While we have always appreciated Kami's exceptional care over the years, I must express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct displayed by the front desk staff--specifically the receptionist, Mercie. I recently called to have my daughter added to the cancellation waitlist for a last-minute dental cleaning. Instead of being helpful, Mercie responded dismissively, making repeated comments like, "Ummmm, your daughter has quite a few cancellations," and referenced appointments from August of last year, May, and June. When I asked if she was unwilling to schedule my adult daughter, Mercie responded that she would need to ask the doctor. It's worth noting that Kami herself canceled an appointment in July, and during my daughter's most recent scheduled visit, Kami was unavailable, which required my daughter to make an additional trip to the office. My daughter works in the field as a contractor and lives in Anaheim. Her schedule does not follow a traditional 8-5 structure, which is exactly why I was trying to assist by being flexible and offering to take a last-minute appointment on her behalf. Our family--eight of us--have been loyal patients for over a decade. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling undervalued and frustrated. I have been looking like a redneck for years (from Alabama) with my front teeth all jacked up. Well I finally had my teeth fixed and thanks to Dr. Erickson, I have the three most perfect teeth. Such as the looking at towels in all of American homes, I have the best "looking at"teeth and my cats come sit with me again and my boss says that they are perfect. You see my dad lost a front tooth in an Apple back in the 80's and he still had that missing tooth until he died in 2016. I was chomping at the bits to get my raggedy ass teeth done because I be damned if I was going to look like him. Dr Erickson is as the Brit's call a "proper" dentist. In November 2021, I went to see Dr. Kami Erickson to put a permanent filling on a root canal and re-cement my crown. I moved out of the area (over 400 miles away) and tried a local dentist, but the service and competence was lacking, so I traveled to Victorville for the excellent care I was confident I would receive from Dr. Erickson and her staff. I am also thankful for Mercy's patience and professionalism in returning my calls, scheduling my appointment, and giving me an accurate estimate of the cost. I instantly feel calm, when I am under Dr. Erickson's care. She is an outstanding dentist, and she has taken care of my teeth for over 15 years. I greatly appreciate the care and precision she puts into her job, the fun, positive environment she maintains, and the lower prices she charges. Her dental assistants are well-trained, skilled, and compassionate as well. I would recommend this office to anyone, any age. Very unfair, after they did my quad cleaning, had infections on tooth's , then they had to do a temporary bridge, broke again, after the bridge my tooth had a fracture, the oral surgeon said Dr Erickson kami didn't fit the bridge on and another removal w 3 loss tooth's again. They talk during the major precedures.....please don't let them touch your teeth.....the hygienist is not trained properly, And they chipped tooth from improper not qualified!!!! Please avoid this Dentist office,!!! I'm very serious!!!! read more

I had an extreme dental phobia before coming to Dr. Erickson. She is great. I had an infected mouth, was constantly in pain, and embarrassed to smile in photos. Dr. Erickson went above and beyond to make me comfortable and she worked with my insurance to make my experience affordable. This office has to be the friendliest place in the high desert. The girls in the office never fail to exceed our expectations of customer service. We have been there several times now and each time feels like family. They are always kind courteous and listen to each and every need and concern. Okay, I'm going to have a hard time avoiding overkill with this review., because Dr. Erickson and her staff are so incredibly amazing. Years ago, I would forever rave about Dr. Leonard Petitti's office. Which is where Dr. Erickson worked prior to the new office (Erickson Dental). Her new office by far surpasses the dental experiences I've had over the years. Everything is state of the art, including TVs that pull down horizontal to the dental chairs. The staff is kind, gentle, and helpful. They always seem to fit patients in, and most often, same week appointments for checkups, cleanings, and dental work. I doubt this level of care will come from any other office in the desert, or anywhere else for that matter. State of the art office, wonderful staff, and the one on one attention you get every time you visit. They always make you feel like one of their "family" and you always get specialized care from Dr. Erickson herself. None others! Without a doubt, my family and I will remain patients here for as long as we live in the area. read more

I had the misfortune of losing a crown and was in horrific pain. at 75 years of age I can honestly say that dental work still terrifies me.. As she began to work, my hands were clenched into fists.
