tried the black bean sauce noodle (Jajangmyeon), and you know what, we all loved it! Mine was spicy, which they took it seriously, but not to the extend of that Korean spicy chicken ramen (Buldak), so nothing to be worried about Flavour-wise, I really like it, a bit of spice, a bit of sweetness, bon appetite And the texture of noodle was just right, tender enough but not soggy. Loved it! I really would recommend this place if you are a Jajangmyeon lover, try it and you will love it, trust me!

Hidden gem near Steels and Yonge Minimal menu items to choose from, but if you looking for a place to drink, fried snacks, and a handful of main noodle dish. this is the place for you. Both seafood noodles and black bean sauce noodles were 5/5 didn't really have high expectations since it felt more like a bar restaurant than a food restaurant. But it ended up giving us SURPRISING US. - great example of never judge a book by its cover Oh my god! The fired chicken was also FLAMES 1. It was SOOOO GOOOD! 2. CRIPSY ON THE OUTSIDE, JUICEY IN THE INSIDE 3. The sauce was the perfect balance between soury spicy and saltiness. THE BEST SNACK WHEN DRINKING SOME COLD BEER highly recommend location for some chill time with friends Check out my TikTok for some video action

3.5 almost a 4! Poong Moon is located in the second level and they have a few spots for parking in front, if not, there is free street parking on Patricia Ave after 6pm mon-fri. Once you enter the restaurant the bathrooms are to your right and there are seats near the front windows or in the back. They were playing a Korean drama on a projector against this wall in the middle of the place :) Their menu is not super big but there are quite a bit of choices. We ended up getting the jajangmyun (black bean noodles), beef champong (has beef slices and seafood), and the cream champong along with a tang su yuk (meat dish). All of the noodle dishes are the same noodle base but you can request for rice noodle or rice instead. Food came out fairly quick. Overall the noodles were decent. I liked the thickness but would have preferred if they were cooked slightly less. Just borderline in the about to be mushy category. The portions were really big and each bowl was very flavourful. I would not say they were too spicy. The seafood comprises of squid rings, mussels, some clams, and shrimp. The beef and the cream one were a little salty for my taste but still decent. The staff were friendly and we got constant water refills.

First time trying champong! Due to supplier issues, they did not have any of the red champong. I got the seafood white champong which had very flavorful broth and of course seafood including really small oysters, squid, and a good amount of shrimp. The broth was flavourful and the noodles were slightly chewy which I enjoyed. There was an abundance of nappa cabbage (I believe) and a lot of onions. Even though I'm not a huge fan of onions, they had a carmelized/charred apperance and taste so it definitely made the dish taste better. I did want to try their spicy red champong but there were some jalapenos in mine so that added a nice kick. My friend got the cream champong and she liked it as well but did say the broth was a bit too heavy for her liking. I also got the jajangmyeon to go for my sister and she enjoyed it. Overall great service and food and clean washrooms. Would return!

Small restaurant on the second floor, with about 6 parking spots. Didn't see accessibility option. There's a section upfront and another in the back, but it can fill up quick during peak hours. Menu is pretty small, so if you're indecisive, this would be a good spot. They offer a selection of champong noodles in different soups with different toppings. We got a cream champong with seafood, and a plate of tang su yuk for that extra meat to go around. Flavours are alright. The soup was quite creamy, and you get a variety of seafood.

Came here on a chilly fall evening for some hot soup noodles and this place hit just the spot! We got the champong (which was spicy) and seafood white champong (which was less spicy, more peppery). Both dishes were full of seafood with a flavourful soup base. Noodles were also extremely chewy and bouncy. Will definitely come back again when we are craving spicy Korean noodles!

I forgot to take pics, but their portions are very generous for the price. Their noodles are hand pulled and you can really tell the difference in the quality. It's more bouncy and filling as they have more substance to them. Their service was very attentive and quick, and while the space of the restaurant is fairly small, there was no wait for 2 of us at 6:30 on a Saturday. Coming with a bigger group may be tougher considering the space. My total bill came to just under $26 after tax and tip, which is very reasonable for the amount and quality of food I got. No complaints at all and I'll definitely be back to an Omni Noodle location for comfort value eats.

The inside is still very modern and sleek. However, the seating is still really uncomfortable since they are still using those hard wooden seats with no back support. The restaurant is also really cramped and tight. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 30 minutes for seating because most of their tables are two-top tables. And we came with 4 people. We ordered their Beef Tendon Noodle, traditional hand pulled beef noodle, stir fried tomato beef noodle, and their Chicken Chow Mein. As for appetizers, we got their bbq traditional chicken wings, BBQ pork belly, and their teppan squid. This time, I thought everything tasted really good. Last time, my complaint was that the hand pulled noodles were way too soft and overcooked. But this time, I asked for a thicker noodle and it came out perfect. It had a nice chew to it and wasn't overcooked. But the stand out for me was actually their stir fried tomato beef noodle and their chicken chow mein. I vastly prefer these two compared to their beef soup noodles. It just has a stronger flavor profile that suits my taste buds more. As for the appetizers, skip the chicken wings. It was $8 for 4 tiny pieces and It's just not worth it. The Teppan Squid and their BBQ pork belly were both AMAZING. It is really strong and flavorful so I would only recommend them if you like strong bold flavors with a bit of spicy kick. Overall, this time I really enjoyed my meal and we got 2 free noodle dishes! I do think the prices are reasonable for the location they are in. They also still charge 2.4% for using your credit card which is quite disappointing.
