    The Shake plus Peanut Butter!

Let me say Stacia and Kennedy changed my entire mindset about this location a couple days ago. So much so that I had to come back today! And I was greeted by name! (That does it for me!) I spent about 45 minutes chatting with them bothers menu and everything under the sun. I walked in feeling crappy but left smiling! This is the kind of neighborhood shop I love to patronize. Shoutout to the team!!!!!!

I stopped by Arden's Garden recently, and I'm not sure I get the hype. Staff are completely lovely, but the made to order smoothies definitely have nothing on places like tropical smoothie cafe. I made one with orange juice, mango, and peaches. And tried one of the standard smoothies with the oops($3) added to it. Both were meh and a bit grainy.

The store is clean and bright. There were three different juices to pick from. I chose pineapple. I believe the other options are apple and mango. There were various frozen fruits and I chose papaya, peach, and mango. The citrus flavor was dominant. As expected, the smoothie was not very thick (due to the juice). I felt like I can just make this myself at home. There were other smoothie options. The refrigerator also laid out a bunch of bottled juices and other miscellaneous items like garlic shots and wheatgrass. I'd like to come back on one morning to try the Grand Slam of four different healthy shots.

Love me some Arden's Garden. It's refreshing after a walk in the park. This location is clean and nice. No bathrooms for public use though. Sucks! I usually get just my own version of smoothie. It's cheaper plus I can choose. I got the 24 oz of pineapple base adding on three fruits - mango, banana, strawberries. Service was quick. Customer service was not overly friendly, they're there to do their job but I am a fan of Arden's Garden. Some Kroger stores have the drinks to go. My fave is the Ooops. 35/2018

I love Arden and her Garden!! The Grand Slam is my go to hangover cure! It's also really good for you. It's mini shots of fresh wheat grass, raw ginger, fresh lemon and lastly cranberry juice' I love getting them! I'm also a fan of their juice smoothies . Favorites include Hot Shot and Oops! Go check it out...you won't be disappointed! You can also purchase the 2 day cleanse as well as the Love Your Liver Cleanse which is recommended by many friends!

They do the Grand Slam to-go!

I love the Grand Slam! Very cleansing and good feel post shots. JUICES/SMOOTHIES// I actually do not buy them from here as because for the juices they are super high in sugar. For the smoothies, they use juices which just adds more sugar which I try to avoid. However the one I have tried previously is the Spinach Slam which I did enjoy. PRICE// $ LOCATION// Easy with parking outfront

I do love the grand slam so much that I have started buying the bottles and drinking shots every morning.

Typically, when I'm shopping for fresh produce, I head to Dekalb Farmers Market, Trader Joe's, or Kroger, but what really drew me in this time was the Amazon Return section. Surprisingly, the prices weren't as steep as I expected, and honestly, I'm leaning toward convenience over a longer commute these days when it comes to getting fresh groceries. As I walked around, I was impressed by the store's layout and selection. I do have some questions about the value of certain items, especially considering their price points, but I think with time, I'll get more familiar with the brands and what they offer. Right now, I'm really focused on putting quality food in my body, and I'm looking forward to learning more about what this store has in terms of options. The store itself is very clean, modern, and my overall shopping experience, including checkout, was smooth. I also had to check out the famous Hot Bar--ended up grabbing a few things. While it was a bit pricey, it definitely added a fun touch to my day, and the convenience was worth it! They also had a wide variety of choices, including Take Aways for meals at home, which was a nice bonus.

A trip around the world and a walk down memory lane…read more It's been decades since I stepped foot inside the Buford Highway Farmers Market, and being back felt like a beautiful reunion. The last time I walked these aisles, I was with my mama, Donna Theresa. So much has changed since then, yet the soul of this place remains as vibrant as ever. It feels more expansive than I remember. A true global treasure tucked right here in the city. I'm still obsessed with how they organize the aisles by country. In just one afternoon, I traveled from Korea to Eastern Europe to Central America, no passport required! I was officially "team sample" the moment they offered! Unlike the heavy, sugary profile of traditional American cakes, these were a masterclass in balance. I tried the Neapolitan, a stunning phyllo-layered creation that was light, buttery, and perfectly textured. But the Lemon Cream Cake? It stole the entire show. It looked picture-perfect on the shelf, and the taste was even better. It was so bright, airy, and just the right amount of decadence. Coming back here wasn't just a grocery trip; it was a win for my palate and my heart. Now that I'm back in the area, you can bet this is becoming a regular stop on my rotation. I purchased a pack of tofu along with some other items on March 11. I open the fridge a few days later on March 15, finally ready to prepare the tofu, just to see that the exp date on the pack was March 10. This picture was taken March 15 upon this discovery. I meant to update this review a while ago. I just can't spend money here anymore knowing that I'm liable to accidentally purchase old products. As customers, we should not have to be this vigilant at a grocery store... it's ridiculous.

OMG, this place is huge!…read more I work close to this Publix. It's a great thing that there is a big free parking lot for the entire shopping center, because this area's always busy! Publix is Publix. It is a step above Kroger in overall quality, but Publix is also more expensive. I normally would not eat in a Publix, mainly because most of them don't have any tables inside, but also because there aren't many choices for ready to eat food. However, this Publix is the exception. Besides the usual fried chicken, wings and other fried items and hot side dishes, deli where a Publix employee will make sandwiches for you, customers can also get freshly cooked pizzas and buy them by the slice, In the hot food area, employees can put together bowls of hot Mexican food, or bowls of Asian food. There's also a salad bar where customers can build their own salads, and serve themselves bowls of hot soup. There is a small indoor dining area, and an outdoor patio where customers can sit and enjoy their food. Lastly, there is a bar where employees can serve beer, wine, healthy drinks and other types of drinks. This Publix also has everything else that other Publix stores sell. Enjoy!
