Cheese Pizza Bagel, great value, made quickly, lovely staff! Lots of different drink options and sandwiches to try. Ample inside seating.

Tried the chicken salad bagel with a strawberry matcha. Everything was tasty and fresh--pleasant flavors all around. Not the most memorable, but still a solid, enjoyable spot for a quick bite.

I loooove the bagels and the bagel sandwiches here. The bagels have the perfect amount of chew and the way they toast them is just perfect. The last time I went, I had my two cats with me since they just went to the vet. Thankfully, they're pet friendly and they said I could bring them in! I kept my cats in the carriers because it is a food establishment and I'm not trying to bother people. They were busy on a Wednesday around 5:30pm, full house. Great service. Anyone who likes bagel sandwiches needs to come here'

Super friendly, helpful staff members and quick service. Street parking available on weekends at $1.50 an hour, max 1-hour. Great price. Great food. Great drinks, great vibe. It's is small. So have those quiet conversations to keep from everyone from hearing your business. There are tables outside and shaded by the condo that the deli and coffee shop is in. Great weekend brunching experience.

I was looking for a coffee spot to pass the time on an early weekday morning and came across Kakaako Cafe, located across the street from Book Off Kakaako. I had been lugging a huge stroller so I was happy to see that the cafe was clean and spacious with plenty of counter and table seating. There was also lots of outdoor umbrella seating along the outside of the cafe. Super upbeat and friendly service from the ladies working at the front. I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee at the register and the workers brought it to me at my table. In addition to caffeinated beverages, the cafe also sells sandwiches, bagels, soup, oat milk soft serve. Overall this seems like an awesome place to study or grab a quick bite to eat. Lots of electrical outlets for charging your phone or laptop.

So nice to have a spot that's walking distance while I wait for my car to be serviced. I ordered a club sandwich on croissant bread. Was tasty and had lots of filling. But with a small tip (vs an extravagant tip), still cost a little over $18 for the sandwich that comes with a small side salad (interesting dressing). This is a cozy place where it appears people like to meet up because they can hang out without being bothered by staff. The staff did not say hello or smile much, but that's fine, as they took my order, made it perfectly, then hand delivered it to me as I was seated at a table to wait (no number system, so was nice that they remembered faces and orders). No thank you or bye, but it's ok as long as service has no issues and food is good.

Went here earlier today with a few friends around lunch time. It wasn't too busy for a weekday. Service was very friendly and patient. Plenty of indoor seating to enjoy your food or drinks indoors. There were a few small and well behaved dogs that made an appearance inside the cafe. Parking was more difficult. We were able to find street metered parking, but we did have to drive around the block twice. By the second time we swung around, four stalls had opened! I had the club sandwich on croissant bread (definitely recommend getting it on a croissant!!! So soft and delicious)! The salad was a nice touch and the dressing was delicious. My friend had the tuna melt which she enjoyed. Also had an iced matcha with soy milk which was pretty good. Matcha was strong and slightly bitter. If you like it sweet, definitely opt to add syrup or a flavor. Will definitely be back, as long as I can find parking!

The coffee and food were reasonably priced. The coffee was fresh and the soft serve was delicious. I had the musubi as well, and I think they male their own salmon to put inside. It was salted perfectly. Very good. I hope to come back soon. It was clean and everything I expect from a cafe. My only concern is parking. Wonderful place. The service was a bit slow, but I am pretty sure they are training a new guy. It was fine.

Name and management has changed. What used to be known as Cafe Grace is now Kaka'ako Cafe. Like the changes to extend hours now into the evening. Like that you can get a cup of coffee by day or a glass of wine by nite. Absolutely love the changes and additions to the menu; like the soups offered at lunch. Do miss the bagels from Lox of Bagels (that happened a few years ago) tho. Hope they bring those back, along with the cute bagel puffs. A nice and comfy home away from home space. A great place in the neighborhood!

Located just off of Kapiolani avenue. This is an excellent coffee shop with a great menu! Relaxed indoor seating, with tables chairs and family atmosphere. Excellent espresso menu, which includes the option to add soft serve ice cream with your drinks(unfortunately it was melted and absorbed into the cup). Great selection of breakfast menu items: bagel and egg sandwich, with delicious house made dressing. Salmon, tuna musubis. Delicious bakery items, such as their blueberry scone.

All I have to say is - I must dine here in person one day! Both orders I've placed were delivered to our office when my team was incredibly peckish and we weren't looking for something too heavy like a plate lunch or pizza (or the plethora of Chinese food options downtown). Perusing our options on DoorDash and UberEats we found Kaka'ako Cafe and boy I tell ya; the pictures do not lie. These bagel sandwiches looked exactly like the photos. Filled to the brim with your choice of ingredients. First time around I had the roast beef bagel sandwich. Super Ono and filling. So much so I lost my marbles and forgot to take a pic before the plate was empty. I also got a bagel sandwich as a snack going back home since the westbound traffic has been the pits. And I never like be hangry on the road hehe. My teammate requested for a tuna melt that she ended up saving for later and advised if anyone ever has it as a leftover - throw it into the airfryer for a few minutes so the cheese gets nice and toasty. Second go I had a salmon bagel with added bacon in an everything bagel. Super super good. Hands down one of the best I've ever had. The bacon added an additional savoriness that makes me want to order it all the time! The price of the add-on bacon was also negligible for the overall cost. I've only heard good things about the service of Kaka'ako Cafe but I guess delivery can be another beast as it depends on a multitude of factors. The first time it took over an hour to get our order after the original delivery time was quoted to be 35 minutes. Won't fault that to the Cafe though as I understand dine-in is different. Will adjust my review once I'm able to visit in person!

Kakaako Café located in the Kakaako area, free parking in the building. We went there for lunch on a Saturday, and this place is packed. They serve mainly sandwiches, bagels, soup, small meals, salad and drinks, etc. We ordered two sandwiches. Hot pastrami and Spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was made fresh, so it was hot and tasty. I also ordered a hot Matcha and my wife ordered a house coffee. However, the coffee was not hot, so I complained to them, and they gladly gave us another cup of HOT coffee. Our sandwiches also come with either salad or bag of chips. I saw a lot of younger people in this place, more like a Starbucks that teenagers buy a drink and hang out with their free Wi-Fi for hours. The average cost for a sandwich is between $14.25 to $16.25, I wound say average. This place has been around for a while, they must be doing OK. Check it out.

Never bad a bagel burger before so I got curious. Ordered their wagyu burger. It was pretty good. The patty was yummy and the bagels were soft, and chewy. I liked that it was different from a regular burger. Less greasy and felt healthier. I also ordered their blueberry cream cheese scone. It was pretty good. Overall a decent cafe to grab something quick to eat. I tried their latte in the past (and I'm a huge coffee fan in general) and I thought their coffee was just okay though. Not bad for a quick caffeine boost.

I've walked out of the way from hotels just to get coffee and pastries here. I'm not even a pastry person, but this place made me care. The coffee, the croissants, the sandwiches. It used to feel expensive but justified because the quality was there. This last visit felt like the magic was gone. We came back during a long family trip with our two young kids, and the service was cold from the start. One employee seemed more interested in her phone and side conversations than the customers in front of her. The coffee was handed over messily, with liquid spilled on top like nobody cared enough to wipe it down. My wife also asked for a cup of ice when there were barely any people in line and instead of simply helping, the response was curt and dismissive, as if asking for something small was an inconvenience. The frustrating part is that this place built its reputation on details. Great coffee. Excellent pastries. Long lines that felt worth it because you were getting something special. Now it feels overpriced, indifferent and tired. Maybe the pastries are still good. Maybe the coffee is still technically good. But when the hospitality disappears, the whole experience changes. What used to feel like a destination now feels like another expensive Waikiki coffee counter coasting on reputation. I hate writing this because this place used to be a must visit for us. But after this trip, I'm done making the trek.
