It made me feel a lot of relief knowing Dr. Prior is so involved and one call away if my dogs got sick or injured. I loved receiving daily text photos of how my dogs were doing. I love all the other "add-ons" they offer. Great location, off 40 & 80. The price for overnight boarding was very digestible/competitive. I will 100% use this overnight boarding program again.

The loving caring staff was gone almost immediately... Our Boy started at PCPR at 6 months 3-4 days a week as his large breed needs to be socialized and active! He absolutely loved going to PCPR ( just getting close his head out the window barking with excitement) With this our big guy is an very active blood tracking hunting dog , doing at least 5 miles a day with his Daddy! Our Guy never had any issues with other dogs at PCPR ( as the previous staff new how to place the right dogs together) 1st major issue, I picked up our Boy and when " The Owner " came out with him and just opened the gate to the common intake, and out take area before making sure it was safe for him, and other dogs that might be aggressive, or if the door leeding out was secure ( no one heading out with their dogs) I then aproched him and politely asked will you please moving forward have our Boy sit ( as he is trained to do) making sure you go first , than using the word release, after you know it's safe for him and other dogs to do so! His response to me was, I kid you not " If We Have Time" I should of took more notice as our Big Guy was not showing the excitement he had showed over the past 3 years going to PCPR! The final straw was a couple weeks later. I had picked our Guy up, he actually seemed okay. I dropped him off with his Daddy at work and went back to work myself. About 15 minutes later I received a call from my husband asking what happened to Our Guy? I was confused... He told me that he was rubbing his head and noticed he has several puncture wounds around his ears and a couple on his neck! I told him I have no ideal how he got them , as no one at PCPR had mentioned anything to me. When I contacted them regarding our Guys injuries we got nothing from them for 3 days! Finally, when thev new owner reached out and they had reviewed the footage he said Our Guy was play with another dog, when another dog came up from the side and attacked him! Okay now get this, I asked why The FU-K were we not told about this? The answer was, it was a new staff member and that person didn't think it was that bad! We all know how bad a simple puncture wond can get infected. Luckily Our Big Lover Boy is doing great and loving his new Doggie day care these last 3 years now! Yep he's 6 now

When I brought my dog in for his appointment earlier today, his fur was almost straw-like, dry, and he was shedding all over. However, when I picked him up from Mountain Dog Lounge a few minutes ago, I couldn't believe I had the same dog! His fur was beautiful!!! It was extremely soft and fluffy, it actually looked so healthy. And my dog looked so happy. Yay!!!! I have to add, the staff could not have been more professional and kind, Rose and Lauren greeted me this morning when I came in. But it was more than just saying hello from behind a desk. As Lauren was checking in the other customers, Rose came out from behind her desk and wanted to know a little bit about Cooper prior to the appointment, like is there anything he doesn't like or does he have any allergies, etc. and all the while giving him a treat and petting him to make him feel comfortable since it was a new place for him. Taking the time out to do all this, in my opinion, is exceptional customer service! You could tell the whole staff loved what they were doing, they were definitely all pet lovers. When I came by later to pick up my dog, I noticed the other groomers through the window, and they were doing such a nice job with the other dogs. I was very impressed with how gentle they were with the dogs, and really took an interest in what they were doing. What really amazed me was how calm these three dogs were while they were getting groomed, which I attribute to the way the groomers were treating them. They groomers seemed very professional, they knew what they were doing, and the dogs were totally at ease. They also have a nice store inside where you can buy healthy dog & cat food and treats. Since I have two cats, I asked if they do cat grooming/bathing. And they do! They also offer nutritional counseling. I know it must be popular since there is a wait list for this service. I highly recommend this business for the all reasons mentioned above--their customer service, their professionalism, and their love of pets!

I picked about 10 live worms out of the first container and about the same from the second. That was $8.95 for each container and most were dead. I brought one of the containers in hoping to exchange it for a fresh one. When I approached the cashier, I explained the situation and he just stared at me. He didn't respond and didn't say a word. Just stared at me. I thought he may have been autistic. I started to explain again and he just yelled out the manager's name. The manager comes to the front and for the 3rd time I started to explain and she quickly cut me off. She said that once you walk out the door "with something like that, there is nothing we can do." You will have to call corporate. And that was that. Apparently, it is OK for Petco to sell containers of 50 live worms when 40 of them are dead and it's my problem. Thank you Petco for encouraging me to never go there again and give my healthy business to Petsmart. I have a dog, a cat, and a turtle and spend about $8,000 a year on them. All that is going to Petsmart.

Not only was Coombs so easy to set up an account with and have everything arranged, but they sent me the sweetest message about my new pup (who I had not yet met) and photos of him being adorable and playing with friends. After the hard little life he's had so far, he was given above and beyond care for his night of boarding and it looked like he had the best day. If I lived nearby, I would certainly recommend them as a boarding/daycare facility!
