COVID friendly!! I go to this location a few times per week for curbside pick up. I order on their app and my order is always ready within 10 minutes! You call when you arrive at the store and they will bring your order to your car. They will not do curbside for phone orders because the order is not prepaid which is understandable because the employees would have to go back and forth and they would have to touch your cash or credit card. As long as you order on the app or online you won't have any issues. Food is always great and staff are always friendly! read more

Love the juices, however they are often very low on inventory when I've come in to pick up a few without pre-ordering. One time I preordered a 3 day cleanse online, and was given a phone call from someone at the store who wanted to emphasize that my order would not be ready any earlier than 5 pm the next day. I said I would be in around then, and she once again made a point to let me know that if I arrived even 10 minutes early, she could not guarantee it would be ready. You would think I had order several dozen juices or something! I give it 3 stars because the juices taste great. But, I've ordered the wraps a few times and each time they were pretty terrible. They are tiny, first of all, and the produce in the vegan wrap ( which I order) tastes like it hasn't been washed- like a dirt taste. The wraps are also barely " wrapped" and fall apart as soon as you open them. read more

Really yummy "healthyish food". The restaurant is tiny with only a few chairs but feels clean and airy. They offer a variety of protein bars and organic chocolates. Be careful though there's a lot of sugar and hidden calories in the smoothies and bowls. read more

Love the concept - TERRIBLE service. No time management of counter staff. Waited about 15 minutes to be helped and there was absolutely no one in front of me at the register. Because of the open kitchen design I saw my smoothie being made. One of the girls made it incorrectly and it poured out like water. I saw another girl pour it back into the machine and add many scoops of ice. She did this an additional time to "thicken" it up. I was handed an ice slushy. All fine and good if it wasn't a $9 smoothie... I understand mistakes happen. But to try and cover it up with ice and then send it out knowing it's not right is just NOT cool. It's a premium product. Great option for acai bowls, poke bowls, cold-pressed raw juices, and made to order raw smoothies with healthy ingredients. I've been to a large number of similar establishments throughout different states including the San Francisco/Palo Alto area and Kale Me Crazy does a great job with their juices and smoothies, especially considering the multiple categories they are in. I walked into this place and it smelled like a garbage truck. I ordered a tuna wrap and a smoothie which came to $17! Crazy. The tuna wrap was the quality of something you would spend $4 on at a gas station. The smoothie was good but not worth the price. I am a frequent Kale Me Crazy customer. I find it particularly convenient as it's right beside Blast, so I often pop in after class. I like their post-workout smoothie line up, including Grounded (contains coffee), Recharge (contains kale) and Recovery (contains cherries, coconut). I find their food to be a bit lackluster so typically stick to smoothies. I also like their acai bowls. However, they do not have published nutritional facts for their menu items, and acai bowls are often packed with sugar, so until I know exactly what's in it, I'll stay away. I do think that they should prioritize publishing nutritional facts given their emphasis on organic / health / natural foods. read more

I have been to this location a few times and have had sub-par experiences every time. The worst was when I went in for a smoothie and had to wait a few minutes to have someone take my order when I could clearly see workers in the back kitchen. After placing my order I had to wait almost 15 minutes for one smoothie! I could see the girls in the back working the whole time, but none of the items were mine, so I do not know who these orders were for as I was the only person in the store. A customer should never have to wait this long for a smoothie - they take like 1-2 minutes of combining the ingredients and then less than a minute in the blender. This was so absurd. Also, I couldn't believe the price I paid for such a small and (IMO) mediocre smoothie. I will say I do love the salads. They are expensive, but I can split them into two meals because they are huge! Typically, I order them to-go so I don't have to deal with waiting around forever for my meal. read more

Stopped in on my lunch break ordered the turkey wrap with the recovery smoothie. I asked to substitute blueberries for the cherries and cashier was extremely cool.Service was great atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, smoothies are a bit expensive but expect to pay $8-$11 for a quality smoothie near the city. I only order vegan food and beverages here so I'll only comment on these items- vegan wrap, vegan salad, quinoa bowl with no feta, glow juice, iced latte, tropical smoothie: they're all good. I find the quality is consistent. I usually order delivery but I got a pick up order today and it's the same quality. It's a small place but very clean and nice, the food is made fresh. To me, it's definitely worth the price because I don't skimp on my health, the food is made with care, and the food is a million times better than some places I've been to that have vegan options. -1 star because they forgot my tahini or juice/smoothie sometimes when I would order delivery. Ordered avocado toast for my friend and she liked it. Portions are a good size (imo), not oversalted, wraps are fresh and well-wrapped. Iced latte is good with extra coffee. Customer service was good and accommodating on order pick-up imo but maybe that's because I tipped beforehand lol. Love the convenience of this KMC. I have tried all of the wraps, several salads, the immunity shot and the acai bowls. I really love everything but the acai bowl is just too runny. I would prefer a solid yogurt like consistency. Will not get acai bowl here anymore but love the tuna wrap and the kale salad. I don't think this is the best place in town to get this type of food, but it's convenient my house.....Service has been fine- though twice when I have ordered a tuna wrap they bring turkey and have to re-order. read more

I love Kale Me Krazy and I'm super happy to have one in my neighborhood. I know the new location is all the rage but the parking in unbelievable. I find myself circling looking for a parking space and when I'm unable to find one, I decide to knock out other chores and come back when I think it's clear. That's a lot of thinking for one trip. Was so excited to try this place when I moved to Atlanta!.. ended up going 2 days in row. This place is a little pricey, but definitely healthy and delicious. They also have awesome vegetarian options. First time: I had the KMC Shot with wheatgrass, ginger, cayenne and a lemon shot chaser (spicy, but doable) and the Deluxe Acai Bowl.- So beautiful I actually instagrammed it! Second time: I got the Recharge smoothie as a meal replacement. So good and creamy. Definitely will be coming back here to try more things on the menu. read more

The most unfriendly, offensive customer service here! I've been to several Kale Me Crazy's around town, and this is definitely the most sour crew that I have encountered. When dropping almost $10 on 1 rather small smoothie, I want the cashier to at least pretend to wish me a good day! Perhaps an adult needs to teach these children-employees the meaning of simple courtesy??!!!! As I was paying with my card, the computer screen gives a prompt to tip the cashier, it was almost laughable! Excited to try Kale me Crazy after my insane work out at Knuckle Up (right around the corner) I walked in! I tell you what I usually give a place props for making me feel warm and fuzzy even if the food is baaad! Kale (Call) me crazy but you can win a second chance by making new customers feel good *see what I did there*. And I didn't feel the warmth at all. I am not sure if the gentleman that was there during my visit was an owner or manager but he happily greeted some other people who walked in and it just made me feel like I was "chopped liver"... first world problems huh! I placed my order waited, waited, and waited....... I could tell that some of the employees were learning to make the smoothies and what not, perfectly fine with me we all have to learn. I was excited when I saw a young lady walk towards me with what I thought was my salmon wrap and smoothies but no it was her lunch and smoothies. I longingly watched her walk out and waved goodbye to what could've been my order. I whispered under my breath..*good by smoothies and salmon wrap I love you*. I wish I could say I would give them a second chance. The consistency of the smoothies was not appealing and the flavor left something to be desired and while I hate being wasteful I couldn't even drink mine. The wrap was okay but I've had better. I am usually not this harsh but again the customer service is ultimately the reason I wont return. read more
