Not only was Coombs so easy to set up an account with and have everything arranged, but they sent me the sweetest message about my new pup (who I had not yet met) and photos of him being adorable and playing with friends. After the hard little life he's had so far, he was given above and beyond care for his night of boarding and it looked like he had the best day. If I lived nearby, I would certainly recommend them as a boarding/daycare facility!

I feel so lucky they were there and helped me quickly and affordably. Bradley was able to remove the small nail and patch the tire ... incredible ... and Rafa was all over letting me know the status and providing an easy experience for payment at check-out (I waited next door at the new coffee place called Urban Sailor - so convenient for working while waiting). Mercer has all sorts of hit and miss reviews here on Yelp, but I think management has completely turned over and had a 10+ experience today. He was, however, helpful in looking to see if he had the size of the product we wanted in stock. We have been through socialization training with her and she is doing better. We were going on a road trip and we needed a place to care for her. We were very unsure of how she would do. We toured Ruff Life Resort first and were VERY impressed. The staff were very welcoming and showed us around. One thing I noticed right away was how good it smelled. They keep everything super clean. They offer a variety of suite sizes too. Since this was her first experience, they evaluated her first and with their expertise placed her with a group of dogs that she was actually able to make friends with. She had never been able to do that before. They have five large yards, indoor and out. Their is always someone with the dogs in the yards too. We got pictures and reports everyday on how she was doing and it made my heart happy to see how happy she was and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing she was being very well cared for. They even bathed her and washed her stuffy toy we had for her. We will most definitely book this resort the next time we need to board her. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

You get a photo of your dog, they spend bedtime snuggles and give them a cookie. She's so excited when she gets there and can't wait to get back to play. They instituted a new policy where you cannot get prescriptions electronically approved through online pharmacies. I understand they have a business to run, but if I'm being forced to buy from the White Pine pharmacy (or forced to snail mail a prescription to an online pharmacy...the only other option by law), then the meds my pet needs should be stocked. Or at least they should have an idea of when the medication will be restocked. Also, the clinic has been rising their prices for vet services pretty steeply recently.
