Without my permission, the crew drove a heavy vehicle onto my driveway and lawn, leaving noticeable indentations. They also turned the vehicle's tires while on the grass, tearing up and damaging the lawn. I contacted the company by phone, left a message through their AI system (which is just horrible as you don't get to talk to a real person. Guess their way of not having to get back to you.) and followed up with a detailed email requesting that someone contact me to discuss resolving the damage. Despite these efforts, I have received no response. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service afterward. I simply wanted to discuss the damage and find a resolution, but my calls and email have gone unanswered.

They provided service for maybe about a year and half, so 5-6 treatments. We stopped treatments late last year. After a few weeks, our cabinets were loaded with droppings. Based on results, it doesn't seem like their treatments were successful. Albeit, I understand that they were doing treatments with belongings in cabinets. It was then I just decided to go with another team. However it is not for that reason I am giving them a 1*. The reason I am giving them a 1* is because of their lack of communication and administrative responsibilities. It seemed that once we were on the quarterly program, they would just charge for the service. However no one ever reached out or attempted to schedule the quarterly service. We always had to chase them down to get it scheduled. Then after we cancelled late last year, we have continued to be charged for the next three services. In which it took forever for them to respond and issue refunds. We were incorrectly charged on 11/03/23 and 1/04/24, in which it took until 1/18/24 to get both refunds. Currently we were charged on 3/07/24 for the third incorrect charge, in which it's been a week and they still haven't responded or issued a refund. If someone with management reads this, please have your team remove my financial information from your system, so I am no longer charged incorrectly going forward.

The company charged me more than what was quoted in the initial invoice. The job they did was very unprofessional. They did not do my kitchen where the infestation was maximum and the tech was out of my apartment in just 10-12 minutes.( I was not orally told that they do not do the Kitchen, It might be in fine prints in the contract but I was not aware of it ) . I did not get any information about how to prepare my apartment for the tech visit. When I did put a very bad Yelp and Google review I was asked to take down the review in exchange of lower prize the next time I get the service . ( I did take down the review as I did not want to go any further with the arguments with them) . But after waiting for a month I saw no reduction in the cockroach infestation. On 7/20/2026 the tech suddenly showed up at the apartment complex for the next quarterly service before scheduling with me before hand . When I said I do not want to go forward with the service and want to end the contract I was charged $250 for canceling it . So, In total I lost about $420 ( $160 for the first treatment and $ 261 for cancelling the service) for nothing . This was my first time with a pest control an did not know such contract exist . I would not have canceled their services if they would have done the job inspite of charging me higher than what was quoted in the invoice. But I DID NOT SEE ANY REDUCTION IN THE COCKROACH INFESTATIONN AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE TREATMENT. SO, BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE THEM FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS.
