Bacon cheese burger with onion rings and vanilla milkshake

Phoned ahead and food was ready quickly. The vanilla milkshake was delicious and I enjoyed the onion rings with tartar sauce. The burger was flavorful too

Dairy Dan?!? You got shakes Dairy Dan!

Delicious Old school dairy style burger joint. That means Mayo burgers, from scratch onion rings, patty melts and shakes. One doesn't find a true student of the "dairy treat" burger, a memory from away football games, and any other traveling at school functions where they sidle up to a Dairy Dans( or some such place) for food. Can't say enough good about Dairy Dans. They are super nice and the dine in looked clean and inviting, nom this is good eats.

They could give bigger portions in their fish and chips! None of mine were even as long as a salt shaker!

Had me wait 30 minutes for old burnt stale frys.

I used to love going here. It really is over priced for a hamburger joint. I just spent 15$ dollars on on TWO small cones an a large fry...??? but the kicker is they made me wait 30 minutes for old frys.

Overcooked, mushy fries, full of oil.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband went to Dairy Dan's to pick up lunch for our family. The staff working was incredibly rude. The food was very disappointing. Our son's cheeseburger was burnt. The fries were overcooked and mushy, just full of oil and basically inedible. The chicken strips were dry and the dipping sauce didn't help remedy it. The bearcat was just ok, not flavorful or juicy like a good burger should be. Definitely not worth the money we paid to have lunch here. We will not come back.

One of the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been!! I really wanted to give more than one star but unfortunately I don't think it is possible. My husband and I are taking a road trip and we wanted to try something local. The food is just the average. There is nothing special about the burgers and fries. For the shake, I can give four stars but that is all. The restroom had dirty floor, overflow sink and restroom and main restaurant's trash can. There were paper towel on the floor since the trash can was totally full. I wonder how many hour the restroom haven't been cleaned since most of customers go to the drive through. The tables and floor were full of crumbs, specially the table and seats. When our food came, I asked for mustard and the woman gave me those typical (no brand) mustards container which was very very dirty. It was totally clogged, full of dust on top of it and very old crusty mustard all around. See pictures attached. Seriously? How can you guys offer such a dirty place for customers to eat? This is our first and last time coming here. So disappointing. We should have gone to McDonald's instead.

Fried chicken sandwich. Perfectly cooked white meat! Delicious!

Burgers and onion rings were great, fried mushroom side was eengh, staff was friendly but $0.25 for soda refills seemed chintzy.

There were a few people at the bar and a table of 2. We were asked if we were dining we said yes please. We were informed they were prepping hamburger for the next day so it might be a minute. We said no problem we'll just enjoy a beer and wait. We checked out the menu and picked out what we wanted when she was ready to cook. A minute later the server shows up and asks what we wanted to order, I asked didn't we have to wait until the hamburger was prepped. She responded "oh I just like to be prepared." So we placed our order for two burgers and she went back and prepared them. It was interesting people watching... very much a locals place.

Boy was he wrong! This place had extremely drunk people singing horrible karaoke...which, may not be the most unusual. But that was literally the entire population at the time we went...which was PEAK time to be at a bar! Then like I said above, nobody was there, except what my friend assumed were "the regulars." So we felt like flies on the wall for sure. Especially since I don't drink. It felt small and cramped, so when I heard that my friend had been here before "when there was a DJ" and related it to videos he'd Snapchatted, I knew this place wasn't for me. How could you fit in a "concert" of sorts? (His videos looked like a club environment, and waaay more space then what was really available.) I hate to say it, but this place ruined bars for me. They even asked me to pull my mask down when checking my ID. By the way, they didn't card at the door, just after my friend wanted a drink, so I'll bet they were shocked when I literally didn't order anything. Not even water. Overall, this place felt cramped, and the music was ear-piercingly bad. Literally, it gave me a migraine. I'll never be coming back, because the parking was horrible, and it was in a weird location that was enough out of the way. It doesn't get a 1/10 because I don't like bars, so people who do MAY be able to have a better time.

I had the Pesto Caprese pizza and it was amazing! The balsamic glaze added just the right amount of sweetness to bring together the different flavors. My husband had the NY steak and said it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive and told us how all the ingredients were locally sourced, which is very good to hear because we like to support local businesses. Lastly, the building is quite beautiful with the exposed brick interior walls. I'm not familiar with the local history so I'm curious as to what this building was originally? We will definitely come back and also check out the market next time.

So Bad It Was Almost Comical…read more My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our drive from Oregon to Seattle. The parking lot was completely full, so after circling around and eventually finding street parking, we figured the place must be popular. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the high point of the experience. The main restaurant was fairly full, so we were seated in a large, dark bar area in the back. And then... nothing happened. For more than 30 minutes. Eventually, a waiter appeared and took our order. Then another 30+ minutes passed before the food arrived. Somehow, even our iced tea didn't make it to the table until the food did. All told, we spent roughly an hour sitting at an empty table without so much as a beverage, and about 90 minutes from the time we arrived until we actually had food in front of us. At that point, the whole experience was becoming almost comical. We ordered a cod burger with fries, a Caesar salad, onion rings and an iced tea. The cod burger was okay. Nothing memorable, but edible. The Caesar salad was actually good. The fries, however, arrived cold, soggy and thoroughly greasy -- quite an accomplishment considering how long we waited for them. The onion rings apparently embarked on a separate journey altogether, because they never arrived. By then, we'd lost the will to ask about them and just gave up. The grand total for one cod burger with cold fries, a small Caesar salad and an iced tea? $40.00! We mentioned the long wait, forgotten food and other problems to our waiter. He was sympathetic and explained that they were short staffed, which we understand can make things difficult. But being short staffed doesn't make a 90-minute lunch, no drinks for an hour, cold soggy fries and forgotten food any less disappointing -- especially at those prices. By the end, we weren't even angry. The whole thing had crossed over into comedy. Needless to say, on future drives between Oregon and Seattle, we'll be finding a different midway lunch stop.
